SPECIAL EDITION
We are at the beginning of a new year, and it is
good to take time to ask ourselves, “What are the
goals that God has for me? How does He want
me to serve Him? What should I do for God to use
me this year? If we look back at 2012, we should
give God thanks because this has been a year
of glorious harvests, of abundant fruit, of a great
number of souls won, affirmed, equipped, and
sent, and of supernatural manifestations of the
power of God. This is why we invite you not to lose
heart and to look at 2013 as the year in which
you will reach your purpose in God. It is a year in
which to enlarge our faith and to continue believing that the supernatural of God will visibly manifest in our lives. It is a delight to be in the presence
of God, and that is why we want to invite you to
continue praying at all times and everywhere,
until we become prayer, so that wherever we go,
God will respond with miracles and wonders. This
is a year to continue equipping our leadership.
We know that when God gives us greater revelation of His Word, it is because He wants to move
the level of our faith to lead us to believe for
greater things. This year, He wants us to continue
restoring marriages, to rescue more youth from
drugs, alcohol, pornography, and abandonment.
He wants to use us to deliver men and women
from witchcraft, depression, immorality, and more.
God is counting on us to do the work entrusted
to the church. Today, at the beginning of 2013,
I want to tell you that the best is yet to come.
Expect the expected, the unexpected, and the
above and beyond!

What is Living Hope?
Hope is a favorable and certain expectancy of something good. Living hope
has a solid foundation. Many believers
do not receive because they lack expectancy. They go to church and walk
through life without expectancy.
When there is no expectancy of something good, we expect something bad.
Fear is the opposite of hope. It leads
to believe and expect that something
bad will happen. We have to change
that mentality. We used to be negative
people, but now we have living hope!
Another definition of hope is the total
manifestation of the life that each be5
liever has. You possess Jesus’ life of resurrection. Your hope is that some day
that life will completely manifest on
earth, from the inside out.
The Bible invites us to remain in faith,
hope, and love. Lack of hope is one of
the saddest conditions of the human
being. Depression comes from despair.
This is what people experience when
they consider something to be out of
their control.
Constant Expectation
God operates in cycles. Therefore, as
we enter the new year, we should have
the expectancy that something good
is going to happen. There is constant
expectancy in heaven that God is doing something new. We should live with
the same expectancy. If you constantly
expect something bad, there will be no
difference between you and the people in the world whose hope is abstract
and false. How do we walk in constant
expectancy? We should live by faith.
People who live by faith are always expecting something good to happen.
This means that they do not look at the
circumstances; but rather, at the promises that by faith they expect to receive.
You will not have expectancy if you
don’t do or obey. For example, you
you are wasting time. He will also tell
you to stop doing it, but keep sowing
because you have living hope. If you
want a great harvest, you have to sow
a great seed. You must do something! If
you don’t do what God tells you, don’t
expect anything. Have you done what
God placed in your heart and what He
says in His Word? If you have, you have
the right to live with great expectancy.
The Expected, the Unexpected, and the
Above and Beyond
You should expect the expected. Expect to happen that which you prayed
[When there is no expectancy of something
good, we expect something bad]
cannot expect to be blessed financially
if you don’t tithe or give offerings. Once
you do it and are obedient, then you
can expect something. You cannot expect oranges to grow if you have not
taken the time to plant a tree. When
we do what the Bible says, it gives us
the right to expect, for “He who plows
should plow in hope, and he who
threshes in hope should be partaker of
his hope” (1 Corinthians 9:10).
Religion tells you not to expect anything. However, the Bible talks about living in expectancy. Each time you give
or sow into God’s work, say, “Jesus, I
expect my harvest.” You should have
living hope and expect to receive a
harvest. Of everything you sow, expect
to receive it back multiplied. The devil will say that you are a fool and that
for. Expect the expected and what He
said would happen. You should also
expect the unexpected; that is, the
breakthroughs you cannot anticipate,
like receiving a check by mail or an unexpected salary increase. You should
also expect the above and beyond.
Who can defeat you if you have that
kind of hope?
Change your perspective and say:
“Something good is going to happen to
me today.” Let Jesus be the foundation
of your hope. Don’t allow your reason
to kill your faith and your expectancy.
Praise God, instead. Declare that your
harvest is on its way, and always live expecting the great harvest that is coming.

