Cruising the
Indian Ocean
SINCE 1990 WE HAVE
OFFERED A YEAR ROUND
PROGRAMME OF CRUISES
ABOARD THE YACHT-LIKE
M.S. ROYAL STAR TO THE
IDYLLIC AND BEAUTIFUL
ISLANDS OF THE INDIAN
OCEAN.
s a holiday destination the Indian Ocean is without
A
doubt one of the few remaining areas in the world that
is still relatively uncommercialised and largely unaffected by
mass tourism.
Our cruises range in duration from 3 to 18 nights, with itineraries which
include the breathtakingly beautiful coral reef-encircled Seychelles
islands; the fascinating Mascarene islands of Mauritius, with its everchanging scenery, and the French influenced island of La Réunion;
picturesque Madagascar; the ‘perfumed islands’ of The Comoros and the
bustling bazaars of Zanzibar. Each island has a distinct and unique
character of its own.
South Africa reveals an
abundance of amazing
scenery and diverse
cultures. Our ‘Voyage to
the Cape’ visits the exciting
ports of Durban, East
London, Port Elizabeth,
Mossel Bay and
cosmopolitan Cape Town.
What makes us unique is that we offer cruises of varying durations
which can be combined with a relaxing stay at an exotic Kenya beach
hotel and optional safari adventures.
AFRICAN SAFARI CLUB
From its small beginnings in 1967, the group now controls nine hotels in
Kenya and six safari lodges and camps, together with some transfer and
safari vehicles as well as a fleet of light aircraft to fly you to or from the
wilderness game reserves from a private airstrip. The infrastructure also
includes African Safari Airways who operate an Airbus A310-308 aircraft
between various European gateways and Mombasa several times a week,
although most flights from the UK are with Monarch or another reputable
airline.
We also offer holidays to Egypt which include a seven night Nile cruise
aboard the five star M.S. Da Vinci, exclusive to African Safari Club guests,
with the option of extending your stay for an extra week from a choice of
hotels in Luxor – an amazing holiday experience.
2
In May 2008, M.S. Royal Star will be positioned in the Red Sea and on
just four departures will offer a seven night cruise visiting the ports of
Suez, Sharm-el-Sheikh, Aqaba and Safaga. Each port will show you both
ancient and modern sights – leaving you with memories that will last
forever.

M.S. Royal Star
FULLY AIR-CONDITIONED
AND STABILISED, THE
YACHT-LIKE M.S. ROYAL
STAR IS A TRADITIONAL SHIP
OF GREAT CHARACTER WITH
TEAK DECKS AND A RICH
INTERIOR OF POLISHED
WOOD AND GLEAMING
BRASS.
t 5,600 tons she is large enough to
A
accommodate all the facilities you
would expect to find on a quality liner
and with a maximum of just 200
passengers, many of whom hail from
European countries as well as other
English speaking areas, offers a friendly
and intimate environment, creating a
true sense of camaraderie.
YACHT-LIKE CRUISING
M.S. Royal Star is ideal for visiting the islands of
the Indian Ocean, as she is able to cruise close
to shore and visit intriguing ports often
inaccessible to larger ships. More importantly,
with so few passengers there is no danger of
overwhelming the character and often delicate
ecosystem of the islands we visit, thus
preserving what one has travelled to experience.
I had a simply marvellous time on board
The Royal Star. Everyone was so friendly
and welcoming, particularly as I am a
relatively aged singleton. The atmosphere on board
throughout the trip was just the right mix of
elegance and luxury with a suitable dash of
informality and fun.

Thank you and keep up the good work.
RESERVATIONS 0845 345 0014
We thought our previous cruise with you
was wonderful, but our Mysteries of the
Mascarenes cruise in April 2007 was even better!!
To have eleven nights on board our favourite ship
being given the happiest holiday with every
passenger wanting to stay on board was tribute to
the incredible crew. We look forward to
returning again.
EXEMPLARY SERVICE
With a ship’s complement of 130 officers and
crew you will be assured of a high standard of
service. The Filipino and Indonesian stewards
are often praised for their friendly and obliging
manner and the European cruise team will
ensure that all your needs are catered for. We
also have a doctor on board for your peace of
mind.
