ALPENSTADT BLUDENZ
Mit rund 14.000 Einwohnern ist die Alpenstadt Bludenz das Zentrum von fünf
Tälern. In den verwinkelten Gassen der
Altstadt finden sich mehr als 300 Jahre alte Häuser. Hier laden Cafés, Restaurants und Bars zum Verweilen ein,
ebenso Geschäfte und Boutiquen für
einen Einkaufsbummel. Zu besichtigen
sind unter anderem die Laurentiuskirche mit Turmbesteigung, das Stadtmuseum uvm. Eine Stadtführung gibt Einblick in die Geschichte.

With a population of about 14,000, the
Alpine city of Bludenz is at the centre
of five valleys. In the winding lanes of
the old town there are houses that are
more than 300 years old. Cafés, restaurants and bars invite you in to relax for
a while, shops and boutiques tempt you
to indulge in a little shopping. There’s
lots to see, including the Church of St
Lawrence with its tower ascent, the city
museum and much more. A guided tour
of the city provides an insight into its
history.
Bludenz, the City of Milka – every day,
tonnes of smooth Milka Alpine chocolate
leave the Alpine city. Outlet sales in the
Milka shop.
The legendary Fohrenburger beer is
also brewed in Bludenz.
Visits to the Fohrenburg beer brewery
are possible every week from May to the
end of October.

aus der ganzen Umgebung sowie die speziellen Themen-Märkte
sind weit über die Region hinaus bekannt. Höhepunkte sind der
Klostermarkt im September und der Christkindlemarkt im Dezember.
Vielfältig ist das gastronomische Angebot. Von traditionellen
Gasthäusern mit gutbürgerlicher Küche über Cafés mit ihrer

surrounding areas, as well as the special themed markets, are
famous all across the region. The highlights are the monastery

Die Alpenstadt Bludenz ist umgeben von
fünf Tälern, flankiert von den Lechtaler
Alpen, dem Rätikon und der VerwallGruppe. Unmittelbar vor den Toren der
Stadt beginnt das Wanderwegenetz.
Nur zehn Seilbahn-Minuten über der
Stadt ist der Muttersberg auf 1.401 m
– ein beliebtes Ausflugsziel für Jung
und Alt. Der Alpengasthof Muttersberg
liegt direkt bei der Bergstation und ist
barrierefrei erreichbar – für Kinderwagen und Rollstuhlfahrer geeignet. Von
der großen Panoramaterrasse genießt
man einen atemberaubenden Blick auf
die Bergwelt des Rätikon, in die Silvretta
