Where is the first place you go to learn more about a product or service you’re anticipating to buy? Most likely, the
Internet. With on-line rating sites growing in popularity, your feedback of us on the World Wide Web is appreciated.
Thanks for sharing!
Pat...in the beginning.
The year 1989 was also a momentous one for Pat’s Heating & Air
Conditioning. We opened the doors to our HVAC business with a staff of
three—Pat, Mary Sue and one technician. And so, a great Lake Country
tradition of heating, cooling and total indoor comfort began. We have
grown in grassroots fashion, one customer at a time.
“The installation was flawlessly completed by extremely competent
technicians. Communication was excellent with no delays or missed
appointments. Great care was taken to avoid any in/out foot traffic mess
and the cleanup was very thorough. Office staff, Mary, was very helpful
in obtaining the rebates and tax credit that were part of the purchase.”
- Ron, Oconomowoc
Today, Pat’s Heating is thriving and thankful, servicing our many loyal
residential and commercial customers. We feel honored that you continue
to choose Pat’s Heating and A/C for your HVAC needs.
“I enjoyed working with your entire team from start to finish. I would
highly recommend using Pat’s Heating & A/C and am 110% satisfied
with the service they provide.”
- Tim, Dousman
“I have been loyal to Pat’s Heating & Air Conditioning for their
exceptional and honest service since 2003. Recently I had to replace my
furnace and did receive alternate bids. Pat’s price was competitive, but
when taking into consideration their professionalism, quality and service...
it was an easy decision.”
- Tim, Ixonia
• The World Wide Web was
first conceived in Switzerland.
• The first unofficial text
message was launched.
• Robin Yount, Paul Molitor
and Jim Gantner were a force
to be reckoned with on the
Brewers roster.
• George H. Bush became our

Owners Pat and Mary Sue offer their
sincere “Thanks” to you, our valued
customers, for your long lasting support
over the years.
None of our success would have been possible without the incredible
hard work of all our staff. We are proud that many of our employees have
remained with us as they developed their careers and helped build this
company to what it has become today.
Thank you for being such an important part of our history and growth. As
we embrace the future, you can trust us to continue to provide “Service that
Exceeds Your Expectations,” which has been our motto for the last 25 years.
Polar Vortex May Mean
As if the bone-chilling temperatures and
the endless snow weren’t enough, winter
2014 will be felt well into spring.
According to allergy experts, the recordsetting snowfall in some regions and the
lingering below-freezing temperatures
could mean a late flowering for trees.
That means that once the temperatures
do warm up, pollinating trees will be
busy catching up, spewing higher than
average amounts of
Miserable Allergy Season
sneeze- and sniffle-inducing allergens
into the spring air.

and asthma sufferers more!
“If it warms up quickly and gets really
warm, that may mean everything starts
pollinating all at once,” says Estelle
Levetin, professor of biology at University
of Tulsa.
But if spring is shortened, then that
process will be condensed into a few
miserable weeks for allergy sufferers.
Couple that with all of the moisture
in the ground from melting snow and
spring rains and mold spores could be
on the rise which only aggravates allergy
How to cope? Medical experts suggest
keeping your windows and doors closed
and the air conditioning on to reduce the
flow of pollen in your homes. We couldn’t
agree more. Our recommendation would
be to incorporate the use of Honeywell’s
Ultraviolet Air Purifier with AirBright.
When installed in your HVAC system, the
Honeywell Ultraviolet Air Purifier uses
UV light to kill germs, bacteria and mold
as well as absorb odors.

A FRIENDLY REMINDER...
It’s time to have your air conditioner
tuned-up before the hot days of summer
arrive.
Annual maintenance on your home’s
heating and cooling system is vital to
keeping it running properly. You wouldn’t
go more than a year without changing the
oil in your car, would you? Nor should
you neglect the heating and cooling
system of your home.
In fact, did you know that regular
tune-ups on your system:
• Reduce your energy costs?
• Allow the equipment to
run more efficiently?
• Prolong the life of your
equipment?

ROSATI’S PIZZA - Rosati’s Pizza recently expanded for
the 2nd time increasing their bar and dining room. Who
doesn’t love pizza? The new addition offers private party
room space as well as a larger bar and dining area.
Commercial Maintenance
Like all mechanical
systems, commercial HVAC
systems require regular
maintenance to assure
continuous operation and
reduced downtime. Properly
maintained equipment also
keeps your HVAC systems
operating at their maximum
efficiencies, reduces energy costs and operating budgets as well as
improves employee productivity.
Regular maintenance programs can help prevent expensive equipment
breakdowns, spot emerging problems, and comply with manufacturer
warranty requirements.
