Klausner / Södra, Sweden: A sawmill emigrates ...
Der schwedische Forstkonzern
Södra erwarb im Frühjahr 2010 die
Maschinen und Anlagen des Sägewerks Klausner Holz in Adelebsen
(Niedersachsen). Mit Unterstützung der Klausner-Gruppe baute
Södra das Sägewerk auseinander,
transportierte es nach Schweden
und setzte es im südschwedischen
Värö wieder neu zusammen. Dort
erhielten die Trapezprofil-Fassaden
allerdings „Södra-Grün“ statt
„Klausner-Rot“ als Akzentfarbe.

Die Eugen König GmbH, Großhändler für Haustechnik, verbindet
an 18 Standorten in drei Bundesländern Markenqualität mit
dem Service von professionellen

Gewerken Sanitär und Heizung.
Um am Standort Prüm die Produktpräsentation für Fachhandwerker
und Privatkunden zu optimieren,
wurden die Ausstellungsräume
modernisiert und die Logistikhalle
erweitert.

DELA: Recycling-Kapazität zehnfach gesteigert
DELA: tenfold increase in recycling capacity
Das international agierende Essener RecyclingUnternehmen DELA hatte seine Marktanteile ausgebaut und benötigte daher im Industriepark
Dorsten / Marl eine zusätzliche Produktionshalle mit
Bürokomplex. Durch die neue Anlage stieg die Recycling-Kapazität für Nicht-Eisen-Metalle von 3.000
auf 30.000 t pro Jahr. Borgel Elementbau umhüllte
600 m² Wand zwei-seitig mit Kassettentragschale
und Trapezprofilen. In der Produktionshalle zogen
wir mehrere staubdichte Trennwände hoch. Auch
das Bürogebäude erhielt eine zweiseitige Verblendung. Außen mit waagerechten Alu-Wellprofil und
ISO-Dämmung, innen mit Trapezprofil. 3.200 m²
Dachfläche verkleideten wir ebenfalls mit Trapezprofil. Präzise Maßarbeit erforderten dabei 15 Aussparungen für Lüftergitter und Rohrdurchführungen
sowie 31 Öffnungen für Licht-/Luftkuppeln. In die
Dach-Aufstockung der Produktionshalle bauten wir
nachträglich noch ein zusätzliches Lichtband ein
und halfen so, auch die „Tageslicht-Kapazität“ zu
steigern.

DELA with headquarters in Bad Oeynhausen expanded its market share and needed therefore an additional production plant with office complex in

company increased its recycling capacity regarding
non-iron-metals from 3,000t to 30,000t a year.

erected several dustproof partition
walls. The office building was as
well double-sided wainscoted: the
outer part with horizontal aluminium corrugated waved profiles
and insulation, the inner part with
trapezoidal metal sheets. Furthermore, we covered 3,200 m2 of roof
area with trapezoidal metal sheets.
Accurate precision work was
necessary for the 15 recesses for
the fan grills and pipe penetrations
as well as for 31 gaps for light /
air domes. Subsequently, we built
in further lighting strips into the
roof heightening of the production
hall and helped so to increase the
“daylight capacity” too.

Gludan: “Glue” for prying eyes
Gludan gehört zu den führenden
Lieferanten von Klebstoffen zur Produktion von z. B. Verpackungen und
Aktenordnern. Das dänische Unternehmen baute in Büchen ein neues
Produktionsgebäude mit Bürotrakt.
An dem ansprechenden Fabrik-Neubau werden die Blicke von Spaziergängern länger als üblich haften
bleiben. Borgel Elementbau versah

Produktionsgebäudes mit Kassetten-Unterkonstruktion plus C-Riegel
und Thermowandpaneele in der
RAL-Farbe 9006. 1.000 m² Wand
erhielten in gleicher Farbe Thermowandpaneele. Zusätzlich installierten wir ein seitliches Vordach für
die Anlieferung von Materialien per
LKW. Innerhalb des Produktionsgebäudes errichteten wir rund 500 m²
Innenwandabtrennungen mit
Trapezprofilen. 200 m² der Außenwände des Bürotraktes verkleideten
wir mit Thermowandpaneele in
RAL-Blau 5002. Am Produktionsgebäude verbauten wir insgesamt
1 km Wandriegel-Längen sowie 250
Auflagewinkel zur exakten Einfassung der Fenster in die Fassade.

