The Company
Die Delvac Sanitär GmbH wurde 1978 von Karl-Heinz Echtermeier
in Husum gegründet.
Anfänglich wurden Kunststoff-Griffe für Zweigriff-Armaturen produziert und durch den Handel mit Pumpenschiebern ergänzt. Es
folgte die Entwicklung und Produktion der ersten komplett aus
Kunststoff produzierten, verstellbaren Handbrause. Durch stetig wachsendes Know-How wurden die bestehenden Produkte
verfeinert und neue Produkte designt. Heute sind wir auf Handbrausen spezialisiert und bieten Modelle für die verschiedensten
Anwendungsgebiete an. 1- bis 5-strahlige Handbrausen gehören
genauso zu unserem Produktportfolio wie Bidet- und Küchenbrausen. Vervollständigt wird unsere Produktpalette durch Garnituren,
Brausesets, Wandstangen, Brauseschläuche und Zubehör.

The enterprise was founded in 1978 by Karl-Heinz Echtermeier in
Husum.
Our first activities were the development and production of plastic
grasps for mixers and it was expanded by the trade with pump
valves. This was followed by the development and production
of the first adjustable hand shower, which was produced completely from plastic. Based on our steadily increasing know-how,
the existing articles have been improved and new products have
been designed. Today we are specialized on showers and offer
a large variety of different models for all kinds of applications.
Hand showers with 1- up to 5-spray modes are part of our product
line as well as bidet showers and kitchen showers. Shower kits,
shower sets, slide bars, shower hoses and accessories complete
our product range.
Our customers appreciate our flexibility and the solutions oriented
to consumer requirements.

Durch modernste Technik sind wir in der Lage, 3D Modelle innerhalb weniger Stunden anzufertigen. Anhand von CAD Daten wird
ein digitales Modell zum greifbaren Objekt. Die Technik des 3D
Drucks kommt bei uns im Haus zum Tragen. Dadurch sind millimetergenaue Modelle in kurzer Zeit realisierbar. Ein durch Bindemittel
schnell aushärtendes Material wird Schicht für Schicht aufgebaut
und final durch ein Epoxidharz ausgehärtet. Durch diese Technik
bei uns im Haus, können wir schnell auf individuelle Kundenwünsche reagieren und dadurch eine hohe Flexibilität gewährleisten.
Rapid Prototyping
By modern technology we have the ability to produce 3D models
within only a few hours.
Based on 3D data a digital model transforms into a concrete object.
The technique of 3D printing is used in our company. Therefore
models accurate to a millimeter can be created within a very short
term.
A material that hardens quickly by an adhesive agent is built coat
by coat and is finally hardened by epoxide resin.
Using this method, we can react very fast on the desire of our
individual customer and by this grant high flexibility.

an overhead shower. As the tube of this slide bar is bended to the front side and with its horizontal and vertical
movable slider you get the necessary distance towards
the wall to fix the handset into vertical position. To avoid
wet hair whilst showering, simply release the slider knob
and bring your handset back down into an upright position.

Der Gleiter ist zweifach stufenlos verstellbar. Links für die
Höhen- und Seitenverstellung und rechts der Neigungswinkel des Konushalters. Ein unterer Anschlag verhindert
gleichzeitig das Abknicken Ihres Brauseschlauches.
Mit dieser Wandstange kann man ganz einfach eine bestehende Wandstange ersetzen. Da ein Endstück variabel ist,
muss man nicht mehr länger in Fliesen bohren, sondern
kann die alten Bohrlöcher verwenden.

The riser rail for today´s generation: the hand shower
holder is double adjustable. On the left side for the
adjustment in height and side position and on the right
side for the angle of the conical holder. It has got an
arrester which avoids kinking of the shower hose.
The easiest way when replacing an existing riser rail. As
one endbracket is movable there is no need to drill into
tiles anymore. You can use the old holes from an earlier
rail.

heute die früher übliche „Auflegegabel“ vermissen.
Ergebnis: ein Wandhalter ist erforderlich und muss auf die Wand gedübelt
werden.
Schluss damit: Der „Universal-Konushalter“ macht Bohren auf Fliesen
überflüssig! Dieser „Universal-Konushalter“ kann nachträglich, sofort und
ohne Werkzeug angeschraubt werden.
Wie? Brauseschlauch abdrehen „Universal-Konushalter“ anschrauben
(rechts wie links möglich) - Brauseschlauch wieder darunter schrauben
- fertig!
The „universal conical holder“ is the
ideal solution to be fitted between
the single lever mixer and the flexible
hose.
It is installed without drilling holes on
tiles and you do not need any tool for
it.
Just unscrew the hose, screw the
„universal conical holder“ underneath
your mixer, and then screw again the
flexible hose. That´s all!
