Product samples and company brochures can be displayed
on the stands (3 x 4 m), as can small machines or auxiliary
equipment. Power can be supplied upon request. The stands
can be decorated individually, e.g. using display systems or
rollup banners. Import duties and fees are payable by the
exhibitors. The delivery address for any material to be sent
in advance will be communicated together with the booking
confirmation.

Bookings are transferable from one person to another at any time.
For bookings which are cancelled until July 8th, 2013 the full booking fee will be
refunded (minus 90,- € administration fee + 19% VAT). For bookings which are
cancelled until August 5th, 2013, 50% of the booking fee will be refunded.
Unfortunately we are unable to refund for any cancellations thereafter.
If the conference has to be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, participants
will be immediately notified. In this case the conference fee will be fully refunded if
already paid. In any case the liability is limited solely to the conference fee.
PETnology/tecPET GmbH reserves the right to change the agenda.
Die Nennung eines anderen Teilnehmers statt des bereits Angemeldeten ist jederzeit
möglich.
Bei schriftlichem Rücktritt bis 08.07.2013 wird der Rechnungsbetrag in voller Höhe
erstattet (minus 90,00 € Bearbeitungsgebühr zzgl. 19% MwSt.). Bei schriftlichem
Rücktritt bis 05.08.2013 werden 50% des Rechnungsbetrags erstattet. Bei späterem
Rücktritt oder Nichtteilnahme werden die Konferenzgebühren nicht erstattet.
Muss die Veranstaltung aus unvorhersehbaren Gründen abgesagt werden, erfolgt
sofortige Benachrichtigung. In diesem Fall besteht nur die Verpflichtung zur
Rückerstattung der bereits gezahlten Teilnahmegebühr. In jedem Fall beschränkt
sich die Haftung ausschließlich auf die Teilnahmegebühr.