Gludan is one of the leading suppliers
of adhesive for the production of e.g.

complex in Büchen. The attractive
building will captivate its viewer’s
eyes more than it would be usual for
an industrial building. We provided
an area of 1,600 m² of reinforced
concrete wall of the production
facility with a cassette supporting
shell plus C-waler and thermo wall
panels in RAL colour 9006. 1,000 m²
of wall area was wainscoted with
thermo wall panels in the same
colour. Additionally, Borgel Elementbau installed a lateral canopy for the
delivery of materials by truck. Within
the production building we created
some 500 m² of inner wall sepertions
with trapezoidal profiles. 200 m² of
the office’s outer façade area were
wainscoted with thermo wall panels
in RAL blue 5002. In total we
assembled a length of 1 km of bay
rails and 250 bearing brackets for
the precise framing of the windows
into the façade.

Die U. Kerkhoff GmbH plant und
installiert die Haustechnik für schlüsselfertige Projekte von Einfamilienhäusern bis zu großen Verwaltungsund Industriegebäuden. Für die
neue Firmenzentrale mit Lagerhalle
und Bürotrakt setzte das Unternehmen auf ästhetisch ansprechende
Fassaden und eine Architektur mit
„schrägen Akzenten".
Akzent sichtbar bleibt. Wer also als
Besucher der Produktausstellung
alle Neubau-Finessen erfassen
möchte, muss den Kopf gelegentlich ganz schön schräg halten.

von Trapezprofilen und bedeckten
sie danach mit ISO-Dämmung und
Alu-Wellenprofil. Die geneigte Dachfläche (230 m²) des Ausstellungsraumes besteht aus Trapezprofil, das
im Innenraum als gestalterischer

plans and installs house technology
for turnkey ready projects reaching
from single-family houses to huge
administration and industrial complexes. For the new headquarters
with a warehouse and an office
building, the company focussed on
aesthetically designed façades and
architecture in an unusual way.
Borgel Elementbau wainscoted
900 m² of the hall’s walls with blackcoloured thermo-wall panels and covered the roof with trapezoidal metal
sheets with warm roof coverage. For
the office building’s 400 m² of solid
wall we used aluminium-corrugated
waved sheets on basis of a Z-profiles
supporting construction. The stylistically impressive exhibition area
for the house technologies has an
inclined roof and sloped walls. In
order to construct the leaning wall
area, Borgel Elementbau first of all
formed it with trapezoidal sheet
metal profiles and covered it with
insulation and aluminium-corrugated
waved profiles in a second step. The
leaning roof of the exhibition area
(230 m²) consists of trapezoidal metal sheets and guarantees an optical
highlight inside the building. The
future visitors that feel attracted by
the household appliances in the exhibition of Kerkhoff GmbH or by the
new building will sometimes have to
hold their heads quite inclined…

Beermann: Bohrtechnik auf Expansionskurs

Die Josef Beermann GmbH & Co. KG
agiert in den Bereichen Elektrotechnik, Sanitär-/ Heizungs-/ und Klimatechnik, erneuerbare Energien sowie
im Kabel- und Rohrleitungsbau. Für
die wachsende Sparte Bohrtechnik
benötigte das Unternehmen eine
neue Fahrzeug- und Werkstatthalle
sowie einen Waschplatz und einen
Geräteunterstellplatz in Riesenbeck.
Borgel Elementbau verkleidete
1.400 m² Wand mit horizontal
montierten Paneelen, um so die
Hausfarbe von Beermann in RAL
6016 (Türkisgrün) als umlaufenden
Farbstreifen integrieren zu können.
1.500 m² Dach verkleideten wir
mit Trapezprofil – auf der Halle mit
Dämmung, auf dem Wasch- und
Geräteunterstellplatz mit einfacher
Trapezprofilabdeckung. Auf dem
Hallendach integrierten wir 20 Lichtkuppeln und mussten kurz nach
Fertigstellung 19 davon nach einem
heftigen Hagelschaden wieder
erneuern.

