based on ethnic or economic, neither on religious grounds,
which is the case in many other cities. This in turn creates a
favourable atmosphere for the free mobility of people.
Every day and every hour many people arrive and leave the
city through the city’s five main gates, including the more

von mehr als 24 internationalen Organisationen
und in etwa 100 Botschaften, damit also in jeder
Hinsicht die friedlichste Stadt. Ihr friedlicher Charakter beruht auf der Tatsache, dass die Aufteilung
der Stadt in Viertel nicht nach ethnischen, ökonomischen oder religiösen Prinzipien vorgenommen
wurde, was in vielen anderen Städten der Fall ist.
Genau das bildet eine günstige Grundlage für die
Mobilität der Menschen.
