Programm: In dieser Broschüre stellen wir Ihnen unsere Produkte
für die Bereiche Conferencing und Auditorium vor: Tische und
Tischanlagen, Sideboards, Sessel und Stühle – hochwertige Möbel,
die Qualität, Funktionalität und Langlebigkeit miteinander verbinden. Das Design ist zurückhaltend, klar und elegant, die Materialien
und ihre Verarbeitung von höchstem Anspruch. Die Besonderheit:
Alle Komponenten aus furnierten Hölzern werden in Maserung und
Beizton aufeinander abgestimmt.

Einfache Handhabung. Selbst große Tischanlagen können von nur
einer Person auf- und abgebaut werden. Dafür gibt es eine spezielle
Auf- und Abbauhilfe. Die Größe der Plattenwagen kann den örtlichen Gegebenheiten angepasst werden (Türbreite, Lift usw.).
Easy handling. Even large table systems can be assembled and
disassembled by just one person. A special tool was designed for
this purpose. The size of the tabletop cart can be adjusted to the
customer’s local situation (size of doors, elevator etc.).

Einfache und effektive Kommunikation mit modernster Technik – ein
zentraler Aspekt bei unseren Programmen. Alle Tische und Tischanlagen lassen sich individuell mit Medien- und Kommunikationstechnik ausrüsten. Und dies so raffiniert, dass sie nahezu unsichtbar ist.
Geräte und Anschlussboxen sind unter den Tischplatten angeordnet.
Die Medienklappen, die sich durch sanfte Berührung öffnen und
schließen, sind bündig in die Tischplatten eingelassen und haben
dieselbe Oberfläche bzw. dasselbe Furnierbild. So stört nichts die
klare, hochwertige Anmutung des Möbels.
Simple and effective communication with modern technology is
a key aspect of our table programmes. All of our tables and table
systems can be individually equipped with media and communications technology, and it’s done so artfully that the technology is
nearly invisible. Hardware and connection boxes are placed under
the tabletop. The media ports, which can be opened and closed
with a light touch, are flush with the table top and have exactly the
same finish as the table itself so as to not disturb the clear, high
quality character of the furniture.

Die Elektrifizierung ist einfach und nahezu unsichtbar gelöst.
Vom Bodentank werden die Kabel in den Tischbeinen zum Kabelkanal unter der Platte geführt. Das Thonet Multimedia Modul
bietet verschiedene Anschlussmöglichkeiten. Zusätzlich lassen
sich Anschlussbuchsen für Mikrofone usw. integrieren.
Je nach Bedarf werden PCs und Bildschirme flächenbündig in
die Tischplatten eingelassen.

The electrical connection is simple and nearly invisible. Cables run from
the connection box through the table legs to a cable chanel under the
tabletiop. The Thonet Multimedia Module provides a variety of connection possibilities. In addition, it allows connection ports for Microphones
et al to be integrated. If necessary, PCs und Monitors can be mounted
flush with the tabletop.

The Media Sideboard is the perfect solution for video conferences
and presentations. It can be equiped with plasma or TFT screens
and with an integrated or separate video camera. The top of the
sideboard opens automatically by remote control, and the screen
rises up on a motorized lift.

Phase 1: Analysis
An analysis of the specific requirements forms the basis of every
project. Every aspect is clearly defined in order to assure a customer
oriented solution of the highest quality in the end. An essential criterion is the corporate culture and how it should be presented. Other
considerations are, for example, how many people need to be accommodated, a stationary or flexible solution, integrated or separate

Aufgrund der definierten Daten erarbeiten wir einen ersten

Architekt und Planer, Facility Manager und natürlich dem Kunden

Phase 2: Planning
Based on the defined data we produce an initial proposal in two and
three dimensions. Together with the architect, designer, and facility
manager and, of course, the customer, this proposal is intensively
discussed, and the materials and the technology to be included are
determined.

Renderings bieten eine Visualisierung des möblierten Raums und

Phase 3: Visualization
Renderings provide a clear visualization of the furnished rooms and
serve as an additional aid in selecting such things as shapes,
materials and versions. With this information we can produce several
different variations. The goal is to develop a solution that perfectly
matches the expectations of the customer.
Stufe 4: Spezialisten-Team
Spezialisten wie Medientechniker, Akustiker oder Statiker werden in
das Projekt-Team eingebunden. Mit ihrem Wissen, Können und ihrer Erfahrung tragen sie entscheidend zum optimalen Ergebnis bei.

Phase 4: Specialist Team
Specialists such as media engineers, acousticians and structural
designers are integrated in the project team. With their knowledge,
competence and experience, and by cooperating closely with the
fabrication shop and the customer on site, they accompany the
project to assure an optimum outcome.
Stufe 5: Installation
Zur Qualitätssicherung werden komplexe Tischanlagen zunächst bei
uns im Werk aufgebaut und kontrolliert. Nach Freigabe erfolgt der
sachgemäße Transport zum Kunden. Nach Vereinbarung werden
Thonet-eigene Mitarbeiter vor Ort mit dem Aufbau und der Installation betraut.
Phase 5: Installation
For quality assurance purposes complex table components are first
set up in our factory, with every step closely monitored. After receiving approval from quality assurance the products are shipped to the
customer. If agreed, Thonet’s own personnel is entrusted with the
assembly and installation on site.
Stufe 6: Service
Unsere Kunden profitieren auch nach der Installation von unserem
Know-How. Einweisung in Technik, Umfang und Pflege sind selbstverständlich Teil des Projekts. Für alle Fragen steht das Thonet

After the installation of a project is complete our customers will

Great demands are placed on chairs used in public spaces: they
must be comfortable, stackable, easily and securely linked together,
robust and easy to clean and care for; and their aesthetics must be
reserved and clear so that they are suitable for use in a wide range of
environments. Our programme S 360, S 170, S 160 and the new
S 180 were especially developed for this purpose. We have been
using our well proven tool-free linkage system, a Thonet patent, for
over 10 years. This technology has made assembly and disassembly
so easy that the time, and therefore the cost, is significantly reduced.
And because of a smaller row axis dimension, more chairs can be
placed in a defined space.