and pipeline construction. For the
growing market of drilling technology the company required a new hall
for vehicles and workshops as well
as a a washing area and carport for
instruments in Riesenbeck.
Borgel Elementbau wainscoted
1,400 m² of wall area with horizontally assembled panels in order to be
able to integrate the turquise-green
colour RAL 6016, which is typical
for the Beermann company, as a
circumferential colour strip around
the edifice. We covered 1,500 m²
of roof area with trapezoidal metal
sheets, the hall with insulation, the
washing area and carport with a
onefold trapezoidal metal sheet
cover. We furthermore integrated 20
light domes to the roof of the hall
and unfortunately had to renew 19
of them shortly after the completion
due to a strong hail damage.

E.ON Benelux: Final spurt for MPP3
Einem Marathonlauf glich die
mittlerweile rund zweijährige Bauzeit am Kraftwerk „MPP3“ der
E.ON Benelux in Maasvlakte bei
Rotterdam. Doch nun biegt Borgel
Elementbau gewissermaßen auf
die Zielgerade ein. Das Maschinenhaus, die Blockwarte, der
Wasseraufbereitungskomplex und
das Gebäude für die Elektrofilter
sowie mehrere kleinere Bauteile
sind inzwischen fertig umhüllt.
Fassaden fehlen nur noch an
wenigen Stellen, wo die Gewerke
für die Technik noch Arbeiten vornehmen müssen. Nach letztmaligem Umsetzen der Arbeitsbühne
können am Kesselhaus die noch
fehlenden Fassaden-Deckschalen
montiert werden, danach ist auch
das Kesselhaus termingerecht
fertiggestellt.

The steam turbine building, the
air preheater building, the water
treatment complex, the building
for electrostatic precipitators as
well as many smaller construction
elements are completely wainscoted. There are just facades still
missing at some few areas where
the technical lots have to fulfil
their works first. After the working platform has been moved for
the last time, the missing facade
cover caps can be assembled with
which the boiler house’s construction will be completed on time
as well.

SCA Hygiene Products: A paper production at an accelerated „Tempo“
Die „SCA Hygiene Products AG“,
deutsche Tochtergesellschaft eines
schwedischen Global Players, produziert vor allem Tissue (TEMPO,
TORK, ZEWA) und Personal Care
Produkte. Zur Steigerung der Papierproduktion erweitert SCA 2012 das
Werk in Mainz zügig um eine neue
Fabrikhalle und ein Hochregallager.
Eine besondere logistische Herausforderung für den Materialnachschub bedeutet der beengte Aufbau des neuen Gebäudes inmitten
bereits bestehender Werkhallen
während des laufenden Betriebes.
Die Lagerfläche für Material ist
stark begrenzt.

14.000 m² Dach mit Abdichtung,
Entwässerung und Rauch-WärmeAbzugsanlagen. Davon erhalten
6.600 m² Dach eine Verkleidung mit

und Sandwichpaneelen umhüllen.

Die Klaus Lünnemann GmbH entwirft und realisiert seit 20 Jahren für
namhafte Kunden Präsentations-Systeme und Messestände. Um Kundenwünsche auch in Zukunft optimal erfüllen zu können, baute das Unternehmen neben dem vorhandenen Schauraum in Ibbenbüren auf einer
Grundfläche von ca. 1.400 m² ein zweigeschossiges Verwaltungs- und
Produktionsgebäude sowie eine Lagerhalle mit einer Gesamtnutzfläche
von ca. 1.900 m². Einen hohen Schauwert besitzt auch die Fassadenkombination aus Stein, Glas, Paneelen und Aluminium. Borgel Elementbau
deckte 1.430 m² Dachfläche ab und verkleidete 1.600 m² Wandfläche
mit ISO-Wandpaneele LL 100 sowie 190 m² Wand mit einer einteiligen
Kassetten-Unterkonstruktion und Alu-Wellenprofil. „Showtime“ hieß
es dann im März 2012 für den fertiggestellten Erweiterungsbau der
Präsentations-Profis.

to meet their customer’s needs in an optimal way in future as well, the
company added a two-storied administration and production building
of an area of 1,400 m² and a warehouse of an area of 1,900 m² to the
already existing showroom in Ibbenbüren. Worth seeing is as well the
combination of stone, glass, panels and aluminium. Borgel Elementbau
covered 1,430 m² of roof area and wainscoted 1,600 m² of wall area
with insulation wall panels LL 100 as well as 190 m² of wall area with
a one-piece cassette supporting shell and aluminium corrugated profile.
“Showtime” was in march 2012 for the completed extension for the
presentation professionals.

