Libor studied photography in New York City in the late 1990s and soon afterwards

approach to art nudes. He began to capture the curves of the female body under
water, leading to his most famous collection of work "Underwater Fine Art Nudes". It
now contains several dozen large-format photographs which he exhibits and publishes
all over the world.
As an underwater photography specialist, Libor has taken part in several foreign
projects and expeditions. His experiences and artistic work from this period are
reflected in an extensive photography collection entitled “Underwater Life”, which
focuses mainly on macro photography, and which he constantly expands with new work from his travels. As a
photographer, he has received many awards and nominations in international competitions.
Libor Spacek Photography
Libor together with his partner Petra Dolezalova have joined their experiences of underwater, landscape, artistic and
travel photography in their work and together with film they can cover the work of a multimember team.

provides editing and effects during final post production.

Petra Dolezalova studied Economics in the Czech Republic and Media Relations in
California. She combined her interests as a photographer and traveller with her
profession as a publicist. She has been dedicated to production of prestigious
magazines for twelve years and Public Relations for Volvo Auto Czech.
She first presented her artistic work to the public in the multimedia exhibition, “Touch
of the North” at one of the famous Prague galleries. She has also published a book of
the same name in which she gave additional flavour to the photographs with her own
poetry and travel stories. Through her landscape compositions she looks for the
connection with nature and her message to all people.
Petra has done several successful exhibitions. Her photography and stories from
various corners of the world have been published many times both in the Czech
Republic and abroad.
In 2008 Petra together with Libor Spacek, a cameraman, professional photographer and a diving instructor, began
working on the long-term project "Escape to Nature" to map the most beautiful places on the planet, both
underwater and on land, and to find their common parallels. In the autumn of 2009, they completed the first part of
the project, “Escape to Mauritius”, which consists of a documentary film of the same name as well as an exhibition of
large-format photographs.
Their debut film was an immediate success. It was awarded second place in the category “TV Documentaries and
Publicity Films” at the 42nd International Film Festival TOURFILM 2009 in Karlovy Vary, Czech Republic. The film
has gone on to receive other international film festival awards.
The second film in the series, “Escape to Tahiti and her Islands”, was awarded the top film prize at the 2011
TOURFILM festival, as well as winning the prize for best television documentary film. It quickly won additional gold
medals at six international film festivals. One of them was 1st prize in category Nautical Tourism and Water
Activities at International Tourism Film Festival Barcelos last year.
Petra and Libor have joined their experiences of underwater, landscape, artistic and travel photography in their work
and together with film they can cover the work of a multimember team.
“The first time I saw Libor’s macro photographs of sea life was about four years ago. Meditations in perfect calm,
which he experiences during underwater photography, reminded me of my feelings when I took pictures in the
middle of the Arctic wild at minus thirty degrees. We both realized how much both worlds had in common, and we
came to the logical conclusion to combine our creative experiences with extreme conditions into a common
project. We named it “Escape to Nature”, but in fact it is a return – a return to the source from which we can still
draw strength and inspiration that is slowly disappearing because of civilization’s insensitive interventions.”

ATLÂNTICA MADEIRA
Director: Gonçalo Nuno de Ornelas Gomes
Producer: Gonçalo Nuno de Ornelas Gomes
Category(es): Turismo de Natureza | Ecologia e
Biodiversidade | Turismo Náutico e Actividades
Aquáticas
Synopsis:
Madeira is part of the eastern Atlantic sector of
Macaronesia, as it is called the group of the North
Atlantic islands close to Africa. It is a volcanic island with a mild and humid climate. The water temperature is mild all
year- round, with temperatures ranging between 17 and 24°C. It is characterized by having a small island platform,
and we may find great depths within a short offshore distance. The waters of this archipelago are oligotrophic, which
allows us to dive with very good visibility most of days, in a peerless blue, even along the shore. The occurrence of
several banks and seamounts between the islands, and the proximity of Africa, give these islands a very characteristic
biodiversity, as both tropical and temperate species co- exist here, as well as species with a certain continental
affinity. This gives rise to special and interesting ecological phenomena. Another particular characteristic of this
archipelago is the fact of being used as a corridor by migratory and epipelagic species, like some big Amberjacks that
swim in huge schools that we can join with very often. This archipelago has the eldest marine natural reserves in the
country. Garajau and Rocha do Navio are the natural reserves located in Madeira island. They have a partial
protection status that allowed keeping the natural conditions necessary for the conservation of a unique biodiversity
that constitutes an unmissable visit card of this island, providing an unforgettable diving experience. Desertas and
Selvagens are islands located southern to Madeira and have been classified as Natural Reserves with total protection.
They constitute authentic wildlife sanctuaries, with great importance for the preservation of unique species such as
the Mediterranean monk seal. This species is believed to be the world's second- rarest pinniped and one of the most
endangered mammals in the world. They are frequent visitors of Madeira hidden coves and if you are lucky enough
you will be surprised by their presence.

