Die Hadler GmbH entwickelt und produziert seit über 28 Jahren
Elektronische Betriebsgeräte der Marke Luxtronic für Hersteller hochwertiger technischer Leuchten, insbesondere auch für den Einsatz in
explosionsgeschützten Bereichen.

The Hadler GmbH has developed and produced electronic ballasts
for more than 28 years now. Customers are manufacturers of high
quality technical luminaires, in particular areas subjected to explosion
hazards.
Seit einigen Jahren entwickelt und produziert Hadler auch Leuchten
und setzt hier auf die eigenen Elektronischen Vorschaltgeräte mit
einzigartig schlanker Bauform und einer Lebensdauer von 100.000 h
bei 40 °C an der Leuchte. Luxsystem Leuchten stehen für innovatives
schlankes Licht mit besonderen Ansprüchen an Funktionalität, Qualität
und Wirtschaftlichkeit.
For some years now, Hadler has been developing and producing
their own luminaires and relies on its own electronic ballasts with its
unique slim design and lifetime of 100,000 hours at 40 °C ambient
temperature of the luminaire. Luxsystem luminaires are synonymous
with innovative slim light with special requirements concerning
functionality, quality and efficiency.

Ein Spezialgebiet von Hadler sind besonders schlanke und leistungsstarke Elektronische Betriebsgeräte, wie sie am Weltmarkt einzigartig
sind.
Unter der Bezeichnung „die zweite Idee“ verfügt jedes Produkt aus
dem Hause Hadler über Eigenschaften, die es bislang nicht gab und
die jedes Erzeugnis in besonderer Weise für bestimmte Einsatzzwecke
prädestinieren.

Für Luxsystem Leuchten liegt diese zweite Idee neben der besonders
schlanken Bauform insbesondere in der verschiebbaren Steckvorrichtung und den vielen verschiedenen Bauarten und Systemkomponenten,
die den Einsatz der Luxsystem Leuchten in vielfältigen Einbausituationen
ermöglichen.
Der Tatsache, dass die Leuchten sehr schlank sind und sich damit auch
für enge Nischen etc. eignen, trägt die lange Lebensdauer von 100.000 h
bei einer Umgebungstemperatur von 40 °C Rechnung.
The second idea
One of the technical competencies of Hadler is the slim and highperformance electronic ballast wich is unique in the world market. The
expression “the second idea” stands for the fact that each of Hadlers
products offers features which have not existed before and consequently
qualify the products for specific usages and applications.
For the Luxsystem luminaires, the “the second idea” becomes visible
in the slim design, the integrated connector system and in the luminaire
variants and components and system accessories.
Due to the innovative slim design, a service life of 100,000 hours at
an ambient temperature of 40°C, the luminaires are predestined to be
installed in confined spaces.

Minimalistische Leuchte aus Aluminium, verfügbar in verschiedenen
Längen, für Luxsystem LED-Leuchtmittel. Diese Leuchte mit der
integrierten verschiebbaren Steckvorrichtung ermöglicht schattenfreie Lichtbänder mit durchgängiger Gestalt und eignet sich somit
insbesondere auch für den Einsatz im sichtbaren Bereich.
Minimalistic aluminum luminaire, available in different lengths, for
Luxsystem LED light sources. This luminaire with the integrated
movable connector system makes long slim seamless light in
continuous form possible and is particularly suitable for the
application where the luminaires are visible.
Es sind LED-Leuchtmittel der Typen TW (Tunable White) oder
RGBW (Red Green Blue White) verfügbar. Die von Hadler eigens
entwickelte Fassung erlaubt den einfachen Austausch des intelligenten Luxsystem LED-Leuchtmittels und die Übermittlung der
LED-Betriebsparameter wie Farbort und Helligkeitsklasse an das
in der Leuchte eingebaute Luxtronic LED Betriebsgerät. So können
die Vorteile der LED vollumfänglich genutzt werden und es ist auch
zukünftig eine Versorgung mit Leuchtmitteln gleicher Lichtfarbe und
Helligkeit gewährleistet.
There are different types of LED light sources available: TW
(Tunable White) and RGBW (Red Green Blue White). The specially
developed Hadler socket allows the simple exchange of the
intelligent Luxsystem LED light source and the transmission of
the specific operating data like colour coordinates and brightness
to the Luxtronic LED driver, which is incorporated into the LED
luminaire. Due to that all advantageous properties of the LED are
utilized and the future LED light source supply of the same color
temperature and brightness is assured.