Nach dem Architektur-Studium an der FH
Münster arbeitete Thomas Potthoff von
1998 bis 2004 im Architekturbüro Schwalb
in Steinfurt. Anschließend machte er sich
als Architekt selbstständig mit dem Fokus
auf Einfamilienhaus, Gewerbebau und
Geschäftshaus. Als der Markt anhaltend
einbrach, musste Thomas Potthoff aus
Verantwortung für die Familie 2009 die
Selbstständigkeit aufgeben. Er fing bei einer Stahlbau-Firma in Emsbüren an, die an
der Elb-Philharmonie mitbaute, ihm aber
wegen Firmenauflösung im März 2011
kündigte. Über eine Personalvermittlung
erhielt er nur zwei Wochen später von Borgel Elementbau die Zusage für eine neue
Aufgabe als Projektleiter ab Mai 2011. An
seinem neuen Arbeitsplatz gefallen ihm die
angenehme Atmosphäre und der Bezug zu
seinen Vorerfahrungen. Thomas Potthoff
wurde 1963 in Steinfurt geboren, er ist
verheiratet und hat einen Sohn (19) und
eine Tochter (17).
Hobbys: Hunde / Hundezucht, Wandern.
Thomas Potthoff
After having studied architecture at the
University of Applied Sciences in Münster,
Thomas Potthoff worked for the architectural firm Schwalb in Steinfurt from 1998
to 2004. Afterwards he started his own
business as a self-employed architect with
focus on buildings for single families as
well as on commercial and office construction. In 2009 Thomas Potthoff had to give
up his independence due to a persistent
market collapse. He started to work for a
steel construction company in Emsbüren,
which was involved in the project ElbPhilharmonic, but he became redundant
because of the business liquidation on
31.3.2011. Only two weeks after this and
with help of a recruitment agency, Borgel
Elementbau offered Thomas Potthoff a
workplace as a project manager from 1st
May 2011 onwards. At his new place of
work he likes the friendly and pleasant
atmosphere and the connection to his
previous experiences. Thomas Potthoff was
born in Steinfurt in 1963, he is married and
has one son (19) and one daughter (17).
Hobbies: dogs / dog breeding, hiking.
Michael Lobitz
Während seiner 12-jährigen Dienstzeit bei
der Marine studierte Michael Lobitz an der
FH für Bautechnik Husum und schloss dort
1996 als staatlich geprüfter Hochbautechniker ab. Nach Beendigung seiner Dienstzeit
arbeitete Lobitz einige Zeit im Trockenbau
und heuerte 1999 als Projektleiter bei Holl
Flachdachbau in Hamburg an. Nach vier
Jahren wechselte er innerhalb Hamburgs
zur Ruberoid Team AG. Schließlich zog
es ihn nach einigen Jahren ins Münsterland, um einer Wochenendbeziehung ein
stabileres Fundament für die Zukunft zu
verschaffen. Seit 1. Mai 2011 freut sich
Michael Lobitz nun, dass er bei Borgel
Elementbau als Projektleiter seine Kompetenzen im Flachdachbau für den Aufbau der
Borgel Dachtechnik GmbH mit einbringen
kann und mit dem Fassadenbau eine neue
Herausforderung gefunden hat. Michael
Lobitz wurde 1964 in Wissen/Sieg geboren.
Hobbys: Gelände-Motorradfahren mit
seiner „Enduro", Malen (Acryl /Öl / Aquarell).
Michael Lobitz
During his 12 years of service in the navy
Michael Lobitz studied civil construction
at the University of Applied Sciences for
Civil Engineering Husum and graduated as
a state-certified technician in the field of
civil construction in 1996. After his term
of service, Lobitz worked in the drywall
construction industry for some time and
started to work as a project manager at
Holl Flachdachbau in Hamburg in 1999.
After another four years he switched to
Ruberoid Team AG in Hamburg. Finally, he
moved to the Münsterland region to provide a more stable basis for the future of a
relationship that had been a long-distance
relationship before. Since 1st May 2011
Michael Lobitz is glad to contribute his
competences in flat-roof constructions as
a project manager at Borgel Elementbau
developing the Borgel Dachtechnik GmbH
and to have found a new challenge with
the façade constructions. Michael Lobitz
was born in Wissen / Sieg in 1964.
Hobbies: off-road motorcycling with his
"Enduro", painting (acrylic/oil/watercolour).