Synopsis:
The growth of Nature Tourism is a notice able reality all
over the country. Portugal is an excellent destination for
Nature Tourism, featuring a rich natural heritage. About 21% of the Portuguese territory consists of Classified Areas
with strong natural values and biodiversity in terms of flora, fauna and landscape and environmental quality, and is
therefore a privileged destination in southwestern Europe which is the main source market for eco- tourists. In the
autonomous regions of Madeira and the Azores, the mild climate throughout the year is an extra attraction, since it
allows you to practice a wide range of outdoor activities throughout the year. The geographical situation of these
regions as Atlantic archipelagos with sub- tropical affinity offers nature lovers the opportunity to enjoy unique
landscapes, and yet quite variable between islands. In both archipelagos there are areas classified as natural reserves
that are regulated by special protection or conservation status. The conservation status these places habitats, flora
and fauna has turned them into reefs of biodiversity that enrich and add value to the surrounding landscape, as venue
for sporting and recreational activities. Marine reserves are particularly interesting for tourists who love the sea, but
also of Nature. Madeira archipelago has the eldest marine natural reserves in the country. Garajau and Rocha do
Navio are the natural reserves located in Madeira Island. They have a partial protection status that allowed keeping
the natural conditions necessary for the conservation of a unique biodiversity that constitutes an unmissable visit
card of this island, providing an unforgettable diving experience. Desertas and Selvagens are islands located southern
to Madeira that have been classified as Nature 2000 Special Protection Zones, including areas under a total
protection status. They constitute authentic wildlife sanctuaries, with great importance for the preservation of
unique species such as the Mediterranean monk seal. The Azores archipelago has a vast area of zones belonging to
Natura 2000. The island of Santa Maria towers due to its peripheral situation within the archipelago and the notable
conservation of marine resources. Ideal for those looking for a place to retreat far, the golden silence of Nature
offers sea lovers the chance to attend an impressive gathering of manta rays, as unique phenomena taking place in
Ambrosio sea mount. The constitution of these niches for natural values and their use for sustainable tourism should
be seen as an unmissable opportunity for local development in peripheral regions such as the Azores and Madeira.

AFTER THE BOMBS
Director: Bosko Savkovic
Producer: Alternativa
Category(es): Ecologia e Biodiversidade
Synopsis:
At the beginning of 1999, former Federal Republic of
Yugoslavia was bombed by NATO member countries. It
was a precedent in the European history after the
World War II – to bomb a European country. One of
the targets was building of the Army Headquarters in Belgrade. Even today, this building stand just like that, in one of
the busiest streets in Belgrade. For security reasons over the last 13 years the humans did not carry out almost any
works on them. But the nature did. The real forest grew up on this building. Some trees are higher than 15 meters.
Out of nothing, from concrete and dust, a tree grew. Film “After the Bombs” follows, in an unusual way, the growth
of these trees and of one child that was conceived while the bombs were falling on Belgrade. With this film about
the trees on the rooftops we want to draw, in a unique way, the attention of public to the fact that the nature is
stronger than the all of us. That after all of us, and after all the bombs, the only thing that will remain will be – tree.

