We do not want to go out for bids until all issues that would delay the startl of constJ~.lccltion are cleared. West Warren Street - Choctaw Trail to Ci Limits - Street}~ Design is 100% complete. We feel it would be best if we bid advantage of a larger bid package. rovements is project with 3rd Street to take I II 2010 - 2011 PROJECTS Bull Hide Creek WMARSS - Sewer System Conversion We are working on the final design for the changes to flow a Wge portion of the wastewater to the proposed WMARSS Bull Hide Creek interceptor sewer. I r~el we will bid this project in the early Spring of 2011, dependent upon WMARSS constructior schedule. We have the opportunity to obtain the easements anp land to p'0nstruct an extension of the interceptor sewer along Castleman Creek and build a new li~ ~tation at Castleman Creek, thereby deleting the existing Old Temple Road lift station. Tti~f would follow our master plan for the system that was developed in the late 1960's and woJICl save considerable cost duplication in the future by not having to rebuild the Old TemWe Road lift station now. I FM-1695 Widening - Utility Adjustments The majority of construction is complete and is to be completetl no later than July 9,2010. 2010 Street Micro-Seal Project Bids will be opened on June 2,2010 and presented to the Council for award on June 7,2010. I Lift Station No. 6 Removal Bids will be opened on May 25,2010 I and presented to the Council for award on June 7, 2010. Mobile Home Park Water & Sewer Line Replacement Construction plans are approximately 25% complete. I Sun Valley Waterline Replacement (Hewitt Dr. to Sapphirre Blvd.) Construction plans are approximately 10% comPlete·1 III Ritchie Road Water Plant - 2.5 Million Gallon Concrete GrrO.undStorage Tank The location plan is approximately 85% complete and as soo'~1as the exact location for the tank is confirmed, a geotechnical engineering firm will make fest borings of the soil and advise as to the maximum bearing capacity for the foundation desigH.
