Der erste Technische Handel in Aue wurde 1892 durch
Max Philipp gegründet. Mit dem Verkauf des Unternehmens
an Hermann Wendler am 01.05.1902 begann vor über einem
Jahrhundert unsere Firmengeschichte.
The first technical trading company in Aue was founded in
1892 by Max Philipp. The blooming company was sold to
Hermann Wendler only 10 years later. This is how over a century ago on the 1st of May 1902 our company history began.
In den ersten knapp vier Jahrzehnten profilierte sich das
junge Unternehmen als Zulieferer für Industrie und Handwerk
in Südwestsachsen. Nach dem 1. Weltkrieg wurden sowohl
die Kriegsfolgen als auch die Inflation und die damit einhergehende Weltwirtschaftskrise gemeistert. Der 2. Weltkrieg,
der Tod Hermann Wendlers 1943 sowie die kommunistische Bevormundung und Steuerwillkür stellten nach 1947
härteste Anforderungen an die Unternehmensführung, doch
der Familienbetrieb überlebte. In den folgenden Jahren wurden Gummiformsortimente und Metallkabelschutzschläuche
DDR-weit geliefert.
In the first four decades the young enterprise defined itself
as a reliable supplier for industrial and craft businesses in
southwest Saxony. After Worldwar I the aftereffects as well
as the great inflation and the corresponding world economy
crisis have been mastered and overcome. The aftermath
of Worldwar II and the death of Hermann Wendler in 1943
as well as the following communist paternalism and tax
arbitrariness put up an enormous challenge to the leadership of the company after 1947. But the company survived.
Rubberform assortments and metal cable protection hoses
have been delivered into the whole German Democratic
Republic.
Mit der politischen Wende 1989 eröffneten sich neue Perspektiven. Durch die Verbindung zum VTH Verband Technischer Handel e.V. entstand 1992 die enge Partnerschaft
zur Erwin Telle GmbH in Nürnberg. Nach einem Jahr folgte
die Gründung des Gemeinschaftsunternehmens Hermann
Wendler + Erwin Telle GmbH. Dank dieser Zusammenarbeit konnte der erforderliche Strukturwandel gelingen. Seit
dem 100-jährigen Firmenjubiläum im Jahr 2002 firmiert
das Unternehmen wieder auf den traditionellen Namen
Hermann Wendler GmbH. Die bewährte Partnerschaft zur
Erwin Telle GmbH bleibt weiterhin bestehen. In den Folgejahren entwickelt sich das Unternehmen zum führenden Technischen Händler als Vollsortimenter in Südwestsachsen.
Die heutigen Gesellschafter – Hans-Christian Schlesinger,
Axel Schlesinger und Eva-Maria Lipphaus – setzen diesen
Weg gemeinsam mit fünf Mitarbeitern fort. Unsere Kunden
sind überwiegend Fertigungsunternehmen im industriellen
Sektor. Aber auch für Handwerker, Behörden und Privatkunden sind wir ein verlässlicher Partner.
Durch unser nahezu alle Bereiche des technischen Handels
abdeckendes Sortiment verfügen wir über ein branchenübergreifendes Netzwerk von Herstellern. Somit bieten wir Lösungen für fast jedes Anwendungsproblem. Durch unsere langjährige Erfahrung sowohl als Technischer Händler als auch in
der Be- und Verarbeitung von Materialien in unserer eigenen
Werkstatt können wir unsere Kunden mit praxiserprobtem,
fundiertem Know-how bedarfsgerecht beraten. Wir fertigen
Dichtungen, Kunststoffhalbzeuge oder Schlauchleitungen
nach Kundenbedarf. Unsere Werkstatt ist hauptsächlich auf
die flexible Fertigung von Kleinserien ausgerichtet.

With the change of the political environment in 1989 new
perspectives appeared. Our connection to the VTH – Verband Technischer Handel e.V. (Association of Technical Trade)
enabled a close partnership with the Erwin Telle GmbH* from
Nuremberg in 1992. One year of successful partnership led
to the foundation of the Hermann Wendler & Erwin Telle
GmbH*. Thanks to this cooperation the essential structural
change could be mastered. Since 2002 the company again
trades under the traditional name Hermann Wendler GmbH*.
The proven and successful partnership with the Erwin Telle
GmbH* remains untouched.
During the following years the company defined itself as the
leading full-spectrum technical trader in southwest Saxony.
Todays partners Hans-Christian Schlesinger, Axel Schlesinger and Eva-Maria Lipphaus guide the companies path
into the future. Our clients predominantly are manufacturing
corporate clients from the industrial sector, but we are also
a reliable partner for regular craftsmen and public authorities.
Our assortment covers nearly all segments of technical
trading, therefore we manage and continuously expand our
interbranch network of manufacturers. Thus we are able to
offer solutions for almost all technical applications. Due to
our long experience as technical trader as well as processor
and manufacturer of a wide variety of materials in our own
production complex, we are in the position to consult our
clients with competent knowledge, proven and tested
know-how and „ready to use“ solutions. We produce seals,
semi-finished products from rubber or synthetic materials,
tailored to specific needs. Our production complex is mostly
aligned for the fabrication of small-lot assortments.

Vibration Technology
Schwingungstechnik dämpft Erschütterungen und Körperschall, isoliert Maschinenschwingungen und schützt vor
Lärm. Unser Sortiment im Bereich Schwingungsdämpfung
reicht von Gummi-Metall-Puffern und Gummi-Metall-Buchsen
über Maschinenfüße in verschiedenen Ausführungen bis hin
zu kompletten Maschinenlagerungen, beispielsweise aus
Sylomer ®.
Vibration Technology fits the purpose of dampening
vibrations, absorbing shocks and percussions, also it is to
minimize and protect from structural noise and vibrations.
Our assortment in this section reaches from rubber-metalbuffers, rubber-metal-jacks and machinery sockets in
multiple designs as far as complete machine suspension
mountings, for example made from Sylomer ®.
Sylomer ® ist ein formfester, aber elastisch verformbarer
Polyurethan-Kunststoff. Er verformt sich bei Zug- und
Druckbelastung, findet aber immer wieder in die ursprüngliche Form zurück.
Sylomer ® is a formstable, yet elastic polyurethane material,
which deforms when exposed to tension or compression, but
always returns to it‘s original shape.
Das Material weist einen großen Steifigkeitsbereich auf,
wodurch es in vielen verschiedenen Bereichen zum Einsatz
kommt: im Eisenbahnoberbau, für die elastische Lagerung
von Gebäuden und Maschinen und als Konstruktionsbauteile.
Wir bevorraten Sylomer ® als Rollenware, fertigen aber auch
Zuschnitte in unserer Werkstatt.
Schwingungstechnik / Vibration technology
The mentioned material has a wide stiffness range,
allowing for it to be used in a wide variety of applications,
e.g. construction of railway tracks, elastic foundations for
buildings and flexible machine mountings, not to forget it‘s
usage as building material in the construction branch, just
to mention a few examples. Our warehouse stores Sylomer ®
as slab ware, but also we manufacture pre-cut parts, tailored
