Sie erhalten von der Deutschen Messe ca. zwei Wochen nach
Eingang Ihrer Standbestätigung Ihre Zugangsdaten für das Bestellsystem OBS (Online Business System).
Führen Sie diese Bestellung bitte vor Ihrem ersten Einloggen in
das OBS System aus. Durch Ihre Paket-Bestellung wird eine Vorbelegung der Inklusivleistungen vorgenommen, die Ihnen die
Bestellabwicklung vereinfacht. Sie können Ihre Inklusivleistungen
ergänzen (Teppichfarbe und Grafik/Beschriftung) und Zusatzleistungen bestellen.
Der Preis für das IAA Package setzt sich zusammen aus einer
Pauschale und einem Preis/m² (bezogen auf die Standfläche) und
ist abhängig von dem von Ihnen gewählten Systemstand.

Deutsche Messe will send you the codes to access OBS, our
Online Business System for placing orders.
Please place this order before your login for the first time
onto OBS. A package order automatically adds all inclusive
services, which expedites order processing. You can
supplement inclusive services, like the carpet color or fascia
panel graphics/lettering, and order extra services.

The cost of an IAA Package depends on the modular stand
you choose and comprises a fixed fee plus a variable
portion based on the stand size in m2.

Grundsätzliches
Zur Gestaltung Ihres Standes können Sie von uns ein IAA Package in verschiedenen Ausführungen mieten. Elektroanschluss, Grund- und tägliche
Standreinigung (ohne Glas/Exponate), Abfallentsorgung sowie optional ein Gastronomie-Paket sind jeweils inklusive. Der Systemstand erstreckt
sich jeweils über die gesamte angemietete Fläche. Bei rechtzeitiger Bestellung ist Ihr Stand am Tag vor Beginn der Veranstaltung um 12 Uhr
bezugsfertig (vorzeitige Fertigstellung auf Anfrage). Der Systemstand ist am ersten Abbautag in ordnungsgemäßem und geräumtem Zustand
zurückzugeben.
Technische Details
Die Basisausstattung kann durch Elemente der Zusatzausstattung erweitert werden. Die technischen Beschreibungen der Systemstände und
Zusatzausstattung sowie Gestaltungsbeispiele finden Sie in den Broschüren „IAA Packages“ und „Standbau-Services 2016“. Typenübergeifende
Bestellung von Zusatzausstattungselementen ist nicht möglich. Geringfügige technische und farbliche Abweichungen von den Angaben im
Servicekatalog, sowie den Einsatz von Aussteifungselementen zur Herstellung der Standsicherheit behalten wir uns vor. Ggf. erforderliche, nicht
im IAA Package enthaltene Anschlüsse des Standes an die technischen Ver- und Entsorgungsnetze bestellen Sie bitte in den entsprechenden
Leistungskategorien.
Durchführung / Haftung
Beanstandungen jeder Art sind unverzüglich schriftlich bei der Deutschen Messe zwecks Abhilfe mitzuteilen. Bei nicht rechtzeitiger Mitteilung
können Rechte aus solchen Beanstandungen nicht geltend gemacht werden.
Die Systemstände einschließlich Ausstattung dürfen nicht beklebt, benagelt, gestrichen, verändert oder beschädigt werden. Für Schäden und
Verluste an dem bereitgestellten Systemstand kann der Aussteller in Höhe des Wiederbeschaffungswertes in Anspruch genommen werden bzw. in
Höhe des Reparaturaufwandes, sofern dieser den Wiederbeschaffungswert nicht übersteigt. Es wird empfohlen, eine Ausstellungsversicherung
abzuschließen. Als Versicherungswert kann pauschal der vierfache Buchungspreis zugrunde gelegt werden. Eine Haftung der Deutschen Messe für
Sach- und Personenschäden im Zusammenhang mit der Bereitstellung des IAA Package ist ausgeschlossen, es sei denn, dass der Deutschen Messe
Vorsatz oder grobe Fahrlässigkeit nachzuweisen ist. Die Haftung wegen schuldhafter Verletzung des Lebens, des Körpers oder der Gesundheit
bleibt unberührt.
Vertrag
Die Bestellung des IAA Package erfolgt durch Einsendung des ausgefüllten Formulars und ist verbindlich. Mit der Auftragsbestätigung durch die
Deutsche Messe kommt der Vertrag über die Anmietung des IAA Packages zustande. Wird nach verbindlicher Bestellung oder nach erfolgtem
Vertragsabschluss auf Veranlassung des Ausstellers von der Deutschen Messe ein vollständiger Rücktritt vom IAA Package zugestanden, so hat der
