Il mercatino di Natale nel delizioso borgo medievale di Arco sa unire la tradizione nordica a un tocco di tipicità locale.
Vivi il clima di festa tra le casette, una calda e suggestiva atmosfera fatta di eventi, animazioni e intrattenimenti per grandi e piccini: la
Fattoria degli Animali e le cavalcate sui pony e asinelli, il Trenino di Natale, la mostra di presepi, i concerti natalizi e le visite
guidate gratuite alla scoperta delle bellezze di Arco.
Sabato 7 dicembre gli spettacolari fuochi d’artificio dal castello illumineranno tutto il centro storico.

Il trenino di Natale collega Arco e Riva del Garda, per spostarsi in tranquillità dimenticando il traffico. Un piccolo viaggio nel Garda Trentino, alla scoperta delle bellezze locali e degli eventi più entusiasmanti.

Der Weihnachtsmarkt im schönen mittelalterlichen Dorf von Arco
mischt die nördliche Tradition mit dem lokalen italienischen Flair.
Erlebe die festliche Atmosphäre zwischen den kleinen Holzhäuschen,
mit Events, Veranstaltungen und Untehaltungen für Groß und Klein.
Für die Kinder gibt es den kleinen Bauernhof mit vielen Tiere zum
Kuscheln und mit den Ponys zum Reiten und das Weihnachtszug;
die Erwachsene können mittlerweile die Krippenaustellung
besuchen, die Stadt mit einer freien Führung entdecken oder einem
Weihnaschstkonzert zuhören.
Am 7. Dezember findet ein großartiges Feuerwerk von der Burg statt,
das das ganze Stadtzentrum beleuchtet.
The Christmas market in the medieval town of Arco mixes the Nordic
tradition and a touch of local Italian lifestyle.
Take the chance to live the festive atmosphere between the little
wooden houses, while enjoying events, entertainments and shows for
the whole family. For the children there is the little farm with a lot of
pets and ponys to ride and our special Christmas train, too. The adult
can in the meantime visit the crib exhibition, visit the town with a
free guided tour or listen to a Christmas concert.
On December, 7th a firework display from the castle will light up the
whole centre of Arco.

Babbo Natale e Natalina hanno deciso di trascorrere le vacanze nell’antica Rocca e di lasciar curiosare
nelle stanze della loro Casa tutti i bambini che li vogliono conoscere. L’Ufficio Postale, zeppo di buste, timbri
e pacchetti, è il posto giusto dove scrivere ed imbucare la propria letterina. Dopo una sosta nella camera da
letto e un salto nel guardaroba, i piccoli possono liberare la loro fantasia con i giochi e i lavoretti dell’Officina;
e poi, ancora a bocca aperta, assaggiare la merenda di Natalina e incontrare Babbo Natale che li allieta con i
suoi racconti.

Der Weihnachtsmann und Natalina wollen ihre Ferien in der
alten Festung verbringen und alle Kinder, die sie kennenlernen
möchten, in den Zimmern ihres neuen Domizils herumstöbern
lassen. Das Postamt, mit Umschlägen, Briefmarken und Päckchen
überall verstreut, wartet auf die Kinder, die ihre Briefen schreiben
und abschicken möchten.
Nach einer Pause im Schlafzimmer und einem kurzen Blick in der
Garderobe, können sich die Kleinen in Spiele und Bastelarbeiten
stürzen und ihre Kreativität ausleben. Sie sind aus dem Staunen
noch nicht heraus, da werden sie die Leckerbissen geniessen, die
Natalina vorbereitet hat. Und dann kommt der Weihnachtsmann, der
sie mit seinen Erzählungen fesselt.
Santa and Mrs Santa have decided to spend their holidays in the
old castle, letting all the curious children in to roam through the
rooms of their new house.
And here is the Post Office, overfilled with envelopes, stamps and
packets, waiting for every child who wants to write and send its own
letter.
After a break in the bedroom and a glance in the wardrobe, children
can play and work on their own creations in the Workshop; then
they can taste the delicacies prepared by Mrs Santa before
meeting Santa and listening to his entertaining stories.

