nel caso in cui ciò si renda opportuno per esigenze impreviste.
Europlan non risponde di eventuali danni che, durante l’esecuzione
dell’escursione, possano derivare ai viaggiatori ed ai loro effetti
personali per cause di forza maggiore o per colpa di terzi. Le gite si
effettuano con la partecipazione minima di 20 persone. Per eventuali
storni con preavviso di 24 ore si rimborsa il 100% del prezzo versato,
ad eccezione dell’Opera che invece non viene mai rimborsata. La
responsabilità dell’Agenzia non può in nessun caso eccedere i limiti
previsti dalla legge 1084 del 27.12.77 dal D.L. 79/2011 – Cod. Consumo.

für die Opervorstellung gibt es kein Recht auf Rückzahlung. Die
Verantwortung des Reisebüros kann in keinem Fall die vom Gesetz

La tranquilla isola di Murano nasconde
un passato animato e movimentato: le
feste nei suoi palazzi richiamavano la
nobiltà veneziana che, a bordo di gondole
illuminate, solcava le acque dei canali per
raggiungerle. Lo stesso Giacomo Casanova,
nella sua Histoire de ma vie, racconta di
rocambolesche avventure notturne sospese
tra acqua e cielo.
La gondola è l’indiscusso simbolo di Venezia.
Non ha eguali e le sue caratteristiche
strutturali la rendono unica: 280 parti in 8
diversi tipi di legno vanno a comporre 11 metri
di lunghezza e più di 600 kg di peso governati
da un solo gondoliere a poppa. La gondola è
un prodigio della nautica: asimmetrica naviga
inclinata come chinasse la testa a salutare la
sua Venezia.

Curiosità di Verona
La storia di Verona inizia dal suo nome,
la leggenda vuole farlo risalire al capo
gallico Brenno che fondando la città le
ha dato il nome di Vae Roma, ovvero
“maledetta Roma”, da cui poi Verona.
Nella città di Giulietta e Romeo, il
balcone dal quale la giovane Capuleti
avrebbe sospirato alla luna pensando
al suo innamorato, è un rifacimento
marmoreo che non ha più di un secolo,
andato a sostituire la precedente
balaustra in ferro.
Per raggiungere il cortile interno alla
casa di Giulietta, si attraversa un
passaggio le cui pareti sono decorate
con i bigliettini, i messaggi e i graffiti
che nel corso del tempo gli innamorati
hanno lasciato onorando la tradizione
della città.
L’Arena, la cui struttura ellittica ospita
oggi il festival lirico, spettacoli e
concerti, è l’anfiteatro romano icona
di Verona, il meglio conservato al
mondo. L’ala di quattro arcate in tre
ordini è ciò che resta dell’originario
anello esterno, facciata monumentale
dell’edificio, mentre la struttura ora
visibile è costituita da 72 doppie arcate
che formano all’interno tre gallerie
concentriche in pietra.

nach Tradition der Stadt zurück.
Die Arena, in deren fragmentarischem
Bau das Opernfestival, Tanz- und
Musikaufführungen sowie Konzerte
stattfinden, verkörpert Verona und ist
zudem das besterhaltene römische
Amphitheater der Welt. Nur vier
Außenringbögen der ursprünglichen
monumentalen Fassade stehen
noch – der heutige Bau umfasst 72
Doppelbögen, die im Inneren drei
kreisförmige Sektoren aus Stein bilden.

Curiosità
Come i migliori prodotti destinati
alla cucina, anche la storia dell’aceto
balsamico nasce all’interno della
tradizionale famiglia modenese. Si
tratta di ben più di un condimento
la cui tecnica di produzione è stata
tramandata per generazioni almeno
fino al XIX secolo, quando è stata
sostituita dal processo industriale che
ne ha permesso la commercializzazione.
All’interno di ogni famiglia veniva
iniziata una nuova batteria alla nascita
di una figlia femmina, che una volta
sposata portava con sé in dote per dare
inizio ad una nuova famiglia.

Mitgift in die neue, von ihr zu gründende
Familie brachte.

simbolo per eccellenza del made in
Italy. Per questo il fondatore Enzo
Ferrari diceva che “la miglior Ferrari mai
costruita è la prossima”. L’icona che la
rappresenta, quel cavallino rampante su
sfondo giallo noto a tutti, è l’emblema di
una Scuderia che ha fatto la storia della
Formula 1 vincendo 16 titoli costruttori
e 15 piloti.

Il Monte Veronese è un formaggio a
pasta semicotta prodotto tra i rilievi
montuosi della Lessinia, regione
prealpina della provincia di Verona. Dal
1996 la sua denominazione è diventata
di origine protetta e sul mercato è
disponibile in due tipologie la cui
stagionatura è variabile.
Nel cuore della Valpolicella nasce
il Recioto, un vino rosso passito
dolce dal sapore pieno e vellutato
che fissa il periodo di massimo
rendimento per il palato ai due anni.
La produzione di questo vino è simile
a quella dell’Amarone da cui differisce
solamente per l’interruzione finale della
fermentazione degli zuccheri.

Der halbfeste Schnittkäse Monte
Veronese wird im Gebirge der LessiniaRegion, dem Voralpengebiet der Provinz
Verona, produziert. Seit 1996 trägt er
die geschützte Ursprungsbezeichnung
DOP und wird auf dem Markt in zwei
Varianten angeboten, deren Reifegrad
variiert.
Im Herzen der Valpolicella-Region
wird der Recioto angebaut, ein süßer
Strohwein mit vollmundigem und
samtigen Geschmack, den er nach zwei

Balsamic Vinegar from Modena
is traditionally home-made: it is a
dressing with history and its process
of manufacture was passed on from
generation to generation. Only from
the19th century, industrial production
started, facilitating marketing of the
product. Before, home-made vinegar
was kept in every household from the
birth of a daughter, who brought it as
a dowry to the marriage and her new
family.
He who invented the logo, had the
continuing development in mind that
guarantees the ongoing success of
Ferrari, the “Made in Italy” symbol par
excellence. That is how its founder,
Enzo Ferrari, saw it: “The best Ferrari
ever built is the next”. Ferrari’s logo – a
black prancing horse on a yellow shield
– stands for a racing team that made
history with 16 World Constructors
Championship and 15 World Drivers
Championship titles.
Centuries-old and evergreen – the olive
tree played a decisive role in the cultural
history of the tribes who settled in the
Mediterranean region. The olive tree
thrives in a climate of mild winters and
dry and warm summers. During fruit
harvest and processing, one to one and
a half litres of olive oil are produced.
This is not only for cooking, but also
in cosmetics and in pharmaceutical

The semi-hard Monte Veronese
cheese is produced in the mountains
of the Lessinia region, the prealps of
the province of Verona. Since 1996,
it is labelled with the DOP protected
designation of origin and offered in two
variants with varying stages of maturity.
At the heart of the Valpolicella region,
Recioto is cultivated – a sweet, fullbodied and velvety straw wine, which
fully unfolds its flavour after two years.
This red wine is produced like the
Amarone, apart from its incomplete
fermentation process thanks to its high
