NOTICE OF SALE OF PROPERTY FOR DELINQUENT TAXES
By virtue of an Order of Sale made in the above-styled case on November 24,2015, directing me to advertise
and sell certain property for the taxes due to Lewis County, Tennessee.
Notice is hereby given that I will on Monday, May 2,2016, at 10:00 a.m. at the Lewis County
Courthouse Courtroom, 110 Park Avenue North, Hohenwald, Tennessee, sell to the highest and best bidder for
CASH, at public auction, subject to one (1) year redemption, the realestate herein after described, which is
owned by the parties to whom it is assessed or to his or her heirs. The highest bidders at the sale shall pay the
amount of their respective bids to the undersiqned immediatelv on the day of the tax sale. Said respective lots or