Ralf Bringemeier
Nach einer Lehre im Metallbau – Fachrichtung Konstruktionstechnik – erlangte Ralf
Bringemeier an der HWK Münster seinen
Meisterbrief. In den Unternehmen Tuchel
in Salzbergen-Holsterfeld und MBH in
Ibbenbüren sammelte er erste berufliche
Erfahrungen. Da er eine Leitungsfunktion
als neue Herausforderung anstrebte,
orientierte er sich beruflich neu. Bei Borgel
Elementbau setzt er nun seit Mai 2011 als
Betriebsleiter für die Umformtechnik seine
bisherigen Kompetenzen ein und schätzt
dort die abwechslungsreiche Arbeit, die
im Fassadenbau anfällt. Ralf Bringemeier
wurde 1980 in Ibbenbüren geboren, er ist
verheiratet und hat drei Kinder.
Hobbys: Freiwillige Feuerwehr seit seinem
18. Lebensjahr.

for Borgel Umformtechnik. In our company
he appreciates the varying work, which
comes about in the area of façade construction. Ralf Bringemeier was born in
Ibbenbüren in 1980, he is married and has
three children.
Hobbies: voluntary fire brigade since he
was 18 years old.

Robin Kemner
Nach dem Abitur im Juli 2011 auf dem
Arnold-Janssen-Gymnasium in Neuenkirchen, entschied sich Robin Kemner für eine
Ausbildung zum Industriekaufmann. Einige
absolvierte Praktika mit wirtschaftlichem
Bezug sowie ersten Einblicken in die Bauwirtschaft weckten in ihm das Interesse an
dieser beruflichen Richtung. Robin Kemner
war nach dem ersten Bewerbungsgespräch
bei Borgel Elementbau direkt begeistert
und sparte sich weitere Bewerbungsschreiben. An Borgel Elementbau gefallen ihm
die innovativen Ideen und die flexible
Arbeitsweise. Inzwischen ist Robin Kemner
rund ein Jahr Auszubildender und fühlt
sich voll in das Unternehmensgeschehen

Robin Kemner
After having passed the A-level at ArnoldJanssen-Gymnasium in Neuenkirchen in
July 2011, Robin Kemner decided to do a
training for becoming an industrial clerk.
Some completed internships related to the
field of economy and as well the first insight
in the construction sector stimulated his interest in this professional direction. After the
first interview at Borgel Elementbau Robin
Kemner was directly fascinated and waived
further letters of application for a training
at other companies. He likes the innovative
ideas and the flexible working methods
at Borgel Elementbau. Right now Robin
Kemner is a trainee at Borgel since almost
a year and feels completely integrated in
the company’s business and workfield. He
considers the diversified education with economical and technical parts as a solid basis
for a possible academic future. His first year
report confirms the right choice of profession
and education with a grade average of 1.4.