RELAXING ON BOARD
To help you plan your day, a ‘Daily Programme’
is delivered to your cabin the evening prior and
contains information on the following days shore
excursions, activities on board and
entertainment. You will find sun beds for
relaxation, a small pool in which to cool off
(towels provided) and a sauna. Not to be missed
are the interesting slide shows and informal talks
about your forthcoming ports of call. Try not to
miss these as they will help you decide which
excursions are best suited to you. You might like
to make up a foursome for a rubber of bridge in
the cosy card room. The daily activity programme
whilst at sea includes shuffleboard, bingo and
darts, and for the energetic you can ‘walk a mile’
on deck at sunset.

M.S. Royal Star
GOING ASHORE
Paradise awaits at each port of call and our
choice of optional excursions will show you the
best of these wonderful exotic places. A brief
description of the ports of call and excursions
can be found on pages 22 – 31.
M.S. Royal Star docks alongside at the ports of
Mombasa, Mahé and normally Mauritius,
La Réunion, Maputo and at all ports in South
Africa, but owing to a lack of suitable facilities
at the other ports she will anchor off and
passengers will be taken ashore by launch or
tender. No charge is made for this service.
Please note that occasionally, wet landings
may be necessary. M.S. Royal Star will anchor
off either at La Digue or Praslin dependent on
the trade winds. A ferry service operates
between the two islands.
At embarkation you will receive a boarding
pass which will replace your passport during
the cruise. At each port of call, a Landing Tags
Board is placed at the exit to the gangway. It is
imperative that you take your boarding pass
and the tag corresponding to your cabin
number with you when going ashore. On
embarking the ship, the landing tag must be
replaced which allows the crew to account for
all passengers prior to sailing.

We have just returned from the best
holiday we have ever had.
My husband and I have just spent our thirtieth
wedding anniversary in the Dolphin Hotel. We went
on the cruise to Zanzibar and stayed at Crocodile
Lodge while on safari. Everything was perfect the
staff were both friendly and helpful.
We shall be booking again with
African Safari Club in the future.
ENTERTAINMENT
You can relax with a pre-dinner aperitif in the
lounge whilst listening to the resident band or
try the ‘cocktail of the day’ at the Lido bar.
After dinner, enjoy a drink in the Marco Polo
Lounge, perhaps chatting to new found friends,
or have a dance or two with music provided by
the band. Nightly entertainment is provided by
a small dance troupe, the ship’s crew and
occasional cabaret acts. Some nights, weather
permitting, you may be able to watch a film on
a big screen whilst sitting under the stars on
the Lido deck. On every cruise, you will be
invited to meet the Captain and his officers at a
Welcome Cocktail Party.

TABLE RESERVATIONS
A card detailing your table reservation will be in
your cabin when you arrive on board. Should
you wish to make any changes, please contact
the Maitre d’Hotel.
DINING IN STYLE
Delicious international cuisine is prepared by
master chefs. Begin your day with early
morning tea or coffee in your cabin, followed
by a buffet breakfast on deck for those early
risers, or dine later in the charming Belvedere
Restaurant. For those days at sea there is no
need to change for the lunchtime pool-side
buffet unless you prefer a more formal meal in
the restaurant. Afternoon tea is offered around
4.00pm and sumptuous seven course dinners
are served at two sittings (normally 6.30pm and
8.30pm). If you are feeling peckish, there’s a
tempting buffet around midnight. Tea and
coffee are also available in your cabin
throughout the day, for a small charge.
DRESS CODE
During your time on board or while on
excursions, we suggest casual, light clothing.
Evenings are generally informal, the suggested
dress for gentlemen is shirt and trousers, and
ladies should dress for comfort. On a formal
'gala night' some gentlemen choose to wear a
dark suit or dinner jacket and the ladies,
evening or cocktail dress. However, many do
dress less formally on these evenings.
There is one formal ‘gala night’ on the
Mysterious Zanzibar cruises, three on the Indian
Ocean Odyssey cruise and two on all other
cruises. You may also wish to take suitable
clothing for the very popular 'tropical night'.
The daily programme provides dress suggestions
for each evening.
ON BOARD ACCOUNT
YOUR CABIN STEWARD
After embarkation, a shipboard account is
automatically opened and you may then sign
for drinks, excursions etc., settling your account
at the end of the cruise. Prices on board are
shown in Euros. We accept cash, travellers
cheques or Visa, Mastercard, American Express
and Diners credit cards for payment.
Each cabin is assigned a steward who will look
after your every need from bringing you early
morning tea or coffee to cleaning your cabin
daily and turning down your bed at night.
