Our garden tent offers the perfect backdrop for a casual gathering with colleagues or friends but can be transformed into the idyllic setting for a wedding reception. Restaurant NINE18 accommodates groups of many sizes in the restaurant, private boardroom Room 56 or on the best patio in Brampton overlooking the golf course. The following menus are only a sample of what we have to offer. We are eager to work with you in order to customize a package that will suit your pallet and your budget. Whether you’re looking for a quick breakfast or lunch, an evening out, or just dessert and coffee by the fireplace, NINE18 is the perfect spot. An open concept restaurant – NINE18 occupies the west elevation of the clubhouse, complete with a wrap-around covered (heated) terrace overlooking the luxurious fairways, a full service bar & lounge, and a landscaped Garden Terrace Tent for tournaments, weddings and social gatherings. GARDEN TERRACE TENT With seating for up to 150 guests, the Garden Tent at Turnberry is ideal for corporate & golf events as well as weddings and social gatherings. The Garden Tent offers stunning views of the golf course and a scenic ceremony space. ROOM 56 Located in the restaurant, Room 56 is available for meetings or events of up to 14 people and fully equipped for all your A/V and Telecom needs. Available year round, it is the perfect venue to strategize before you adjourn for your day on the course or dining at Restaurant NINE18. Food & Beverage totals that do not reach the minimum requirement for the function room will be charged the difference as a room rental (plus applicable taxes). Please note that for functions requiring more than one room, the minimum is in effect for each room ROOM Room 56 Garden Tent Restaurant Nine18 8:00am – 4:00pm $250.00 $2,000.00 $10,000.00 4:00pm – 1:00am $500.00 $2,000.00 $10,000.00 Equipment Included with your event are the following: Tables and Chairs China, glassware and silverware. A dance floor that measures 12’x15’ (in the garden tent) Décor There is a $500.00 charge for linen. This includes white napkins, floor length table cloths and buffet skirting. Guests may supplement room décor using their own decorations (centerpieces, flowers, etc). Ceremony Fees Ceremonies with reception $750.00 (plus taxes) Ceremonies without reception $1200.00 (plus taxes) Socan/Resound A charge of $85.80 plus applicable taxes will be applied to all events that have a live band, disc jockey or integrated music. Menu and Guest Guarantee The minimum guaranteed number of persons attending your event and final menu selections are required 10 days prior to your event. You are required to confirm both by providing a signed copy of the Banquet Event Order (BEO) or written notice. Inside the 10-day deadline, menu selections cannot change and the minimum guest count cannot be reduced. Contract and Deposits A non-refundable $1000.00 deposit and signed contract are required to confirm your reservation of space. Secondary payments and final payment details will be outlined in the event contract. Pricing All prices outlined in this package are subject to applicable taxes at time of your event and service charges of 17%. Current menu prices are guaranteed at the time of signing the event contract. Floor Plans Floor Plans are required 5 days prior to your event, after which changes will not be permitted Catering Exclusive of your celebration cake, no food and beverage of any kind may be brought on the premises. Turnberry Golf Club, at their discretion, may waive this clause and will apply a surcharge for the service of said food. No food and beverage prepared by Turnberry Golf Club is permitted to be taken off premises. Storage Due to limited storage space, items can be stored the day prior to your event, and must be removed at the conclusion of the event. Turnberry Golf Club is not responsible for any lost or damaged items. Third Party Contractors and Suppliers To facilitate the coordination and service of your function, please provide the contact information for each contractor (see form on last page). Please note that Turnberry is not responsible for, nor guarantees, goods, services, or equipment of third parties not hired by Turnberry.