Steckvorrichtung
Connector system
Die verschiebbare Steckvorrichtung ist kompatibel zur SL 20.2,
die Betätigung erfolgt durch einen in der Leuchte eingebauten
Schieber. Die Busleitung ist integriert, um den Montageaufwand
auf ein Minimum zu reduzieren. Die hohe Stromtragfähigkeit
ermöglicht das Gestalten langer Leuchtenstränge. Robuste
gedrehte Silberkontakte gewährleisten auch nach häufigem Betätigen der Steckvorrichtung sicheren Kontakt. Anschluss- und
Verbindungsleitungen sind als Systemzubehör erhältlich.

The movable connector system is compatible to the SL 20.2,
the actuation is carried out by moving the integrated slider inside
the luminaire. The bus cable is integrated in order to minimize
installation time. The high ampacity allows the design of long
strands of lights. Robust turned silver contacts warrant, even
after repeated usage of the connector system, secure contact.
The Luxsystem connection and mains cables are available
accessories.

Light source
Die Fassung mit zehnpoligem Steckkontakt ermöglicht neben
der Ansteuerung von bis zu vier Kanälen auch den Austausch von
Informationen mit dem Leuchtmittel. So werden z. B. nach jeder
Spannungsunterbrechung die Betriebsströme und Farborte der
auf dem Leuchtmittel bestückten LED übermittelt. Auf Basis dieser
Informationen errechnet das in der Leuchte integrierte Luxtronic
4-Kanal LED Betriebsgerät die notwendigen Betriebsparameter,
um die für den jeweiligen Leuchtmitteltyp festgelegten lichttechnischen Eigenschaften (Helligkeit und Farbort) zu gewährleisten.
Über die Kommunikationsverbindung zwischen dem LED Leuchtmittel und den Luxtronic 4-kanal LED Betriebsgeräten können
auch die aktuellen Betriebsparameter wie Leuchtmitteltemperatur,
Betriebsstrom und Farbort über den DALI-Bus angefragt werden.
Diese Technik gewährleistet die Versorgung mit lichttechnisch
einheitlichen Leuchten und Leuchtmitteln auch in der Zukunft.
Wobei Effizienzsteigerungen der LED zu einer Reduzierung der
Leistungsaufnahme bei gleichem Lichtstrom führen, insofern profitiert der Anwender auch direkt von der Weiterentwicklung beim
Leuchtmitteltausch.

The special 10 pole lampholder plug allows, besides the control
of up to 4 LED channels, an exchange of information with the
intelligent LED light source. E.g. after each mains recovery the
rated currents and colour information of the assambled LED are
transmitted. Based on these information the integrated Luxtronic
4-channel LED driver computes the necessary paramters to
meet exactly the defined properties of this type of light source
(cromaticity coordinate and brightness)
Even current data like temperature of the light source, operating
current or colour coordinates can be transmitted via the communication interface and monitored via DALI bus.
This technology grants the supply of photometric identic luminaires and light sources even in the future. LED improvements in
efficiency will lead to a decrease of power consumption. In that
way the end-user will profit by the progress of LED technology
when light source is changed.

Das TW-Leuchtmittel ist mit LED zweier verschiedener Lichtfarben
(2.700 und 5.000 K) bestückt, deren Farbort und Helligkeit (Bin) im
Speicher des intelligenten Leuchtmittels hinterlegt sind. Via DALI
DT 8 kann die Lichtfarbe von 2.700 bis 5.000 K bei konstantem
Lichtstrom und einem Farbwiedergabeindex (CRI) von 83 verstellt
werden.
The TW-light source is assambled with LED of two different
colours (2,700 to 5,000 K). The brightness and the chromaticity
coordinate (Bin) is stored in the memory of the intelligent light
source. The colour can be controlled via DALI DT 8 in a range
of 2,700 to 5,000 K at a constant luminous flux and a Colour
Rendering Index (CRI) of 83.
Dadurch kann eine bestimmte Lichtstimmung erzeugt – und die
Beleuchtung an die Bedürfnisse der Nutzer angepasst werden.
Thus the light atmosphere can be adapted exactly to the
requirements of the user.
Ferner gewährleistet diese Konstruktion konstante Helligkeit und
gleichen Farbort aller Leuchtmittel dieses Typs, unabhängig vom
Bin (Farbort, Helligkeitsklasse und Vorwärtsspannung) der verbauten LED.
Furthermore this concept ensures constant brightness and
chromaticity coordinate of all light sources of this type
independently of the Bin of the LED used.
Die Lichtfarbe der Leuchtmittel TW kann von
2.700 bis 5.000 K verstellt werden bei konstantem Lichtstrom und einem Farbwiedergabeindex
(CRI) von 83.