CHILDREN
Children are very welcome and we are sure they
will enjoy the experience. However, there are no
special facilities or arrangements.
GUEST LECTURERS
Dr Peter Cattermole is a freelance lecturer,
writer and consultant in the fields of
volcanology, astonomy and specialist travel.
While aboard M.S. Royal Star he will be
describing how the continents, islands and
oceans came to be where they are, the
processes inside the Earth that led to this,
and also leading on-deck star-gazing
sessions. In 2008 Peter will be travelling on
the January ‘Voyage to the Cape’ holiday.
Details of our expanded Guest Lecturer
programme can be found on our website:

THE SEYCHELLES
he fascinating Seychelles are made up of 100 islands
T
scattered in the middle of the Indian Ocean. Isolated for
thousands of years they have an extraordinary plant and animal
life, many of which are endemic to the area. The tropical waters,
made famous by Jacques Cousteau, are an exotic and beautiful
coral underworld. Each island is unique with the combination of
lush green vegetation surrounded by white sandy beaches.
MAHÉ
Mahé, the largest of The Seychelles boasts no less than sixty eight
powdery white sand beaches surrounded by coral reefs. The abundant
vegetation rises through plantations of coconut palms and cinnamon to
forested peaks that afford fantastic views of the neighbouring islands.
The capital, Victoria, has a number of Creole restaurants, craft shops, art
galleries and a colourful fruit market. At the superb Botanical Gardens
highlights include giant tortoises, an orchid garden and the unique
coco-de-mer palm from neighbouring Praslin.
Optional Excursions
Mahé - Reef Safari (half day) - £34

A trip in a glass-bottom boat to the St. Anne Marine National Park to
view the vivid coral reef with time to feed many colourful fish. You then

A tour of the island that includes a visit to the Botanical Gardens,

beach with time for swimming and then on to a small crafts village.
PRASLIN
Praslin is the second largest island of The Seychelles and is home to the

Useful Information
PREPARING FOR YOUR HOLIDAY
PASSPORTS
All British passengers require a passport which must be
valid for at least six months after your intended return
to the UK.
If you are 16 or over and do not yet have a passport our
recommendation is that you should apply for one at
least six weeks before your holiday. From June 2007,
first-time adult passport holders, and for those children
applying for an adult passport that were previously
included in a parent’s passport will need to have an
interview as part of the passport application process.
This does not apply to people who held their own
passport as a child.
All children, from new-born babies to the age of 15,
must now have their own individual passport. Once they
reach their 16th birthday they then become eligible for a
standard 10-year passport. Before 5th October 1998
many children were already included on a valid passport.
These children can still continue to travel abroad with
the passport holder until either the child reaches the age
of 16 or the passport on which the child is included is
submitted for amendment (remember, children cannot
be re-added to passports which are submitted for
amendment). In these circumstances, you will need to
apply for separate passports for any children who were
previously included on your passport. Once a child
reaches 16 years of age they will require their own
passport and their details must be removed from their
parents’ passport.
Please note, these details may change and it is your
responsibility to ensure that your passport is correct and
valid.
Please note that when travelling on our ‘Voyage to
the Cape’ holidays, there must be two blank pages in
your passport for both entry/exit stamps.
VISAS
42
British passport holders require a visa to visit Kenya,
Tanzania, Madagascar and Mozambique.
Tanzania: The normal cost of a visa is US$50 per
person. However, for passengers solely visiting Zanzibar
the cost is US$30. If your cruise includes visits to
Zanzibar and other Tanzanian islands such as Mesali,
the full visa fee is payable. The cost of the visa will be
collected on board M.S. Royal Star and is to be paid in
US Dollar notes.
Mozambique: A Single Entry Tourist Visa is required and
is valid for two months from the date of issue. The cost
is £40 per visa and can be obtained from the
Mozambique High Commission in London prior to
departure. However, they can also be purchased on
board at a cost of US$25 per visa and is to be paid in
US Dollar notes.
Madagascar: A tourist visa is required for entry into
Madagascar and the cost is US$12 per person. This
amount will be collected on board M.S. Royal Star and is
to be paid in US Dollar notes.
Please note: Visas can also be paid for in Euros on
board, with exchange rates being calculated at the time
of the transaction.
Further details regarding visas can be found in our
General Information Booklet which will be sent with
your Confirmation Invoice.