Freed from alcohol addiction
In the first two sonograms, the doctors detected
that the baby was missing the right kidney. The
mother prayed and kept on believing that God
would do a creative miracle. When she returned
to the hospital and after more testing, the
doctors said that they didn’t understand what
had happened but that the baby had the right
kidney. God did it again!
Rosario affirms that her child was born with his intestines outside of his body. The doctors tried to do
emergency surgery but, six hours later and while still in the operating room, the baby died. Desperate,
Rosario called her House of Peace leader and asked for help. The leader prayed, casting out the spirit
of death and declaring the power of the resurrection over the child. Suddenly, the baby resurrected!
Even though the doctors were amazed, they diagnosed that his recovery would last at least six months.
Rosario testifies that God accelerated her son’s healing, supernaturally, because just 20 days later, the
baby was totally healed, discharged, and taken home.

leader and testifies that her
husband, Roberto, suffered a
stroke and was taken to the
hospital in a coma. The doctors said that if her husband did
not wake up within 24 hours,
he would certainly die. Ivonne
remembered the teaching by
Apostle Maldonado on the
power of Jesus’ resurrection,
and she began to declare life
over him, decreeing that Roberto would wake up without
brain damage. God responded to her faith because, a few
hours later, Roberto woke up
completely healed!

HOW TO HEAR
GOD’S
VOICE
In this dark, insecure and fearful world
in which we live, and with the many
voices surrounding us, it is important for
every believer, minister, and leader to
learn how to hear the voice of God.
There is one reason why God wants to
speak to us: He wants to communicate

His plans and purpose for our lives.
Communication is part of who He is. It is
God’s nature to speak to His creation.
He communicates His desires and plans.
He confirms the past and tells us about
our present and future because it is an
intricate part of who He is.
Scripture speaks to you when it says:
“...if you hear His voice today...” It is
teaching you that He is still talking. God
abides in the eternal present; this is why
His name is the Great I Am. God is today. This means that God still speaks
and heals today. If you are willing to
obey Him, you will hear His voice. Perhaps, at times, your spiritual ears may
be “obstructed,” making it difficult for
you to hear His voice when He speaks,
but the Word of God teaches that He is
Spirit. Therefore, to hear His voice,
you must also live in the Spirit.
There are three ways through
which we perceive Him:
• Hearing
Hearing implies to hear
spiritually, not physically.
Your spirit has a spiritual
ear just as your body has
a physical ear. Listening
with your spiritual ears is one
way God speaks to you.
When Elijah heard it, that he
wrapped his face in his mantle and
went out and stood in the entrance
of the cave. Suddenly a voice came
to him, and said, “What are you doing
here, Elijah?” 1 Kings 19:13
• Seeing
Seeing in the spirit means that the Lord is
allowing you to see into the spirit realm.
When this happens, you are able to see
mental images, visions, and dreams.
Jesus saw Nathanael coming toward
Him, and said of him, “Behold, an Israelite indeed, in whom is no deceit!”
Nathanael said to Him, “How do You
know me?” Jesus answered and said
to him, “Before Philip called you, when
you were under the fig tree, I saw you.”
John 1:47, 48
• Feeling
Feeling is a perception; an intuition of
the Holy Spirit within you. It is not knowledge having to do with the physical or
carnal senses but a testimony, an impression within your spirit.
Except that the Holy Spirit testifies in every city, saying that chains and tribulations await me. But none of these things
move me; nor do I count my life dear to
myself, so that I may finish my race with
joy, and the ministry which I received
from the Lord Jesus, to testify to the gospel of the grace of God. Acts 20:23, 24
How can you be sure it is His voice you
hear?
It is impossible to recognize a counterfeit one hundred-dollar bill if you have
never seen the real thing. The counterfeit bill can only be detected if you are
familiar with the real thing. This same
principle can be applied when you
know God’s voice. It is easy to identify
the voice of the enemy because you
are familiar with the voice of God.
To him the doorkeeper opens, and the
sheep hear his voice; and he calls his
own sheep by name and leads them
out. And when he brings out his own
sheep, he goes before them; and the
sheep follow him, for they know his
voice. Yet they will by no means follow
a stranger, but will flee from him, for
they do not know the voice of strangers. John 10:3 5

God lives in an eternal present. In other words, He lives
in eternity, where there is no
time—present, past, beginning, or end. God inhabits in
eternity, and when you are
in eternity, you can fix the
past, transform the present,
and guide your future. Faith
is the key to enter His eternity. When you enter, you can
lay hold of salvation, deliverance, joy, peace, finances, marital and ministerial
prosperity. In eternity, you
receive the healings, miracles, promises, and all that
God has for you. The presence of God is everywhere,
but it does not always manifest itself, for it is necessary
to have a humble and contrite heart to drink of that
presence, so He can loosen
His power.
In His presence, we receive revelation of His
Word. When we read it,
apply it, and let it penetrate our lives, it changes
us. Through the teachings
of the Bible, the presence
of God becomes real in
every paragraph, as our
hearts receive the revelation to understand and
know the purposes that
He has for us.

