ÖKO-PASSIV
Zwei Grundsysteme sind bei ComTür erhältlich:
MULTIFUNKTION COMPACT mit einer
Türblattstärke von 64 mm (73 mm bei
Design-Glasvarianten). Diese Multifunktion-Version ist auch als Wohnungseingangstüre erhältlich.
Die ÖKO-PASSIV VARIANTEN gibt es als
überfälzte (Compact) oder als beidseitig
flächenbündige (Plano) Ausführung mit
einer Türblattstärke von 95mm. Diese
überzeugen durch die ComTür-Duotherm
Technologie (2-schaliger Aufbau) und
hohem Wärmeschutz durch die Biofaser
Dämmeinlagen (bei vollflächigen Türblättern). Die Außenschale besteht aus
wasserfesten Materialien und einer Alu
Schutzkante (Edelstahloptik). Extrem robust und langlebig.

We at ComTür can supply two basic systems:
MULTIFUNCTIONAL COMPACT with a
64 mm door leaf (73 mm for the designer glass versions). This multifunctional
version is also available as an entrance
door for the home.
The ECO-FRIENDLY PASSIVE VERSIONS
are available as rebated doors (Compact)
or doors which are flush-mounted on
both sides (Plano) with a door thickness
from 95 mm. These have the credentials
to impress thanks to Duotherm technology (two-leaf construction) and bio-fibre insulation for high levels of protection
against heat losses (in the case of flush
door leaves). The external leaf is made
of waterproof materials and has a protective aluminium edge (stainless steel
effect). Extremely robust and durable.

standards and are tested for long-term
use (200,000 opening and closing movements). All the hinges can be “finely adjusted” in 3 dimensions at any time. The

In spite of these technical refinements,
the range of design options is extensive

SHAPING COLOURS
The BASIC product line encompasses all
the door designs with a “smooth finish”.
Here the BASIC NATURA models are
available in all natural wood surfaces.
BASIC COLOUR, on the other hand, offers you a wide range of design options
with colours of your choice. The CTLotus surfaces are extremely robust and
resistant to weathering.
Entrance doors from the BASIC range of
doors are naturally also available with
all light cut-out versions,

alten Vorbildern mit neuester Technik
gebaut.
Verschiedene Füllungs- und Glasvarianten stehen zur Auswahl. Sonderprofilierungen und detailgenauen Rekonstruktionen wie z.B. im Denkmalschutz
erforderlich können verwirklicht werden. Haustüren von ComTür sind auch
in Brand- und Rauchschutzausführung
erhältlich.

traditional models of entrance door modelled on old favourites and integrating
state-of-the-art technology.
Various panelling options and glass
styles available. Special mouldings and
reproductions which are faithful to the
finest original detail, e.g. as required for
protected historic buildings, can be realized. ComTür entrance doors are also
available as fire protection and smoke
control versions.

SCHÜTZEND + DICHT
Sockelprofile und Sockelblenden sind
mit einer „Tropfnase“ ausgestattet,
gleichzeitig bieten Sie Schutz vor Stoß
und Tritt.
4 verschiedene Varianten stehen für jedes Türdesign zur Verfügung (S1-S4).Bei
ÖKO-PASSIV Haustürsystem (Compact +
PLANO) ist die Tropfnase bereits in der
wasserfesten Außenblende integriert,
daher kann auf das Sockelprofil verzichtet werden.
Die ComTür Bodenschwellen sind für
Neu- und Altbau geeignet. (siehe Abb.
BS1 Neubau + BS2 Altbau) Diese passen sich der baulichen Situation an, sind
dicht und wärmedämmend zugleich. Die
thermische Trennung (siehe Abb. BS1)
verhindert zudem Kälte- und Wärmebrücken.
Hierfür sorgen Anschlussprofile, die je
nach Bodenaufbau variabel eingesetzt
werden können.

Base mouldings and plinth panels are
fitted with a “drip”, providing protection
against impacts and kicking at the same
time.
Four different versions are available for
every door design (S1-S4). Doors from
the ECO-FRIENDLY PASSIVE entrance
door system (Compact + PLANO) have
the drip already integrated on the waterproof cover strip on the outside, so
there is no need for the base moulding.
ComTür thresholds are suitable for both
new and period buildings. (see illustration BS1 new buildings + BS2 period
buildings)
They fit in with the character of each
specific building and are tight-fitting
and heat-insulating at the same time.
Thermal separation (see illustration
BS1) prevents cold and heat bridges.
This is effected by joint profiles which
can be variably used depending on the
floor structure.

Rosetten, sowie passenden Innengarnituren. Die Sicherheitsrosetten gibt es

Choose from a wide variety of perfectly
crafted designer push handles, security
fittings and roses, along with matching
interior fittings. The security roses are
available in round or square-cut form,

surface of the door leaf. Special productions to customer requirements or specifications are also possible. At the same

Ob moderne oder traditionell klassische Beschläge, grundsätzlich werden
hochwertige Materialien verwendet.
Beispielsweise erhalten Messing Beschläge zusätzlich eine besonders widerstandsfähige PVD-Schutzschicht für
Wind und Wetter. Die Edelstahlbeschläge sind aus rostfreien Materialien fein
gebürstet oder Glanz poliert lieferbar.
Natürlich sind die Beschläge wie die
Türe selbst funktionsgetestet. Äußerst
stabil und widerstandsfähig für ein sicheres Zuhause.

Whether it be modern or traditional,
classic door fittings, the materials used
are always of a high quality. For example, brass door fittings are always given
an additional protective coating of PVD
for wind and weather which is particularly hard-wearing. The stainless steel
door fittings are made of non-rusting
materials and are available either finely
brushed or brightly polished. Both the
door fittings and the doors themselves
are function tested. Extremely strong
and hard-wearing for a secure home.

In traditioneller Handwerksarbeit entstehend filigrane Kunstwerke, dem
individuellen Haustür-Charakter angepasst. Zur Auswahl stehen alle Techniken der Glaskunst, wie Sandstrahl-,
Fusing-, Bleiornament-Arbeiten. Auch
antike Blei- und Messingverglasungen,
Schliffgläser oder bedruckte Gläser
sind möglich. Alle Kunstglasmotive oder
Standardgläser werden zu wärmedämmenden Isoliergläsern weiterverarbeitet. Ob als Schallschutz- oder Einbruchschutz-Verglasung, je nach Erfordernis
stehen vielfältige Kombinationsmöglichkeiten zur Verfügung.

Crafted in the traditional way, filigree
works of art are created to match the individual character of the entrance door.
The whole range of glasswork techniques, such as sandblasted, fusion or
decorative leading work, is available to
choose from. Also possible are antique
lead and brass glazing, ground glass
glazing or printed glazing. All artistic
glass motifs or standard glass panes go
through further stages of production to
make them into insulation panes for keeping in the warmth. Whether for sound
insulation or protection against burglary, you can choose from a wide range of