Aussteller der Deutschen Messe dafür eine pauschale Entschädigung (Schadenspauschale) zu entrichten. Weist der Aussteller nach, dass der
Deutschen Messe durch den Rücktritt kein Schaden oder nur ein Schaden entstanden ist, der wesentlich niedriger ist als die Schadenspauschale,
hat er den entsprechend geminderten Ersatz zu leisten. Die Höhe der Schadenspauschale richtet sich nach dem Zeitpunkt des Zugangs der
schriftlichen Rücktrittserklärung bei der Deutschen Messe und nach der Höhe des Buchungspreises:
- vier Monate vor dem ersten Messetag oder früher: 10% des Auftragswertes,
- später als vier, aber nicht später als drei Monate vor dem ersten Messetag: 25% des Auftragswertes,
- später als drei, aber nicht später als zwei Monate vor dem ersten Messetag: 50% des Auftragswertes,
- später als zwei Monate vor dem ersten Messetag: 100% des Auftragswertes.
Introduction
You can choose from among a variety of IAA Packages we offer for the design of your stand. A power hookup, initial/daily cleaning, waste disposal
and optionally a catering package are included. The modular stand covers the entire rented floor space. For orders placed on time, the stand will be
delivered in a turnkey condition by noon on the day before the tradeshow begins. Please contact us if you require earlier delivery. You must return
the modular stand in a clean and proper condition on the first day of dismantling.
Technical details
The basic fixtures/furnishings are standard, with the option to add supplementary features. For technical descriptions of modular stands, supplementary services, and typical layouts, please refer to our brochures “IAA Packages” and “Stand construction service 2016”. The supplementary
elements are specific to each stand type. The technical specifications and colors in the catalogue are subject to minor modifications, such as the
use of reinforcements for greater stability of the stand. If needed, please order required utilities and waste disposal services, which are not
included in the IAA Package, under the respective service category.
Execution / Liability
Please file any complaints promptly in writing to enable Deutsche Messe to remedy the problem, whereby you shall forfeit your rights arising from
or in connection thereto if you do not make a claim on time.
Modular stands and their fixtures/furnishings may not be defaced in any way by taping, tacking, painting, or the like. For loss of or damage to the
modular stand, you shall be liable for the total replacement value or the cost of repair, whichever is less. We recommend taking out an exhibition
insurance policy with a limit equal to four times the order value. Deutsche Messe shall not be liable for property damage or bodily injury in connection with the rental of an IAA Package, unless it is deemed to have acted with intent or gross negligence. Nevertheless, Deutsche Messe shall be
liable for culpable endangerment to life or bodily injury.
Contract
Your order for an IAA Package will be legally binding once you complete, sign, and submit the form, whereby the contract shall go into effect after
Deutsche Messe confirms your order. Deutsche Messe may, at its sole discretion, accept your request for complete withdrawal from the IAA
Package subsequent to execution of a binding order or rental agreement, subject to payment of a cancellation charge. If you are able to prove that
Deutsche Messe either incurred no loss through such withdrawal or that the loss is substantially less than the applicable charge, the respectively
reduced amount will be accepted.
In the event Deutsche Messe accepts your request for the aforementioned withdrawal, the cancellation charge payable shall be governed by the
point in time at which Deutsche Messe receives your written notice of withdrawal and the value of the order, per the following schedule:
- Four months or more before the tradeshow begins: 10% of order value
- Between four and three months before the tradeshow begins: 25% of order value
- Between three and two months before the tradeshow begins: 50% of order value
- Less than two months before the tradeshow begins: 100% of order value.
