Über zwanzig Wal- und Delfinarten, vom gigantischen Blauwal über Finn-, Grind-, Pottwal und Orcas, bis hin zu
Rauhzahn- und Streifendelfinen, wurden hier bisher
entdeckt, dokumentiert und
wissenschaftlich bestimmt.
Seit zwanzig Jahren engagiert
sich der „Club de Mar"
im Valle Gran Rey für die
Meerestiere vor den Küsten
von La Gomera.
Mit Unterstützung des Clubs
wurden von Wissenschaftlern
und Universitäten aus ganz
Europa zahlreiche Forschungsprojekte durchgeführt.

Das i.d.e.a.-Team besteht aus
staatlich ausgebildeten erfahrenen spanischen Lehrer/Innen,
die seit 1990 auf La Gomera
Spanisch als Fremdsprache
unterrichten. Lernziel ist es,
das Erlernte sofort in die Praxis
umzusetzen und Einblick in
die spanische Kultur und
Lebensweise zu gewinnen.

century. Here, with a view of
the whole valley and the ocean,
we strive to create a relaxed,
familiar atmosphere, ideal for