TAKE ME TO PITCAIRN
Director: Julian McDonnell
Producer: Julian McDonnell
Category(es): Turismo Cultural | Expedições e
Viagens | Vida Humana & Pessoas e Lugares
Synopsis:
Seduced by tales of endurance, villainy and adventure,
one man attempts to re- trace the romantic voyages of
the most infamous fugitives in British naval history.
However, he soon discovers he is not alone on an emotional quest to reach one of the most remote islands in the
world.
Pitcairn Island has no airport and only 50 people live there, most of whom are descended from the famous Bounty
Mutineers who arrived there in 1789.
Take Me To Pitcairn is directed, filmed and presented by Julian McDonnell as he takes you on a voyage past some of
the most beautiful places in the world like Tahiti and the islands of French Polynesia as well as
London, Galway, Samoa, Kiribati and Pitcairn Island!
Whilst visiting the principle historical locations he re- tells the story of the famous mutiny on HMAV Bounty where
Captain Bligh was set adrift in the middle of the Pacific with hardly any food and no maps, but still made it home to
tell the tale, whilst the Bounty mutineers sailed off in search of their own desert island. He meets someone
attempting to re- create Bligh's incredible feat, as well as others who are determined to get to Pitcairn Island like
him. However, things soon start going wrong as tempers run high and people feel their dreams slipping away.
It is a MUST SEE for anyone interested in the Mutiny on the Bounty or just a fun, light- hearted romp through the
south seas… with some drama and history thrown in!
JULIAN MCDONNELL – London, United Kingdom
Director and Producer
Julian McDonnell is a director and presenter of documentaries
based in London. His first film “My Evil Trade - A Pedlar’s Life” was
instrumental in helping to block legislation which would have turned
all pedlars (a lawful trade in the UK) into criminals.
The success of this documentary led to him being asked to make an
environmental awareness film on the uninhabited Phoenix Islands in
the Pacific, on his way to filming “Take Me To Pitcairn”.
He speaks French and Italian and, after getting his degree in
Philosophy at Manchester University, Julian spent fifteen years
working as an actor in London whilst also performing stand-up
comedy on the London circuit and presenting on a local radio
station, Riverside FM.
However his passion has always been presenting and directing and
he soon seized his opportunity when advancements in technology
made film-making accessible to people on lower budgets.
Having worked on many film sets before, he is no stranger to the
camera and his ability to put complete strangers at ease enables him
to capture the true personalities of those he films.
He has a laid-back, friendly and humorous style of presenting which
invites those he films to share his platform.
The idea for ‘Take Me To Pitcairn’ was to make an historical documentary about The Mutiny on the Bounty
in which I visit all the actual places involved. At the time it was such a massive news story that today the only
equivalent would be to go up in the space shuttle and throw the captain out into space!
I started out by going to Ireland, where the Bounty Replica, used in the Marlon Brando movie, was docked.
I’m glad I did as it recently sank in hurricane Sandy, on the 220th anniversary of the hanging of three of the
mutineers!
I admire Louis Theroux and the way people open up to him. I could be described as a mixture of Louis
Theroux and Michael Palin, but I think I’ve invented a new genre of ‘reality-historical-docu-comedy- drama!’’
DIRECTOR’S STATEMENT
Ever since I saw the film “Mutiny on the Bounty” as a boy I’ve been fascinated by the romance and adventure of this
story and the extraordinary feat of survival achieved by Captain Bligh who, after the mutiny, was set adrift in the
middle of the South Pacific with meagre food rations and no charts.
He was being sent to almost certain death, but managed to save the lives of his companions after a record-breaking,
open boat voyage lasting forty-eight days.
The mutineers, led by Fletcher Christian, knew this was a hanging offence and sailed off into the unknown, in search
of a remote desert island where they would never be discovered.
It was the biggest media event of the age, and to this day the descendants of these mutineers still survive on Pitcairn
Island, numbering only fifty. With no airport, and only a couple of supply ships every year, it must surely be one of
the most enigmatic communities in the world.
Filming these people would present a great challenge as, they haven’t been too keen on journalists since receiving
some bad publicity a few years ago, even turning Ben Fogle and the BBC away.
With virtually no budget or film crew, I am proud to say that three years after setting out for Pitcairn I have a gritty,
reality-style documentary which visits all the principal “Bounty” locations and demonstrates how this part of the
world still has some magical hold over people and causes tension even today. It also proves what one man can
achieve if he puts his heart into something.
ACCIDENTAL PROTAGONISTS
The boat journey to Pitcairn was way above my budget but, having been impressed by my previous documentary
“My Evil Trade - A Pedlar’s Life” the owner of the boat charter company said he’d take me for free if I made an
environmental film for him first. He was a scientist and it entailed 4 weeks sailing around the uninhabited Phoenix
Islands saving the endangered bird population.
Unfortunately no one told the captain of the boat and he resented having a “free-loader” on board, and by the time
we were due to pick up the paying passengers for Pitcairn, tension was at a high due to bad organisation, delays, and
an un-seaworthy boat. It seemed that 200 years after the mutiny, history was repeating itself as anxiety soon gave
rise to anger and despair.
It soon became evident that the film wasn’t purely about the Bounty; it was about the remarkable characters I met
who shared the same obsession as me, and were willing to go through anything to carry out their life-long dreams
and get to Pitcairn. This would be my story. This would be my documentary. My discreet filming would allow me to
capture the natural reactions of those involved.
An emotional journey of a group of dreamers thrown together in a tropical paradise where things do not go
according to plan.

