Alle Pflanzengefäße und Ziertöpfe sind aus weißem Kunststoffmaterial. Tischschalen und Tischgestecke werden in weißer
Keramik angeliefert. Sonderwünsche bitten wir bis 14 Tage
vor Veranstaltungsbeginn zu bestellen. Selbstverständlich gestalten wir Ihren Stand auch nach Ihren Vorstellungen (z.B.
Wanddekorationen, Raumteilergestaltungen, Dekorationen
in Ihren eigenen Gefäßen u. a. m.) Bitte beachten Sie die begrenzte Haltbarkeit von Schnittblumen.
All plant containers and ornamental pots are made of white
plastic. Table bowls and table arrangements are supplied in
white ceramic containers. Please order special requests no
later than 14 days before the start of the event. We shall of
course be delighted to arrange your stand to your own specification (e.g. wall decorations, room divider designs, decorations in your own tubs and pots etc.). Please note the limited
life of cut flowers.

5. Versicherung | Insurance
Auf die bestellten Miet- und Ausstattungsgegenstände
wird eine Versicherungsprämie in Höhe von 3 % des Mietpreises erhoben, sofern der Aussteller dies nicht ausdrücklich ablehnt. Die Haftung für Schäden und Verluste liegt
dann beim Aussteller.
An additional insurance premium of 3 % of the hire fee
will be charged on the hired items and fittings as ordered,
unless the exhibitor expressly rejects this, in which case the
exhibitor shall be liable for any damage or loss.
Wir möchten die gemietete Standausstattung
nicht über die FAIRNET GmbH versichern.
We do not wish to insure our hired stand
fixtures and fittings through FAIRNET GmbH.
6. Mängel | Defects
Complaints regarding defects can only be considered
during the trade fair (event).
Please contact your project administrator.