Philipp Zschau
Nach dem Abgang von der Ganztagsschule
Lotte-Wersen absolvierte Philipp Zschau
eine Lehre als Industriemechaniker. Sein
damaliger Arbeitgeber, Echterhoff Bau in
Velpe, übernahm ihn als Angestellten für
die Werkstatt, schickte ihn jedoch nach nur
einem halben Jahr auf Montage. Da er die
vielen auswärtigen Aufenthalte reduzieren
und mehr zu Hause sein wollte, bewarb
sich Zschau daraufhin auf mehrere Stellen,
darunter auch bei Zeitarbeitsfirmen. Auf
eine dieser Bewerbungen fiel das Augenmerk einer Personalvermittlung, die Zschau
als genau passend für die Abteilung Umformtechnik bei Borgel Elementbau ansah.
Dort begleitet er nun seit April 2012 den
Aufbau der neugegründeten Sparte Umformtechnik. Philipp Zschau wurde 1987
in Osnabrück geboren.
Hobbys: Fußballspielen beim SC Halen,
Angeln, Musik.
Philipp Zschau
After leaving the all-day school LotteWersen Philipp Zschau completed an apprenticeship as an industrial mechanic. His
employer at that time, the company Echterhoff in Velpe, employed him for the workshop but send him on an assembling job
after just half a year. As he wanted to reduce his time he had to spend far from home
he applied for several jobs including jobs
on temporary basis. One of his applications
came to the attention of an employment
agency, which assessed Zschau as exactly
suitable for the department Umformtechnik
at Borgel Elementbau. Since May 2011 he
takes part in the exciting development of
the newly founded division Umformtechnik
from all the beginning. Philipp Zschau was
born in Osnabrück in 1987.
Hobbies: playing football at SC Halen,
fishing, music.
Jörg Cienski
Nach dem Erwerb der Meisterbriefe als
Maurer und Betonbauer an der Meisterschule in Münster arbeitete Jörg Cienski zunächst
vier Jahre bei der LEG Bau auf Montage,
um sich danach als Bauunternehmer im
Gala-Bau selbstständig zu machen. Nach
sechs Jahren nahm er eine Stellenofferte
im Unternehmen Gala-Bau Behrens in
Wilsum/Nordhorn an. Dort betreute er als
Bauleiter den Gala-Bereich und trug als
Betriebsleiter im Hochbau Verantwortung
– bis zur Insolvenz des Unternehmens.
Über eine Personalvermittlung wurde er
auf eine Stellenbeschreibung bei Borgel
Elementbau aufmerksam und hatte spontan
den Eindruck, „das passt". 14 Tage später
kam es Freitagmorgens zu einem Vorstellungsgespräch, am Nachmittag bekam er
die Stellen-Zusage als Bauleiter zum 1.

wurde 1971 in Neuenhaus geboren.

Patrick Weiß
Von 1986-1989 absolvierte Patrick Weiß
eine Schlosserlehre und arbeitete anschließend für verschiedene Arbeitgeber. 1996
schloss er eine zweijährige Weiterbildung
als staatlich geprüfter Hochbautechniker
ab. Danach arbeitete er von 1996-1999
als Kalkulator bei Conti Systembau in
Bünde sowie von 1999-2010 als Bauleiter
im Industriebau für die MBN Bau AG. Als
Kalkulator und Projektleiter fungierte er
von 2010-2012 bei ET Wakofix in Kassel.
Schließlich zog es Patrick Weiß aus privaten
Gründen in die Nähe Osnabrücks. Er bewarb sich auf eine Stellenausschreibung
von Borgel Elementbau in einer Osnabrücker Zeitung, im Vorstellungsgespräch
wurden sich beide Seiten schnell einig. Im
Juli 2012 ist Patrick Weiß als Projektleiter
bei Borgel Elementbau eingestiegen. Er
schätzt am Unternehmen das angenehme
Betriebsklima und die gute Zusammenarbeit mit den Kollegen. Patrick Weiß wurde
1969 in Aschaffenburg geboren.

Jörg Cienski
After having received his master’s certificates as mason and concrete constructor at
the master school in Münster, Jörg Cienski
worked at the company LEG BAU and was
away for assembling jobs for four years.
After that he opened up his own business
as a building constructor in landscaping.
After six years of time he accepted a job offer of the landscaping company Behrens in
Wilsum / Nordhorn. There he supported the
landscaping division as site manager and
beard responsibility as operations manager
in building construction – until the company
went bankrupt. On part of a recruitment
agency Jörg got to know about a job
description of Borgel Elementbau and had
a spontaneous impression: “it fits”. 14 days
later he came for a job interview on Friday
morning and in the afternoon he received
the job acceptance as site manager from
1st May 2012 on. Jörg Cienski appreciates
the family atmosphere and the dynamic
development at Borgel Elementbau. He was
born in Neuenhaus in 1971.
Hobbies: water sports, surfing, sailing.
Patrick Weiß
From 1986 to 1989 Patrick Weiß completed
an apprenticeship as a locksmith and worked then for different employers. In 1996 he
completed a further education of two years
as a certified civil technician for building
constructions. Afterwards he worked as
estimator at Conti Systembau in Bünde from
1996 to 1999 and as a site manager for
industrial construction at MBN Bau AG from
1999 to 2010. From 2010 to 2012 he had a
function as estimator and project manager
at ET Wakofix in Kassel. For private reasons
Patrick Weiß moved to a village near Osnabrück and applied for a job advertisement
of Borgel Elementbau in an Osnabrückbased newspaper. In the job interview both
sides came to an agreement quite quickly.
In July 2012 Patrick Weiß started as a
project manager at Borgel Elementbau. He
likes the pleasant working atmosphere and
the good cooperation with the colleagues
within Borgel Elementbau. Patrick Weiß was
born in Aschaffenburg in 1969.

