Expertise which complements one another:
on the one hand, the expertise of a body therapist
and SPA operator and on the other hand, the expertise
of a carpenter and cabinet maker. The one, Michael Eppler,
knows functional needs, classical and new methods
of therapy. The other, Matthias Kühl, understands
how to implement these into aesthetically pleasing
pieces of furniture. In 1986, he founded the manufactory
Clap Tzu in Hamburg. The two of them have been
working together on this theme for fifteen years:
individual massage tables.
With loving detail and inventive genius, with pleasure
in human togetherness, in creative teamwork.
All massage tables should be practical and aesthetic
at the same time. According to which model it is, they
should appear technical, elegant, puristic or functional.

Welcome to Clap Tzu!
Kompetenzen, die sich ergänzen: einerseits die eines
Körpertherapeuten und SPA-Betreibers und andererseits
die eines Tischlers und Möbelbauers. Der eine,
Michael Eppler, kennt funktionale Bedürfnisse,
klassische und neue Therapiemethoden. Der andere,
Matthias Kühl, versteht sich auf die Umsetzung
in ästhetisch gestaltete Möbelstücke. Er gründete
1986 in Hamburg die Manufaktur Clap Tzu.
Seit fünfzehn Jahren arbeiten beide gemeinsam
an ihrem Thema: individuelle Massageliegen.
Mit Detailliebe und Erfindungsgeist, mit Freude am
menschlichen Miteinander, am kreativen Teamwork.
Praktisch und ästhetisch sollen alle Massageliegen sein.

AMBRA fix ist die Massivholz-Liege mit gleichbleibender
Arbeitshöhe. Sie wird im Wunschmaß gefertigt und lässt sich
durch Aufsteckfüße in der Höhe variieren.

Je nach Nutzung kann zwischen
drei Liegeflächen-Ausführungen gewählt werden:
einteilig, mit Kopfteilverstellbarkeit 40/90° oder

wie bei den meisten stationären Liegen,
die abgerundete Hawaii-Form lieferbar.
Praktisch und schön: die Edelstahlabschlüsse.

Das PU- Bezugsmaterial ist haut- und umweltfreundlich.
Insgesamt 19 Farben stehen zur Wahl.

Zeitgemäßes Design, Großzügigkeit, individueller
Komfort und praktischer Zusatznutzen – ANDO hat alles.
Die Liegehöhe wird elektrisch verstellt, die Ausführung
der Liegefläche ist individuell wählbar. Im geräumigen
Schubfach unter der Liege finden Handtücher und
weitere Utensilien ihren Platz. Das Untergestell aus
melaminharzbeschichtetem MDF im Wengé-Farbton
ist besonders robust und feuchtigkeitsresistent.

Schwerelos in die richtige Höhe. Nahezu lautlos bewegen zwei Linearantriebe die Liegefläche nach oben
oder unten. In den zwei schlanken Aluminiumsäulen versteckt sich die Technik. Das Besondere an LINEA
ist auch ihre Mobilität und Handlichkeit. Sie lässt sich fix und flach zusammenklappen, braucht so,
beispielsweise bei wechselnder Raumnutzung, wenig Platz.

Ayurveda ist endgültig in Europa angekommen. Vor zwölf Jahren
waren es Michael Eppler und Matthias Kühl von Clap Tzu, die
die erste Liege mit europäischem Komfort für die authentische
indische Heilkunst ”erfunden” haben. Die neue, gepolsterte
Liegefläche ist ölbeständig und durch den flach auslaufenden
Rand auch für andere Anwendungen nutzbar.
Die Ayurveda-Polsterung ist für alle stationären Liegen lieferbar.
Zu beiden Shiro Dhara Ständern passt die Edelstahlschale
mit dem regelbarem Ölfluss.

healing. The new cushioned lying surface is resistant to oil and

Paravent heißt übersetzt: gegen den Wind.
Es kann auch ein sanfter Luftzug sein, der abgehalten
werden soll oder neugierige Blicke. Ein Paravent ist
ein wunderbares Möbelstück, das Schutz gibt und
Geborgenheit vermittelt und trotzdem Räume jederzeit
flexibel nutzen lässt. Aus massivem Buchenholz
gefertigt mit Edelstahlbeschlägen passt er zu nahezu
allen Massageliegen. Die Bespannung des Paravent
und des Servicewagens sind auf den Liegenbezug
abgestimmt.

Flexibles stehen und sitzen. CAVALLO ist für

Michael Eppler l Matthias Kühl
Kompetenzen, die sich ergänzen: einerseits die eines Körpertherapeuten und SPA-Betreibers und andererseits die eines Tischlers und Möbelbauers.
Der eine, Michael Eppler, kennt funktionale Bedürfnisse, klassische und neue Therapiemethoden. Der andere, Matthias Kühl, versteht sich auf die Umsetzung
in ästhetisch gestaltete Möbelstücke. Er gründete 1986 in Hamburg die Manufaktur Clap Tzu. Seit fünfzehn Jahren arbeiten beide gemeinsam an ihrem Thema:
individuelle Massageliegen. Mit Detailliebe und Erfindungsgeist, mit Freude am menschlichen Miteinander, am kreativen Teamwork.
Praktisch und ästhetisch sollen alle Massageliegen sein. Je nach Modell wirken sie handwerklich, elegant, puristisch oder funktional.
Individuell zusammenstellbar sind sie immer.

In 1986, he founded the manufactory Clap Tzu in Hamburg. The two of them have been working together on this theme for fifteen years: individual massage tables.
With loving detail and inventive genius, with pleasure in human togetherness, in creative teamwork. All massage tables should be practical and aesthetic
at the same time. According to which model it is, they should appear technical, elegant, puristic or functional.
They are always assembled individually.

und Einsatzform lässt sich die richtige Liege „Maßschneidern“. Standard Pro ist beste deutsche Handwerksarbeit. Ein kleines Beispiel: Zur besseren Handhabung
haben die gedrechselten Holzknöpfe zusätzlich noch Griffmulden. Das Gestell wird aus massivem Ahornholz gefertigt, die Blenden aus stabilem Birken-Sperrholz.

every form of use. Standard Pro is the best of German craftsmanship. A small example: For better handling, the turned wooden knobs additionally have recessed
