Das Unternehmen
Seit mehr als 50 Jahren redestilliert ORM BERGOLD in
Bochum und in Langlau / Nürnberg Lösemittel.
Wir stellen aus gebrauchten Lösemitteln hochwertige Produkte her. Für Sie arbeiten wir sowohl als Lohndestillateur
sowie als Lieferant für Ihre Lösemittel, die wir nach Ihren
Rezepturen aus redestillierten Lösemitteln herstellen. Wir
stellen verschiedene Lösemittelgemische in gleichbleibender Qualität her. Seit Oktober 2007 betreiben wir an
unserem Standort Bochum eine Rektifikationskolonne. Mit
dieser Anlage, die auch azeotrope Destillation zulässt, verarbeiten wir gebrauchte Lösemittel oder „Off Spec“-Produkte. Dabei erzeugen wir hochwertige Lösungsmittel und
bringen diese je nach Kundenwunsch auf Frischwarenspezifikation. Im Zuge der ab 01.11.2006 in Kraft getretenen
VOC-Richtlinie gewinnen wasserbasierte Lösemittel zunehmend an Bedeutung. Vor allem in der Automobilindustrie
finden sie ein breites Anwendungsspektrum. Wir bereiten
diese als verschmutzte wässrige Spüllösungen wieder auf
und liefern gebrauchsfertige Lösungen zurück. Der Anwender spart beim Einkauf sowie bei Entsorgungskosten.

directive that became effective as of November 01st, 2006
water based solvents have become more significant
especially in the automotive industry where there is a wide
range of applications. We regenerate dirty aqueous cleaning thinners and supply ready to use solutions back giving
cost benefits to customers on purchasing and disposal.

Tanklager und Destillation
The Company
For more than 50 years ORM BERGOLD has been recycling
used solvents at two locations – Bochum and Langlau
(Nuremberg) Germany.
Tolling of customer owned solvents and sales of solvent
compositions produced to customer requirements are our
core businesses. We produce various thinner compositions
regularly. Since October 2007 we have been running a
fractional distillation column at the Bochum site. Using this
installation enables azeotropic distillation for processing
spent solvents or “off spec” materials. In this way we pro-

Dünnschichtverdampfer unterschiedlicher Bauart, Destillationsblasen und kontinuierlich oder chargenweise arbeitende Kolonnen mit bis zu 5 t / h Leistung stehen zur Verfügung. Entaromatisierte Kaltreiniger und isoparaffinische
Lösemittel werden in einem speziellen Verfahren redestilliert und in Flammpunkt und Geruch auf Frischwarenniveau eingestellt.
Tankfarm and Distillation
Orm has more than 100 tanks of 30 m3 tank-truck-size that
are dedicated to the storage of customer owned solvents.
Thin-film-evaporators (LUWAS), several potstills, continuous and batch operating columns with up to 5 MT / h
capacity are in use. Dearomatized mineral spirits and isoparaffins are especially distilled to achieve odour and flashpoints according to virgin specifications.
Fuhrpark
Eigene Mehrkammertankwagen mit Pumpen und Vakuumeinrichtung liefern in einem Arbeitsgang frische Lösemittel
aus und holen gleichzeitig ohne Vermischung gebrauchte
Lösemittel ab. Sowohl Tanks als auch Fässer können von
den mit mehreren Pumpen ausgerüsteten Fahrzeugen befüllt und entleert werden.
Anlieferung oder Abholung von Fässern erfolgt auch mit
Stückgutfahrzeugen. Kleinmengen werden europaweit in
Zusammenarbeit mit der Muttergesellschaft gesammelt
oder ausgeliefert.
Tanker Fleet
The company use multipot tankers so that waste and recycled thinners product are not mixed. These can be loaded
by vacuum or on-board pump. Tanks as well as drums can
be filled or emptied by separate pumps. If needed, drums
are forwarded with box-trucks. Small volumes can be delivered or collected European-wide in co-operation with
our parent-company
Labor
Unser Labor ist speziell auf die Anforderungen der Lösemittelindustrie zugeschnitten. Alle Produkte oder Abfälle
werden einer Eingangs- / Ausgangskontrolle unterzogen.
Die aufwendige Geräteausrüstung und der hohe Ausbildungsstand des Personals gewährleisten gleichbleibend
zuverlässige Analyseergebnisse.

Vor der erstmaligen betrieblichen Destillation führen wir
eine Probedestillation im Labor zur Bestimmung der Verarbeitungsparameter durch.
Laboratory
Our laboratory is specially equipped for the required testing of the solvent industry. All waste streams coming into
the plant and all products leaving the plant are carefully
tested in the company laboratory. The sophisticated equipment and the qualified personnel guarantee consistent
and accurate analytical results.

Fasshalle
In der modern eingerichteten Fasshalle entleeren, befüllen
und reinigen wir Fässer von 25 l bis 200 l. Lösemitteldämpfe
werden abgesaugt und über Aktiv-Kohlefilter umweltgerecht entsorgt. Entleerte Fässer werden kontrolliert und
wenn möglich wieder eingesetzt.
Drum Handling
In this plant we empty, fill and wash drums from 25 l to
200 l. Solvent emissions are extracted and absorbed in
activated carbon-beds. Used drums are inspected after
cleaning and re-used if possible.
The laboratory will conduct a test distillation to determine
the operating parameters before a new material is
processed for the first time on the plant.