Beim RGBW-Leuchtmittel sind LED mit vier verschiedenen
Lichtfarben bestückt (Red Green Blue White). Dadurch können
alle Farben des Farbraumes über DALI DT 8 primary N angefahren
werden.
Desweiteren ermöglicht diese Kombination von LED-Farben im
Weißbereich von 3.000 bis 4.000 K einen außerordentlich hohen
Farbwiedergabeindex (CRI > 93). Solch hohe CRI-Werte werden
überall dort benötigt, wo eine möglichst natürliche Farbwiedergabe
erforderlich ist, z.B. in grafischen Betrieben, Boutiquen, Juwelieren
und Museen.
Auch die Leuchtmittel RGBW sind intelligent, d.h. im Speicher der
Leuchtmittel ist der Bin der bestückten LED hinterlegt, so dass unabhängig vom Bin der verbauten LED ein konstantes Lumenpaket
und gleicher Farbort aller Leuchtmittel dieses Typs gewährleistet
werden.
The RGBW light source is assembled with four different colours
of LED (Red Green Blue White). Thus all colours can be choosen
via DALI DT 8 primary N.
Furthermore this combination of LED colours allows in the range
of 3,000 to 4,000 K an extraordinarily high CRI of > 93. Such high
CRI values are needed e.g. in graphic studios, fashion stores,
jewellery stores and museums.
The Bin of the assembled LED is stored in the internal non volatile
memory of the intellligent RGBW light source. This guarantees a
constant light output and the same colour coordinate for all light
sources of this type, even for future products.

Freistrahlende Leuchte für Seamless Leuchtmittel in verschiedenen
Längen aus Aluminium. Die Luxsystem Leuchte SL 20.2 wurde
auf der Light+Building 2010 vorgestellt und mit dem Innovationspreis ausgezeichnet. Mit der speziell entwickelten Fassung für das
Seamless Leuchtmittel wird das minimalistische Design der SL 20.1
aufgenommen, ferner ermöglicht sie einen einfachen Leuchtmittelwechsel auch in beengten Einbausituationen.
Diese Leuchte mit der integrierten verschiebbaren Steckvorrichtung
ermöglicht schattenfreie Lichtbänder mit durchgängiger Gestalt und
eignet sich somit insbesondere auch für den Einsatz im sichtbaren
Bereich.

General-diffuse luminaire for seamless lamps cast in aluminum,
available in various length. The Luxsystem SL 20.2 was presented
at the Light+Building 2010 and was decorated with an innovation
award. With a socket specifically developed for the seamless light
source and with the minimalist design of the SL 20.1, it is built for
easy and quick installation or replacement in confined spaces.
This luminaire with the movable connector system makes long

Steckvorrichtung
Connector system
Angepasst an die speziellen Anforderungen des Leuchtmittels
verfügt auch die SL 20.2 über eine verschiebbare Steckvorrichtung,
die Betätigung erfolgt mit einem Schraubendreher. Die Busleitung
ist integriert, um den Montageaufwand auf ein Minimum zu reduzieren. Die hohe Stromtragfähigkeit ermöglicht das Gestalten langer
Leuchtenstränge. Robuste gedrehte Silberkontakte gewährleisten
auch nach häufigem Betätigen der Steckvorrichtung sicheren Kontakt. Anschluss- und Verbindungsleitungen sind als Systemzubehör
erhältlich.

The luminaire for strip lighting, with the integrated Luxsystem
connector system, constitutes the basic design of the SL 20.2 –
with the SL 20.2 strip lighting can be easily and quickly
constructed.
Power supply can be established via a separate mains cable or
terminals in the bottom of the housing.