Gassen und kleinen Plätzen, entdeckt man curiöse Marktstände mit önogastronomischen
lokalen Leckereien und einheimischem Kunsthandwerk. Durch Musik, Düften und Aromas kann
man die richtige Weihnachtsatmosphäre aufatmen.

notte della Vigilia e la giornata di Santo Stefano, con il suggestivo presepe vivente accompagnato da zampognari e canti natalizi.
In Rango wartet man gespannt auf das Kinderfest. Und darf man nicht die Ankunft der Santa
Lucia vergessen, wo die Tradition wieder lebendig wird.

gelten. Beide Herzkerne der Dörfer werden von Veranstaltungen
und Events zum Thema Weihnachten, Konzerten und Chören
belebt. Am 22. Dezember wird in Nago der bereits gut bekannte
oenogastronomische Spaziergang, mit Kinderanimation,
statttfinden.

Herkunft im Bedürfnis, nichts von hochwertigen Oliven Gardasees wegzuwerfen. Mit diesem

Pane di Molche
Zutaten:
• 1200 g Mehl Type 405
• 20 g Zucker
• 80 g Bierhefe
• 15 g Salz
Una ricetta antica e unica, un sapore inconfondibile:
il pane di molche, un prodotto esclusivo del Garda
Trentino, nato dall'esigenza di non sprecare nulla di
un frutto prezioso come l'oliva, per portare a tavola

g 200 molche Preparazione:
In una terrina sciogliere il lievito in acqua tiepida,
aggiungere il latte, lo zucchero, il sale, l’olio, le
molche e la farina setacciata; far lievitare per un’ora
e mezza in luogo caldo e umido (se l’ambiente è
troppo secco ricordarsi di coprire il recipiente con
pellicola o con uno straccio umido). Rimpastare e
lavorare per 10 minuti, formando con la massa dei
panini e lasciare lievitare per ancora 1 ora circa.
Pennellare il pane lievitato con acqua e infornare a
180° C per 25/30 minuti.
N.B. Le molche sono il residuo polposo, e quindi
impregnato d’olio, che si recupera dalla spremitura
delle olive nella produzione dell’olio extravergine.

280 g lauwarmes Wasser
220 g Milch
200 g Molche
Die Bierhefe mit lauwarmem Wasser auflösen, Milch, Zucker, Salz, „Molche“ und Olivenöl in
eine Mehlmulde hinzufügen, dann an einem warmen und feuchtigen Ort 1½ Stunde gehen
lassen (wenn das Raum zu trocken ist, den Behälter mit Folie oder feuchtem Tuch abdecken).
Den Teig dann mit dem restlichen Mehl wieder kneten und für 10 Min verarbeiten, mit der
Masse Brötchen bilden und mindestens noch eine Stunde gehen lassen. Das aufgegangene
Brot mit Wasser bepinseln und in den Backofen schieben, bei 180° ca. 25/30 Min backen.
Die “Molche” (Olivenpaste) ist das ölhaltige Fruchtfleisch, das bei der Pressung der Oliven bei
der Herstellung des Nativen Olivenöls Extra gewonnen wird.
Pane di Molche
An old and unique recipe, an unmistakable taste: the “pane di molche” (bread with “molche”)
is a one-of-a-kind product of the Garda Trentino area and finds its origin in the need, not to
waste anything of the precious olives of Garda. With this bread you can bring to your table
the real and intense flavour of our region.
Ingredients:
• flour 1200 g

Dissolve the yeast in warm water, add the milk, sugar, salt, oil, molche and sieved flour and
leave to rise for an hour and a half in a warm humid place (if the air is too dry, remember
to cover the bowl with cling film or a damp dish cloth). Turn out and knead for 10 minutes,
shape the dough into small rolls and leave to rise for another hour or thereabouts. Brush the
loaves with water and bake at 180° C for 25/30 minutes.
“Molche” are the pulpy oily residue left over after pressing olives for extra virgin olive oil.
