Easypack’s packstation™ is an ergonomically designed work station that enables you to efficiently
pack goods in a variety of ways. Available in single or double sided versions, packstation™ offers an
organised workspace where everything you require is comfortably available at your fingertips.
Manufactured in the UK, packstation™ comes complete with an integrated paper cushion dispensing
machine. The double packing station allows two operators to work on opposite sides at the same
time, for increased efficiency, which can be further enhanced with a range of useful options.

Total packing convenience
packstation™ offers a generous workspace that incorporates a paper cushion system
conveniently located to save space and deliver the packaging directly at point of
use. Adjustable height legs offer flexibility and comfort in any packing environment.
With overhead storage, multi-shelf options, fully-adjustable monitor mounts and
230v multiway socket brackets, the packstation™ can be configured to best suit your
requirements.
The under-bench system produces strong, flexible, ready-moulded cushions from rolls
of 100% recycled paper, directly through the chute, allowing you to pack a multitude
of different goods with everything conveniently to hand.

Built-in features
packstation™ is not only designed to offer comfort and convenience, it is also built to
offer a safe, robust working environment. The durable, welded steel design incorporates
hardwearing laminate worktops, and adjustable shelving.
The paper chute is protected with a guard that prevents items from accidentally slipping
down the chute, whilst the control panel is securely held centrally for easy access.
The paper cushion dispensing machine is securely guided and located in position with all
cabling safely secured beneath the worktop.

Useful options
In a busy packing environment it is essential that goods can be packed quickly and
effectively. packstation™ is designed to be multi-functional and practical. An additional
shelf can be used for general storage with the option to add shelf dividers slotted into
position for a more organised system.
Optional extras include adjustable storage bins for smaller packaging items, a fully
adjustable monitor bracket and a 230v multiway socket bracket to provide a secure
convenient location for connecting ancillary equipment.

Whilst the packsolo® and packmaster™ systems can
conveniently deliver a range of single or 2 ply paper pack
options directly to the worktop, packstation™ can also be
fitted with the freestyle™ paper dispenser, spiral® dispenser,
or spiralpro® giving additional packing options.

An optional shelf bracket allows you to securely attach
alternative packaging systems, such as the freestyle™
system, which dispenses sheet paper on demand,
allowing you to wrap or mould around goods directly

spiral® dispenser, or a spiralpro® machine conveniently
on the packstation™.