If any of these details change or should new visa fees or
any other tourist tax be imposed, we will write and let
you know, time permitting. We regret that we cannot be
held responsible for impositions such as this as they are
totally beyond our control.
If you or any member of your party is not a British
citizen or holds a non British passport, you must check
passport and visa requirements with the Embassy or
Consulate of the country(ies) to or through which you
are intending to travel.
It is the responsibility of all passengers to ensure that
RESERVATIONS 0845 345 0014
they have the necessary documents and visas for all
countries to be visited. If failure to have any
necessary travel or other documents results in fines,
surcharges or other financial penalty being imposed
on us, you will be responsible for reimbursing us
accordingly.
VACCINATIONS
At the time of going to press there are no compulsory
inoculation or vaccination requirements for entry into
Kenya and South Africa, or any Indian Ocean island in
our programme, except for The Seychelles. A valid yellow
fever vaccination and certificate are compulsory for visits
to The Seychelles after leaving Kenya. Your GP will be
able to tell you which other vaccinations are currently
recommended by the Department of Health and you
should contact your doctor at least 8 weeks before
departure.
Malaria is endemic to the tropics and you are strongly
recommended to consult your GP or pharmacist for
advice on precautions and malaria tablets.
PREGNANCY
Airlines may refuse permission for women to fly who will
be 28 weeks or more pregnant on the date of the return
travel. Failure to comply with airline regulations may
result in cancellation and denial of boarding and we
cannot be held responsible for any such occurrence.
DVT - ‘ECONOMY CLASS SYNDROME’
There has been concern and publicity about Deep Vein
Thrombosis (DVT) suffered by some passengers,
especially on long haul flights. If you have any concerns
about this, we recommend that you contact your GP for
advice.
TRAVEL ADVICE
The Foreign &
Commonwealth
Office may have
issued information about your holiday destination. We
advise you to check this information on the internet at
www.fco.gov.uk. You can also telephone the advice unit
on 0845 850 2829.
YOUR TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
After we have received full payment and about 14 days
before departure, we will send you your tickets and
travel documents. Please check the flight timings on
your tickets carefully, as they may have altered since
publication of this brochure. Please also see clause 15 of
our Booking Conditions.
FLIGHT SEAT ALLOCATION
Our flights are operated by Monarch Airlines (MON),
African Safari Airways (ASA) and Thomsonfly (TOM)
from Gatwick South Terminal and First Choice Airways
(FCA) from Gatwick North Terminal. At Manchester,
Monarch Airlines operate from Terminal 1. All airlines
(except African Safari Airways) operate a ‘common
check-in’procedure which will allow you to check-in at
any of their respective desks. Seats will be pre-allocated
on African Safari Airways flights.
LUGGAGE ALLOWANCE
On Monarch Airlines the luggage allowance is 30kg in
Economy Class and 40kg for Premium Class plus 5kg of
hand luggage. On First Choice Airways and Thomsonfly
the luggage allowance is 20kg in Economy Class plus
5kg hand luggage. On African Safari Airways, the
luggage allowance is 23kg in Economy Class, 33kg for
Economy Plus and 43kg for Royal Safari Class This
allowance is inclusive of 3kg hand luggage.
Further details can be found in our General Information
Booklet which will be sent with your Confirmation
Invoice.
The luggage allowance on domestic flights is generally
23kg per passenger. Luggage in excess of the allowance
is at the airline’s discretion and excess baggage charges
will apply for all luggage which is over. Owing to limited
space on safari aircraft, only holdalls can be carried and
the weight limit is 10kg per person.
Your baggage is the responsibility of the airline from
check-in to recovery at your destination. Please also see
clause 9 of our Booking Conditions.
SPECIAL NEEDS AND REQUESTS
Should you have any special requests such as dietary
requirements for example, you should notify us in
writing at the time of booking. Whilst African Safari
Club will do everything possible to ensure your requests
are met, we regret we are unable to guarantee them.
Our holidays may not be entirely suitable for people
with certain disabilities, poor mobility or special needs. If
you would like advice, or if you are in any doubt, please
telephone us. Please also see clause 12 of our Booking
Conditions.
THINGS TO TAKE WITH YOU
It is advisable to include the following items in your
luggage: first-aid kit, insect repellent, torch, high-factor
suntan lotion and diarrhoea pills. If you wear spectacles
or contact lenses, we recommend that you take a spare
pair.
