PROFESSIONAL ACCOMPLISHMENTS: PAST AND PRESENT • Established and managed Graphica Medica, a studio/practice for medical illustrations, models and facial prosthetics. Built successful practice in Germany, serving clients/patients in Germany and Europe. Sold practice in Germany and reestablished Prosthetics at GM, LLC in USA. • Served as consultant in medical illustration and craniofacial epitheses to Head and Neck, Plastic, Oncology, Burns/Trauma, Orthopedic, Neurosurgical, Oral and Maxillofacial departments of European hospitals. • Produced illustrations and coordinated design and production of illustrations for publishers of multiauthored surgical textbooks in both German and English languages. • Pioneered use of American made silicone materials, adhesives, and coloration systems for prosthetic use in Germany. • As President (1995-96) brought about a collaboration between the American Anaplastology Association and German counterpart (Gesellschaft für chirurgische Prothetik und Epithetik) group to co-sponsor an international professional conference and journal.
