Our 90,000 square foot manufacturing facility is capable
of handling most projects regardless of size and produces
quality equipment and parts whether it’s from your drawings
and specifications or ours. The Sheet Metal portion is
equipped with all the necessary production metal finishing
machinery including a 3,000-watt Laser and CNC Press
Brakes. Our welders are outstanding at welding many
different types of materials and thickness and are ASME
Code certified. The Mechanical Machine Shop includes
CNC Vertical Milling and Turning Centers as well as various
sizes of manual mills, lathes and radial drills. The Assembly/
Electrical department goes into great detail pre-assembling
as much as possible prior to shipment to eliminate installation
and startup problems. The entire shop floor has a total of 8
overhead cranes with lifting capacity up to 7 tons.
