The contents of the project
The purpose of the project is creation of modern industrial park “KhersonIndustrialPark” based of «Ukrselkhozmash» Limited
Liability Company (The area of industrial site is 73 hectares, located in the industrial zone of the Kherson city) with the support
of the Kherson City Council, with the assistance of the Federation of Employers of Ukraine.
Component is ware and services of enterprises,
located in the industrial park.
Strategy for the achievement is organization of
high-tech industrial park.
Primary goals:
• Effective use of the infrastructure of the
industrial park, to provide for the needs of
production and administrative areas, as well as
the services necessary for the development and
implementation of new technologies and
products;
• Organization of new facilities and improvement
of existing industrial facilities;
• New job formation.

in developing tillage & forage aggregates to meet costumers requirements. SPE «BILOTSERKIVMAZ» has
more than 160 years experience in designing agricultural machinery and nowadays our equipment can be
used in modern energy-saving and ecologically pure technologies.
The factory is located in Bila Tserkva, Kyiv region. Total area - 26,3 ha; production area –

KHERSON MACHINE-BUILDING PLANT
Kherson
SPE “Kherson machine-building plant”, LLC is the oldest factory in agricultural machine-building
industry. It is located in Herson city (southern part of Ukraine). Nearby there are river & sea ports,
airport, huge railway node and plenty of haulage, which helps to integrate into trade network faster.
The factory was founded by Mr. Gurevych in 1887 and nowadays SPE “Kherson machine-building
plant”, ltd produces ploughs, harrows, planters, harvesters, headers, mowers, rollers, combines and
other agricultural machinery.
Total area – 75,0 ha; production rooms – 330,0 K squad meters.