Durch die patentierte verschiebbare Steckvorrichtung für IP67
sind die Vorteile der SL 20.1 Serie auch in Bereichen mit höherer Schutzart nutzbar. Die Leuchten können direkt oder mittels
Montage-Clips mit dem Untergrund verschraubt werden. Einzelne
Leuchten sind einfach, z. B. zu Reinigungs- und Wartungszwecken
aus dem Strang entnehmbar. Das optionale Schutzrohr schützt
das Leuchtmittel und gewährleistet hohen Lichtstrom bei tiefen
Temperaturen.
The patented movable connector system for the IP67, makes it
possible to transport the benefits of the SL 20.1 series into areas
with higher protection classes. The luminaries can be assambled
directly with screws oder via mounting clips. Individual lamps can
easily be
removed for cleaning and maintenance purposes from the
strand. The optional protection tube enables high luminous flux
at low temperatures and avoids mechanical stress to the lamp.

Die patentierte verschiebbare Steckvorrichtung (IP67) ist am Weltmarkt einzigartig und bietet viele Vorteile:
Einfache und schnelle Montage, leichte Demontage, z. B. zu
Reinigungs- und Wartungszwecken. Weiterhin erlaubt sie das
Verbinden und Trennen der Leuchten im Strang – auch unter
Last. Die Busleitung ist integriert und die hohe Stromtragfähigkeit
ermöglicht das Gestalten langer Leuchtenstränge. Die Leuchten
können mehrmals montiert und demontiert werden, da die Steckvorrichtung mit robusten gedrehten Silberkontakten auch nach
vielfachem Gebrauch noch sicheren Kontakt gewährleistet.

lässt sich DALI uP mit wenigen Handgriffen in verschiedene Unterputzdosen und
Verteilungen integrieren. Anhand vorkonfektionierter Leitungen wird DALI uP ganz
einfach mit den Schaltelementen und dem DALI-Bus verbunden. Eine DALI uPEinheit kann die Befehle von bis zu vier Schaltelementen verarbeiten. Im Rahmen
einer DALI-Installation können bis zu 40 DALI uP-Einheiten eingesetzt und auf
diese Weise bis zu 160 Schaltkontakte ausgewertet werden. Hierbei wird lediglich
ein einziges DALI-Netzteil benötigt. Die DALI uP-Einheit lässt sich über herkömmliche Taster, Schalter, Stromstoßschalter und potentialfreie Kontakte wie Präsenz-,

All you need is a single DALI power supply unit. The DALI uP unit is controlled via
conventional pushbuttons, switches, latching relays and floating contacts, e.g.
presence detectors, brightness sensors and motion detectors.

Addressing / grouping
With this module and a DALI uP, luminaires can be
graphically addressed and grouped. The software
can as well be used to test the setup of the DALI

rotary coding switches you will be able to assign
one of 16 scenes to each of the four switching
elements.

Mit jeweils einem Schaltelementpaar schalten
bzw. dimmen und in einem vorgegebenen Spektrum eine individuelle Farbtemperatur einstellen.

The DALI uP software featuring an easy-to-use user interface is used to transfer
the different functions, e.g. scene control, dimming or colour control via USB to
the DALI uP and to link the different functions to the switching elements. With the
rotary coding switches and the programming button, the links can also be changed
without the software. The configuration of the DALI uP can be changed at any time.
As the unit is controlled via conventional switching elements, the DALI system can
be operated intuitively.

Mit der DALI uP-Software, die sich durch ihre betont einfache Benutzeroberfläche
auszeichnet, lassen sich die verschiedenen Funktionen, wie z. B. Szenensteuerung, Dimmen oder Farbsteuerung mittels USB auf das DALI uP übertragen und
die verschiedenen Funktionen mit den Schaltelementen verknüpfen. Mit den
Drehkodierschaltern und dem Programmierknopf können die Verknüpfungen auch
ohne Software verändert werden. Die Konfiguration des DALI uP lässt sich jederzeit ändern. Da die Einheit über herkömmliche Schaltelemente angesteuert wird,
ist die DALI-Anlage intuitiv zu bedienen.
