Wash and rinse garments in cold water with mild detergent. Hang dry or machine dry on lowest
setting possible. Victory Hockey is not responsible for uniforms that are damaged due to improper
care or maintenance.

CUSTOM UNIFORM POLICY
for Dye Sublimated Garments
Low minimums and no setup fees
No extra charges for adding names and/or numbers
All orders are dye sublimated, cut, and sewn in the USA
ARTWORK
We will create a custom mockup for your review before placing your order.
An art deposit of $50 will be required for this service.
This deposit amount will be allocated to your overall uniform purchase total.
SIZING
KITS
We encourage all customers to size their team using our sizing kit.
A $150 deposit is required to receive the sizing samples.
This deposit amount will be allocated to your overall uniform purchase total.

We require a 50% deposit for all uniform orders at the time the order is placed.
The remaining 50% minus art deposit will be collected before order is shipped.
Orders cancelled after we receive approval, will forfeit their 50% order deposit.
Allow five weeks (5 weeks is 25 business days, excluding weekends and holidays) from the day
artwork is approved by customer. Orders do not officially begin until a mock-up is approved Victory
Hockey reserves the right to adjust the lead time based on the size of the order and availability of
capacity.
All claims must be made within 10 days of the invoice date.
Victory Hockey reserves the right to use photographs of all products it manufacturers.
Sublimated garment orders cannot be cancelled after they are cut.
All custom uniforms may not be returned under any circumstances if delivered properly. Claims must
be reported to customer service within 10 working days of merchandise receipt. Returns cannot be
made after 30 days of the invoice date.
