hochfesten Blechen ist es jedoch unumgänglich, dass bei Lochoperationen
das Schneidelement rechtwinklig auf das

in Sonderanfertigung im gewünschten

The PowerMax® cam program already

angles. Even at high strength sheets it
is indispensable that during stamping
operations the cutting unit impacts perpendicular on the sheet.
For this STRACK NORMA offers cams
in special designs with the desired angle,
which lie beyond the standard angles
(0°-75° in 5° steps).
The whole PowerMax® concept allows
a short delivery time also for the special
angle cams.
Machining according to customers’
wishes on the working surface also belong
to our services and reduce your running
times.
We also equip the mounting plates with
polygonal punch retainers according
to your requirements as well as special
mounting plates with special machining or

Der Sicherheitsringschrauben-Adapter SRA erleichtert das
Handling in vielen Einbausituationen bei den Normschiebern der Breite 90, 125, 165, 230 und ergänzt die vorhandenen Tragschraubengewinde.
Der Sicherheitsringschrauben-Adapter wird auf die prismatische Fläche aufgesetzt und zwischen die Zwangsrückzüge
geschoben bis die Nasen anschlagen und die gefederten
Bolzen ausrasten und verriegeln.
Der Sicherheitsringschrauben-Adapter bietet durch seinen
Aufbau größtmögliche Flexibilität. Er kann durch unterschiedliche Positionierung dem Schieberschwerpunkt angepasst werden. Zusammen mit SN 5653-Set-Montagehilfe,
welches für jede Schiebergröße verfügbar ist, wird das
Einfädeln des Schieberschlittens in die Schieberaufnahme
erleichtert.
Der Sicherheitsringschrauben-Adapter SN 5655-PMO-SRA
und das Set Montagehilfe unterstützt Sie bei der Montage
von Schieberschlitten zusammen mit der Schieberaufnahme im Werkzeug.
Durch die flexiblen Positioniermöglichkeiten kann somit
der Schieber nahezu parallel zur Werkzeugsohle positioniert werden.

the cam retainer in the tool.
Because of the flexible positioning possibilities the cam
can thus be positioned nearly parallel to the tool bottom.

Für die ausgewählte Sicherheits-Ringschraube gelten
die allgemeinen Unfallverhütungsvorschriften (UVV).
Lastaufnahmeeinrichtungen müssen längstens nach
einem Jahr von einem Sachkundigen geprüft werden.
For the selected safety ring bolt the genereal rules for
prevention of accidents are valid.
All attachment swivels and attachment points have to be
inspected by a competent person at least once a year.

Les dispositifs de suspension de charges doivent être vérifiés
par un expert au moins une fois par an.

and elongation in accordance to the general rules for

geeignet ist.

Kraftverteilung:
Mit dem neu entwickelten Lock-Out-System ist es
möglich, den entsprechenden Normschieber spielfrei
in seiner vorderen Endlage zu fixieren. Dabei wird der
Schieberkörper mit der Schieberaufnahme verschraubt.
Das besondere daran ist, dass die Spannschrauben
unter einem Winkel zur entsprechenden Auflagefläche wirken. D.h., der Schieberkörper wird durch die
aufgeteilten (resultierenden) Kräfte einmal gegen die
prismatisch angeordneten Gleitleisten und gleichzeitig
gegen das Druckstück gezogen.
Nun ist der Schieberkörper spielfrei in seiner vorderen
Endlage exakt positioniert und für zusätzliche Bearbeitungen vorbereitet.
Bitte berücksichtigen Sie, dass das Lock-Out-System
nur bei ausgebauten Normschiebern einsetzbar ist.
Bei den meisten PowerMax-Normschiebern sind die
Befestigungsbohrungen zum Teil verdeckt, wenn der
Schieberkörper in der vorderen Endlage steht.
Distribution of force:
The new developed Lock-Out-System makes it possible
to fix the corresponding standard cam free of play in
its front end position. In doing so, the cam body is
screwed with the cam reception. The special thing is
that the clamping screws act under an angle on the
corresponding bearing face. That means the cam body
is once pulled by the divided (resulting) force against
the prismatically arranged guide rails and at the same
time is pulled against the pressure piece.
Now the cam body is positioned free of play exactly
in its front end position and is prepared for additional
machining.
Please consider that the Lock-out-System can only
be used in dismounted standard cams. At the most
Power-Max standard cams the fixing holes are partly
covered, if the cam body is in the front end position.
Répartition des forces:
Avec le sytème Lock-Out nouvellement dévéloppé il est
possible de fixer le coulisseau de standard correspondant sans jeu dans sa position finale avant. Y le corps
du coulisseau est visé avec la réception du coulisseau.
La particularité est que les tendeurs agissent sous un
angle à la surface d’appui correspondante. Cela veut
dire que le corps du coulisseau est tiré par les forces
réparties (résultantes) contre les rails de guidage arrangés prismatiquement et en même temps est tiré
contre la pièce de pression.
Maintenant le corps du coulisseau est positionné exactement sans jeu dans sa position finale avant et est
preparé pour des usinages supplémentaires.
Veuillez considerer que le système Lock-Out peut seulement être utilizé auprès des coulisseaux de standard
démontés. Auprès de la majorité des coulisseaux de
standard PowerMax les trous de fixation sont en partie
couverts si le corps du coulisseau est dans la position
finale avant.