WELCOME TO KENYA & THE INDIAN OCEAN
WHAT TO EXPECT
When holidaying in Kenya and visiting some of the
islands in the Indian Ocean, it is important to remember
that you cannot expect the same standards that we are
accustomed to in Europe. There is little or no drainage,
as a consequence, after a shower of rain the paths and
roads can become muddy. Some vehicles are somewhat
dilapidated and driving can be erratic. Energy
conservation measures may mean that on occasions
hotels are obliged to limit services such as water and
electricity supplies which will result in power cuts, loss
of air-conditioning and water shortages. To maintain a
true Kenyan ambiance, some pathways in the hotels and
lodges are only dimly lit. Don’t forget to take a torch
with you. Whilst electrical wiring always complies with
local safety standards, these may be lower than we are
accustomed to in Europe.
The presence of insects in a hotel or lodge should not
be interpreted as a lack of cleanliness or hygiene. It is
simply a fact of life in the tropics.
You are likely to see monkeys and cats in and around
the hotel grounds. Monkeys are wild animals and are
best admired from a distance for their cheeky behaviour
but they should not be encouraged into eating areas or
hotel rooms and you should not attempt to feed them,
as this can discourage them from relying on their natural
diet. Cats are generally kept in the grounds of the hotel.
For general hygiene purposes and the comfort of all
guests, they should not be encouraged into eating areas.
They are well cared for and fed by the staff and should
not be fed by the guests in common areas.
Mombasa is generally safe but we recommend that you
do not go walking around the city at night and that you
use only licensed taxis.
Please ensure that any excursions you buy are bought
from a recognised and licensed operator who has
adequate insurance cover. We also advise you not to buy
food from beach or street vendors.
For your safety be more vigilant than you would at
home.
YOUR HEALTH
SAFARIS
In common with many tropical countries, general
standards of hygiene and safety in Kenya and at the
ports of call on your cruise may differ from those in
Europe. You should, therefore, exercise greater caution
for your own protection and health. The risk of insect
bites may be reduced by the use of repellent sprays and
by covering up whenever possible, especially in wooded
areas and at night. To minimise the risk of stomach
upset, you should avoid too much fruit, drinks with ice
and excess sunbathing. When eating out, ensure to eat
only in reputable establishments which conform to
International health and hygiene standards.
Remember to take adequate supplies of any
prescribed medication.
Safaris often involve travel of long distances over rough
ground and may not be suitable for those with certain
medical conditions. If in doubt please contact us for
advice. Vehicles are also likely to be of a lower standard
than those in the UK.
Whilst on safari, for your own safety, please observe the
instructions of your driver/guide at all times.
Under no circumstances should you wander away
from designated picnic areas, your safari vehicle or
lodge/camp.
Please note that electricity and water supplies at safari
lodges/camps can often be interrupted and occasionally
cut completely at night.
Your safari group may include customers from other
European countries.
WATER
Tap water should not be used as drinking water or for
cleaning teeth. Bottled water can be bought from the
shops, bars and restaurants of the hotels and from the
bars and restaurant on board M.S. Royal Star. Boiled
water (which may be described locally as drinking water)
for cleaning your teeth is provided in your room.
However, we recommend that this is not swallowed.
Whilst Mombasa and its surrounding area is supplied by
a pipeline originating from springs up-country, most of
the Kenyan coast is supplied with borehole-water which,
depending upon location, may be salty. Occasionally
there are failures of the water supply due to power cuts
and repairs to pipelines and at the pumping station. In
such instances there may be restrictions on water use.
African Safari Club will always endeavour to ensure an
efficient water supply but regrettably, the salt content
and any failures are generally beyond our control. In
any event, please try to conserve water, as Kenyan
resources are much more limited than in Europe.
Bottled water is available on board M.S. Royal Star and
during meals for a nominal charge.
CASHLESS PAYMENT SYSTEM
Soon after arrival in resort you will receive your African
Safari Club Membership Card. This acts as a credit card
for purchases from the bars and shops at your hotel,
provided your stay is more than one night. It can also be
used when booking excursions or safaris. Prices in all
African Safari Club hotels are shown in Euros. Payment
of your hotel account can be made by means of cash,
travellers cheques, Visa or Mastercard.
TOURIST OFFICER
At your African Safari Club hotel, the resident Tourist
Officer is available to give you advice and information.
Soon after arrival, he/she will hold a Welcome Meeting,
giving you information about the hotel facilities,
attractions and the local excursion programme. Please
attend this meeting as you will find the information
invaluable, especially if you are a first-time visitor.
