Marking: Each Coverall is identified by an inside label indicates the type of protection and some further
information for use.
1. PP05 is the modell name for a protective coverall with hood and with elastics at waist, ancles and
wrists.
2. Manufacturer of the garment
3.CE-marking - The coverall corresponds to the European standards fo personal protective equipment of
categorie III. The type test and quality assurance certification were issued in 2004 by STFI Sächsische
Textilforschungsinstitut e.V., Annaberger Straße 240, D-09125 Chemnitz (CE 0516).
4. The european standards for chemical protetive clothing define six types of protection, wich are
symbolized in one pictogramm.
Typ 1 – Gas-tight clothing
Typ 2 – Non-gas-tight clothing
Typ 3 – Liquid-tight clothing
Typ 4 – Spray-tight clothing
Typ 5 – Particle-tight clothing
Typ 6 – Limited splash-tight clothing
AGKI®´s products specification correspond to the protection types of the European standards.
PP05 coveralls offer protection of type 4,5 and 6.
5.The size table combines the body measurements with the standard sizes S-XXXL. Please check your
body measurements and select your correct size.

TYPICAL AREAS OF USE:
The PP05 Coveralls are designed for protection against hazardous substances, and contamination of
product and personal. They are typically used, dependent upon the severity of the toxicity and the
conditions, for protection against airborne particles and limited non toxic splash and spray.
CORPARATIONS BEFORE USE:
Do not use incorrect coveralls. In case of faulty zipper, seams or any other defect, please contact
AGKI®. The correct size combined with correct dressing and a closed zipper protected by flap assures
the protective performance of the coverall.
LIMITATIONS OF USE:
Please ensure that you have chosen the right garment suitable for your job. For advice, please contact
your supplier of the garment AGKI®. The user shall be the sole judge for correct combination of full body
protective coverall and ancillary equipment (gloves, boots, respiratory protective equipment, etc.) and for
how long PP05 coveralls can be worn with respect to is protective performance, wear comfort and heat
stres. AGKI® shall not accept any responsibility whatsoever for improper use of PP05 coveralls.
STORAGE:
PP05 coveralls can be stored according to customers storage practices.
DISPOSAL:
PP05 coveralls can be incinerated or buried in controlled landfill without harm to the environment.
Restictions to disposal result only from contaminants introduced during use.

CONDITIONS D´UTILISATION
Kennzeichnung: Jeder Overall ist mit einem Innenetikett versehen. Das Innenetikett enthält
Informationen zum Leistungsgrad und zum Schutz, den der Overall bietet.
1. PP05 ist die Modellbezeichnung für einen genähten und zusätzlich verschweißten Overall mit Kapuze,
Arm-Bein und Taillengummi.
2.Hersteller der Schutzkleidung
3.CE-Kennzeichnung - Der Overall entspricht den europäischen Normen für persönliche
Schutzausrüstung der Kategorie III. Die Vergabe des Typen- und Qualitätszertifikates erfolgte 2004
durch das Sächsische Textilforschungsinstitut e.V., Annaberger Straße 240, D-09125 Chemnitz
(Code der Zertifizierungsstelle 0 5 1 6).
4.In den europäischen Normen für Chemikalienschutzkleidung sind sechs Schutzkleidungstypen
definiert.
Den Sechs Typen ist ein Symbol zugeordnet:
Typ 1 – Gadichte Schutzkleidung
Typ 2 – Nicht gasdichte Schutzkleidung
Typ 3 – Flüssigkeitsdichte Schutzkleidung
Typ 4 – Sprühdichte Schutzkleidung
Typ 5 – Partikeldichte Schutzkleidung
Typ 6 – Begrenzt spritzdichte Schutzkleidung
Die Produktspezifikationen von AGKI® entsprechen den in den europäischen Normen festgelegten
Schutzkleidungstypen. Die PP05 Overalls sind den Typen 4,5 und 6 zugeordnet.

PP05 Overall dienen dem Schutz von Mitarbeitern vor gefährlichen Substanzen bzw. empfindlicher
Produkte und Arbeitsvorgänge gegen Kontamination durch den Menschen. Je nach
Gefährdungspotential der Chemikalie und der Expositionsbedingungen werden Sie zum Schutz vor
feinen Partikeln und Sprühvorgängen mit Flüssigkeiten eingesetzt.
VORBEREITUNGEN: Verwenden Sie keine fehlerhaften Overalls. Im Falle von fehlerhaften
Reissverschlüssen, Nähten oder funktionellen Mängeln bitten wir um Benachrichtigung vom AGKI®.
Angepasste Grösse, korrektes Ankleidden, sowie intakte Reissverschlüsse mit Schutzblenden gewähren
die sichere Handhabung.
EINSATZBESCHRÄNKUNGEN: Bitte stellen Sie sicher, dass Sie den für Ihren Einsatz angemessenen
Schutzanzug gewählt haben. Bei Fragen wenden Sie sich bitte an Ihren Anbieter von PP05 Overalls oder
an AGKI®. Die Entscheidung darüber, mit welcher Schutzausrüstung (Handschuhe, Schuhe,
Atemschutz, usw.) PP05 Overalls kombiniert werden können und wie lange Sie in bestimmenten
Einzelfällen getragen werden können (Im Hinblick auf Tragekomfort und Wärmestress) erfolgt
grundsätzlich in Alleinverantwortung des Anwenders. Für unsachgemässe Verwendung übernimmt
AGKI® keinerlei Haftung.
LAGERUNG: PP05 Overalls können in handelsüblicher Weise gelagert werden
ENTSORGUNG: PP05 Overalls können umweltgerecht hermisch oder auf Deponien entsorgt werden.
Die Art den Entsorgung ist ausschliesslich von der Kontamination bei der Verwendung abhängig.

Les combinaisons PP05 offrent aux utilisateurs protection Contres les substances dangereuses ou
protegent produits et environnement de l homme. Leur utilisation est particulierement rencommandée
pour la protection de micropaticules, éclaboussures et pulverisations, selon de degré de toxicité des
produits et les conditions de travail.
RECOMMANDATIONS:
Ne pas utiliser la combinaison si défaut.. Si erneture défectueuse, coutures ouvertes o autre défaut
veuillez informer AGKI®. Vous assurer du bon choix de la taille et de la combinaison. En cas te doute
contacter votre fournisseur, voir meme direct AGKI®.
LIMITES D ´UTILLISATION:
Assurez vous que vous choissez le vétement adapté au travail. Dans le doute, contactez votre
fournisseur ou AGKI®. L´utilisateur est seul responsable du choix des accessoires, tels que masques,
gants, chaussants et de la durabilité de l´utilisation des combinaisons PP05 en fonction des
performances de protection, de comfort. AGKI® décline toute résponsabilité pour utilisation des
combinaisons PP05 non conforme.
MAGASINAGE ET ÉLLIMINATION:
Les combinaisons doivent etre entreposées normalement. L élimination se fait par incinération ou
entreposage. Dans ce cas restriction due au degré de contamination des combinaisons.