Bevor Sie die Montageplatte wieder in die Nutenführung schieben, ist es
unbedingt notwendig, die Anschlagnase (AN) und die T-Nutenführung beider
Bauteile zu reinigen, damit die Auflagefläche für die Gleitleisten im Zusammenbau eine Ebene ergibt. Die Montageplatte ist so ausgelegt, dass die
Fläche ca. 0,01 bis 0,02 hinter der Gleitleistenauflage zurücksteht.
Schritt 2
Montieren Sie nun die Gleitleisten am vorgesehenen Montageort.
Achten Sie auf eine Sicherung der Schrauben mit dem Schraubensicherungskleber Z 9093.

Die Montageplatte ist nicht mit dem Schieberschlitten verschraubt,
um die gesamte Arbeitsfläche frei von Schraubenbohrungen zu halten.
Die Platte wird formschlüssig mit einer Passnute (Bild 2) und einer
bzw. zwei Klammer über einen Spannkonus festgesetzt (Bild 1). Die
Montageplatte wird über eine Passfeder auf der Rückseite zentriert.
Sie nimmt zusätzlich auftretende Seitenkräfte in der Produktion auf.
The mounting plate is not screwed with the cam slide to keep the
whole working surface free of screw borings. The plate is fastened
form-locking with a fitting groove (picture 2) and one, respectively
two clamps, over a clamping cone (picture 1). The mounting plate is
centered by a fitting key on the rear side. It absorbs the additionally
arising lateral forces in the production.

der Montageplatte. Sobald die Montageplatte aus der Nut
gehoben ist, ziehen Sie die Platte nach vorne 2 (Bild 6).

Screw the safety ring bolts (SN 1594) in the plate to be able to
lift it with a crane. First lift the mounting plate out of the centering nut 1 (picture 2). The fit was produced with high precision
and a close tolerance. If necessary hit with a plastic hammer
in front of the plate and avoid a canting of the mounting plate.
As soon as the mounting plate is lifted from the nut, pull the
plate ahead 2 (picture 6).

Beachten Sie die Schmierhinweise um
die Standzeit der Wartungsarmen Gleitelemente zu erhöhen. Die Gleitplatten
stehen immer im Eingriff mit einem
Gleitpartner aus gehärtetem Stahl. Vermeiden Sie unbedingt Beschädigungen der Gleitflächen durch Schläge auf
die Gleitfläche oder Verkantungen bei
der Montage / Demontage der Schieber. Achten Sie immer auf Sauberkeit
der Gleitflächen. Beschädigungen oder
Verunreinigungen führen möglicherweise zu Fressspuren im Gebrauch. Um
die Leichtgängigkeit aufrecht zu erhalten, sollten Sie bei Beschädigungen

Please absolutely avoid damages of
the sliding surfaces by impacts on the
sliding face or cants during the mounting/dismounting of the cams. Please
look after the cleanness of the sliding
surfaces. Damages or impurities may
possibly lead to scuffing marks during
operation. To maintain the soft running
you should exchange the low-maintenance slide rails when they are
damaged. The hardened steel rails are
adapted to the respective guide clearance of the cam and should not be
exchanged in the normal case. The
low-maintenance sliding elements
have a high accuracy, so that replacement rails should be introduced without