Training: Highly motivated and with fun at work
Als Krankenvertretung fing Julia Dinges 2008 bei der Borgel Elementbau
GmbH an, heute koordiniert sie dort unter anderem die Ausbildung für
angehende Industriekaufmänner und -frauen. Die Bachelor of Arts (BWL) Absolventin „büffelte“ letztes Jahr im Online-Seminar für die AusbilderPrüfung der IHK Münster, Präsenzseminare am Samstag ergänzten die
Vorbereitungen. Obwohl die schriftlichen und praktischen Abschlussprüfungen direkt vor und nach dem Wochenende ihrer lange geplanten 30.
Geburtstagsfeier lagen, absolvierte Julia Dinges sie im Dezember 2011
mit „sehr gut“.
Von dieser disziplinierten Zielfokussierung profitieren auch die Auszubildenden bei Borgel Elementbau. In ihrem Ausbildungskonzept legt die
Ausbilderin von Anfang an viel Wert auf eigenständiges und eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten. Dabei steht sie den Auszubildenden jederzeit zur
Seite, um positive Rückmeldungen zu geben oder helfend einzugreifen,
wenn es irgendwo „hakt“. Dass dieses Konzept aufgeht, bemerkt Julia
Dinges an der hohen Motivation der „Azubis“. „Der Spaß an der Arbeit,“
so die Ausbilderin, „lässt sie gelegentlich den Blick auf die Uhr und den
Feierabend vergessen.“
Aktuell betreut sie bei Borgel Elementbau zwei männliche und zwei
weibliche Auszubildende. Ihre Schützlinge durchlaufen die drei inhaltlichen Ausbildungsstufen „Teamassistenz“, „Personal / Finanzen“ sowie
„Kalkulation“. Julia Dinges ist von der besonderen Attraktivität einer
Ausbildung bei Borgel Elementbau überzeugt: „Aufgrund unserer sehr
unterschiedlichen Projekte gestalten sich die Aufgaben sehr abwechslungsreich, wir erleben praktisch jeden Tag etwas Neues“!

In 2008 Julia Dinges began as a temporary employee replacing a person
being absence from Borgel Elementbau GmbH due to an illness. Today she
coordinates the training for future industrial clerks among others. In the last
year the bachelor of arts (business management) graduate swot up on the
training supervisor’s exam in an online seminar of IHK Münster, in-house
seminars at Saturday completed the preparation. Although the written and
practical final examinations were directly before and after the weekend of
her long-planned 30th birthday party, Julia Dinges completed it with the
award “excellent” in December 2011.
From this disciplined focus on the goal the trainees benefit as well at Borgel Elementbau. In her training concept their supervisor holds independent
and responsible work right from start in high esteem. Thereby she always
remains at the trainees side in order to be able to give a sound and positive
feedback or to intervene helpfully when there might be a problem. Julia
Dinges can notice the fact that the concept works due to the trainees high
motivation. The training supervisor said: “Their fun at work makes them
occasionally forget the time and their after work leisure time.”
Currently Julia Dinges looks after two male and two female trainees
at Borgel Elementbau. Her protégés run through 3 stages with different
contents: “team assistance”, “human resources / finances” and “estimation”.
Julia Dinges is convinced that the training at Borgel Elementbau is of a special attractiveness: “because of our very different projects our tasks are very
diversified, we experience something new almost every day !”