IMAGENS DE MARCA – SÉRIE TRAVEL BRANDS
Director: Carlos Merlim | Patrique Almeida
Producer: Luís Moura Leal
Category(es): Destinos Turísticos | Vida Humana &
Pessoas e Lugares | Experiências Memoráveis
Synopsis:
Imagens de Marca Travel Brands is a documentary
show spanning 12 episodes. The show comprises
twelve special 25 minutes episodes to be aired on the
last weekend of each month on Portuguese news channel SIC Notícias.
In the course of one year, we will be visiting 10 markets that stand out on the world map for being consolidated or
emerging economies. Countries that are bound to Portugal by a common language or comercial ties since ancient
times.
Imagens de Marca will take a closer look at the Nation Brand in these special
contents. For that we will look to its attributes, its national equities, its
tourist products but also to its culture, gastronomy and economic situation.
We want to find and know all about the most emblematic brands of each of
these markets/ countries that have been conquering the world, and the global
brand strategies for adapting to new cultural patterns. Lastly, but not less
important, we will show their commercial ties with Portugal are made of, as
well as the adventures of Portuguese companies in those markets.
Each show is fully produced and shot abroad with a cinematic look. The DSLR
Full HD recording combines with an informal perspective, a kind of ‘off- theset’ segments comprising footage taken by the reporters in the field using
their smartphones telling their own experiences and emotions as well as
those of the people they meet, and the places that touched them. We believe
this approach brings together the best of two worlds the world of branding
and the world of travel – in a vibrant invitation for viewers to join us every month for a new adventure.
Author, editor- in- chief and host Cristina Amaro is going to host every show, including an introduction and a final
balance for each country, shot in dynamic multi- camera style.

volume as the experience and the images become more action packed. The cutting of the scenes also gets faster.
The film ends with Edvard Munch’s painting the scream with a text saying: "No wonder this is where the Scream
came from. Visit Norway.

Synopsis:
The best way to live up to the earlier success of the
previous Incredible India Campaign was to retell the
vivid experiences of travelling in India, this time through
the eyes of a woman. This, at first glance, might be very similar to the previous campaign, but in a lot of ways it
couldn’t be more different: One of the major differences was the decision to focus on the people living in the
country side, showing their welcoming nature, the hospitality and warmth, which is irrespective of where or which
part of the country they belong to – from Kerala to Kashmir, from Rajasthan to the eastern tip of the country.
Important facets of the country like landscape, culture and arts, festivals, food and wildlife etc. were incorporated
into situations and memorable moments of the woman’s journey. Though it appears at first that she is like any other
first time traveler, as the film progresses, we come across many situations which hint that she’s in fact quite well
accustomed to many traits that are unique to the Indian subcontinent and its people. Towards the end of the film we
realize that it’s her second time in the country which points to the fact that visiting India once is never going to be
enough.