Pastor Lee testifies that “the principles in

in China and in Vietnam.” He went to
minister at an underground Bible School
and leadership meeting, where he taught
what he had learned from the book
and prayed for the people. Suddenly,
everyone fell by the power and the
presence of God, and they were all filled
by the Holy Spirit, and supernaturally, the
sick were healed. Even the leaders of the
underground church fell by the power
of God and began laughing in the Spirit.
They had to make a conscious effort to
stop laughing for fear of being discovered.
Pastors Jesus Losa and María Jesús Gabarre,
from Centro Cristiano Vino Nuevo, in Madrid,
Spain, testify that after attending the ESMQ
Modules and implementing the revelations
and biblical teachings contained in Apostle
Maldonado’s books, they are living in a new
dimension of healing and miracles.
The youth pastor, Rodrigo López, (Iglesia
Nueva Generación Internacional, of
Villahermosa, Tabasco, Mexico), testifies
that before his parents, Pastors José
Luis and Margarita López, came under
Apostle Maldonado’s spiritual covering,
they only had 83 youth. Now they have
more than 5,000 operating under the
supernatural power of God, after the
membership in his church experienced
supernatural growth.

TESTIMONIES
This nurse testifies that she was activated to operate in healing and miracles after
reading the book “How to Walk in the Supernatural Power of God” by Apostle Guillermo
Maldonado. One day, in the emergency room of the hospital where she works, a pregnant
woman was wheeled in to be induced because her baby was stillborn. She testifies that she
prayed for the patient and declared the power of the resurrection of Jesus over the baby.
To everyone’s surprise, the baby was born alive and completely healthy! The nurse says that
so far, God has used her in three resurrections, in the same hospital where she works.
This man arrived connected to an oxygen tank due to pulmonary fibrosis, which also
compromised his heart. The doctors had said that he needed to be connected to the tank 24
hours a day because his breathing was labored and couldn’t walk without losing his breath.
When Apostle Maldonado declared healing over his lungs and heart, the man, by his own
initiative and by faith, disconnected the tank of oxygen and began to run. He was able to
breathe perfectly well without feeling tired or losing his breath. He couldn’t do this before!
Faith is for “now”!

This boy was taken by his mother from Paraguay
to Argentina, hoping to receive a miracle.
Due to a congenital deformity, his right ear
was closed. The ear never developed, and he
couldn’t hear from that side. After praying for
him, even though his ear was closed, the child
affirms that he could hear perfectly well. God
created a new ear!

on a wheelchair, due to intense pain
produced by terminal cancer in the
abdomen. He testifies that he could
easily feel the tumors in the abdominal
region, and then affirmed that after

where her eye should be. After praying for her,
God did a miracle! He created the ocular globe
and a new optic nerve. Now the girl can see
perfectly well. Jesus continues to do miracles!

The primary purpose of worship is to
bring the glory of God in the midst of
His people. Today, many “worship”
songs used in churches or played on
Christian radio stations lack power because they are not based on the Word
of God and minister only to the flesh.
We must write scriptural songs—songs
that can take the sounds of heaven
and truly minister who God is, as many
of David’s psalms do—songs that pour
out constant worship and revealed
knowledge. True worship is based on
the Word of God and flows from an
understanding of that Word. This caus37
es God to back it up—His power and
manifestations will confirm it. The Scriptures say, “Take words with you,and return to the Lord…” (Hosea 14:2)
True Worship Transforms the Worshipper
They have hands, but they do not handle; feet they have, but they do not
walk; nor do they mutter through their
throat. Those who make them are like
them; so is everyone who trusts in them.
(Psalms 115:7–8)
In the above passage, we see the rea-
son why the Lord wants our worship: He
wants us to be like Him. Human beings
become the image they worship. This
psalm describes individuals who create
and worship idols, placing all their trust
in them. The result of this is that they become like the object of their worship—
lifeless. In contrast, when we worship
the true God, in spirit and in truth, we
receive new life in Jesus! No one can
remain in God’s presence and not
change or be transformed, because
His light exposes our true condition, and
His fire purifies us. Something of Him will
come upon us! This happened to Mary,
the woman who poured out the very
expensive perfume upon the head of
Jesus. (See, for example, John 11:2.)
Even though her only purpose was to
worship Jesus, she left permeated with
the perfume of His presence.
The same thing happens when we pour
out our hearts in worship to God, and
His presence descends: we walk away
with the aroma of Jesus. This causes other people to want to know Him
more, because His essence in us will
attract others! Our hearts are the most
expensive perfume we can pour out in
His presence.