BEACHES
Certain African Safari Club hotels have a private beach
which is kept clean and, as far as possible, protected
from the illegal beach traders who operate everywhere
along the coast. Beach vendors may offer safaris as well
as souvenirs and African Safari Club cannot accept
responsibility for any dealings you have with them.
Due to the changing winds and tides, seaweed is
sometimes washed up on to the beaches and, although
they are cleaned daily, you may find that watersports are
restricted on these occasions.
EXTRA BED IN YOUR ROOM
If more than two people share a room, an extra bed may
be added and space will therefore be limited. Please note
that in some cases the extra bed could be a sofabed or
Z-bed.
EXCURSIONS
Some excursions involve walking over rough terrain,
climbing in and out of high vehicles or arriving by speed
boat or motorised dhow. Some excursions also operate
in choppy sea conditions. You should speak to the
Tourist Office on board or in your hotel prior to booking
your excursions if you have any concerns, or if you have
any medical condition that may prevent you from
participating. Take special care when embarking and
disembarking tenders for shore excursions.
CONSERVATION CODE
Tourism plays an integral part in maintaining and
sustaining indigenous cultures and provides an
invaluable source of revenue. However, if we are to
preserve the natural beauty and wildlife of this unique
part of the world, all visitors must observe the
conservation code. Our General Information Booklet
provides a comprehensive guide to environmental
conservation.
SHORT STAYS IN KENYA
All of our hotels are featured in our Kenya Beaches and
Safaris brochure or visit our website:
www.africansafariclub.com
OUR HOTEL GRADING SYSTEM
As hotel grading systems in Kenya differ
considerably from those you are accustomed to
in Europe, we have developed our own unique
system to give you an idea of the standard of
our hotels.
Our classifications range from 1 to 6 shields, but should
not be confused with or compared to the usual
international star ratings.
Six Shields - An excellent standard of accommodation,
food, service and facilities.
Five Shields - Very good standards of accommodation,
food, service and facilities.
Four Shields - Good standards of accommodation, food,
service and facilities.
Three Shields - Basic standards of accommodation with
good food, service and facilities.
Two Shields - A more simple standard of
accommodation and facilities.
One Shield - A very basic standard of accommodation
and facilities.
Half Shield - Properties that, in our opinion, are above
the category listed but not quite to the next standard.
SMOKING POLICY
Smoking is not permitted on any of the airlines with
whom we work. However, there are designated smoking
areas aboard M.S. Royal Star.
GENERAL INFORMATION BOOKLET
With your Confirmation Invoice we will send you our
General Information Booklet which contains more
details about Kenya and M.S. Royal Star. Please read this
carefully as we are sure you will find it very useful and it
will help you to make the most of your holiday.
HOLIDAY INSURANCE
We have arranged a holiday insurance policy
through Matthew Gerard Travel Insurance Services
Ltd. Please indicate on the booking form if
required. The following provides brief details of the
cover. Full details are available on request. The
insurance policy will be sent with your
Confirmation Invoice, please read it carefully as
there are conditions and exclusions. Please note:
This policy is for U.K. residents only.
PERIOD OF COVER
Cancellation cover is effective from the day we
receive your booking form and deposit (or full
payment if your booking is made less than 56 days
before the day of departure) until the day of travel.
In respect of all other sections of the policy, cover
is effective from the day of travel as shown on your
Confirmation Invoice until the day you return.
ENQUIRIES AND CLAIMS
If you have any query concerning this insurance,
would like to make a claim or need to disclose any
facts or pre-existing medical conditions that may
be material to the risk, please contact Matthew
Gerard Travel Insurance Services Ltd, PO Box 48,
Woking, Surrey GU22 9YW. Telephone: 0844 544
9910 (General Enquiries); 0844 544 9919 (Claims);
0844 544 9915 (Disclosure of material facts).
Please note: All material facts must be declared
to MGTIS. Failure to do so may affect your
rights under the terms of the policy.
A material fact is a fact likely to influence insurers
in the acceptance or assessment of the insurance
(e.g. your own state of health or that of a close
relative).
If you are in any doubt as to whether a fact is
“material” then, for your own protection, it must
be disclosed.
Should it be necessary to make a claim through
this, or any other insurance policy, African Safari
Club cannot be held responsible for any excess on
your insurance policy.
