Introducing new staff member Anna Louw-Young— Bursar’s Assistant After 20 years working both full and part-time jobs in Dunedin, Oamaru and the UK I have confirmed my belief that nothing is more important than family. That being said, when the opportunity to work at Kavanagh College presented itself I jumped at the chance with open arms, knowing that it will allow me the ideal mix of work and family, enabling me to be more involved in my children's schooling and giving me the chance to be part of the Kavanagh College family. I have always regarded Kavanagh as an ideal place of learning, allowing children to balance academic achievement with a great sense of who they are, where they belong and what role they have to play within their community and the great wide world and I am proud that I can now play my part in that step. I look forward to getting to know all the Kavanagh families over many years to come. The lost property box is overflowing with clothing, shoes etc. If your child has lost any item of clothing please ask them to check the lost property box which is situated in the teachers workroom, next to the staffroom.
