unobstructed, direct bay views. The varying use of materials such as wood siding, glass, stainless steel, architectural stucco and concrete, and the play of light and shadow create visual interest throughout the building.
Recessed planes, vertical elements, and varied roof planes increase this effect. The geometry of the home is
broken up to allow for several sight lines to the water, and the boundaries between interior and exterior spaces
are blended with operable glass walls, taking advantage of costal breezes and allowing for natural ventilation
