The villas at La Finca de Marbella have been meticulously designed, taking into account the strictest design and
quality principles. The use of attractive design elements are always firmly based on actual function. The overall
concept of La Finca de Marbella allows buyers to choose between 4 main villa designs, with further variations
between these and ground floor layout configuration, which allows several options for the position and layout of
the kitchen. Choosing your villa design is dependent on the shape of the plot; most plots will allow a choice of
villa and in many plots all villa designs are possible. Whilst open plan kitchens are in vogue and have become a
central “hub” for many homes we offer several options to suit personal preferences. In most homes there is a choice
between a central kitchen, open or bar kitchen but there is also an option for a more traditional closed kitchen.
...because every detail matters
Careful planning has ensured that there will be sea and mountain views from
most of the plots. The majority of plots have south west orientation with views
of Marbella and the sea, the beautiful La Concha mountain, and the famous
Puerto Banús. On a clear day there are views of Gibraltar and Africa from most
plots. One of the most notable design features of the villas is the use of large
windows. The windows in the living area are full height, from floor to ceiling,
and in almost all villas these open and slide into the walls. This transformation
