EPISO and Helios invest €250 million
in Germany for logistics projects

The EPISO fund, managed by AEW Europe and Tristan Capital Partners, as well as Helios
Europe are developing three logistics properties in Germany with a total value of
€250 million.
For this purpose, the fund and the logistics developer Helios have formed a joint venture.
The three planned properties will total about 350,000 sqm of logistics space. The new
buildings are under construction at the future major Berlin-Schönefeld airport (“Air Link Park
Berlin”), at the Leipzig airport cargo terminal (“Direct Link Park Leipzig”) and in Ingolstadt
(“Inter Link Park Ingolstadt”).
The first lease was signed with Dachser. The freight forwarder will occupy about 15,000 sqm
in the Berlin logistics center. Completion of the Dachser property is scheduled for October.

Der von AEW Europe und Tristan Capital Partners gemanagte EPISO-Fonds und Helios
Europe entwickeln drei deutsche Logistikimmobilien im Gesamtwert von 250 Mio. Euro.
Hierfür haben der Fonds und der Logistikentwickler Helios ein Joint Venture geschlossen. Die
drei geplanten Immobilien werden zusammen rd. 350.000 m² Logistikfläche bieten. Die
Neubauten entstehen am künftigen Großflughafen in Berlin-Schönefeld ("Air Link Park
Berlin"), am Leipziger Frachtflughafen ("Direct Link Park Leipzig") sowie in Ingolstadt ("Inter
Link Park Ingolstadt"). Ein erster Mietvertrag wurde mit Dachser geschlossen. Der Spediteur
wird im Berliner Logistikzentrum rd. 15.000 m² belegen. Die Fertigstellung der DachserImmobilie ist für Oktober geplant.
