Liefern und montieren einer durlum Unterkonstruktion System S10.1-RHOMBOS, bestehend aus
einem formgelochten Rostwinkel U 1040 als Querrost (Primärprofil), welcher mit Noniusunter- und
-oberteilen oder mit Gewindestäben von der Rohdecke drucksteif mit amtlich zugelassenen Dübeln
abgehängt wird.
Die Primarprofile sind über Längsverbinder U 1041 am Längsstoß miteinander zu verbinden [verschrauben].
Der Abstand der Primärprofile ist nach DIN EN 13964 und entsprechend der Montageanleitung auszulegen und ist vom Auftragnehmer nachzuweisen und festzulegen.
An die Primärprofile werden Doppelhakenprofile mit Schwert U 1093-S als Längsprofile (Sekundärprofile) mittels Kreuzverbinder U 1093-V und FIXCLIP befestigt. An die Wände erfolgt die Anbindung
der Primär- sowie der Sekundärprofile über Wandanker U 1042. Der Abstand der Sekundärprofile ist
exakt auf die Länge der Streckmetallplatten bzw. die Einhänge Ausklinkung abzustimmen, so dass
die Platten spannungsfrei im System liegen. Auf eine waag- und fluchtgerechte sowie schaukelfreie
Montage ist zu achten.
Es dürfen nur Konstruktionen verwendet werden, die vom Hersteller der Streckmetallplatten freigegeben sind. Alle Teile sind aus verz. Stahlblech bzw. Aluminium.

Delivery and mounting of a durlum S10.1-RHOMBOS suspension system, consisting of U 1040 predrilled primary angles as the lateral grid (primary profile), which are hung compression-resistant
from the bare ceiling with Nonius lower and upper parts or with threaded bars using officially approved mounting plugs.
The primary profile are to be connected [screwed together] by means of U 1041 primary angle connectors at the longitudinal joints(secondary profile).
The spacing of the primary profile carriers is according to DIN EN 13964, must be designed in accordance with the mounting instructions and is to be defined and verified by the contractor.
Double hook-on profiles with U 1093-S sword are fastened to the primary profile carriers as longitudinal profiles(secondary profile) by means of cross connectors U 1093-V and FIXCLIP. On the wall, the
connection of the primary profile and the secondary profiles takes place by means of the U 1042
wall bracket. The spacing of the secondary profiles is exactly matched to the length of the expanded metal panels or the hang-in notch, so that the panels lie tension-free in the system. Care must
be taken to achieve proper horizontal mounting and alignment free of swinging.
Only constructions may be used that have been approved by the manufacturer of the expanded
metal panels. All parts are of galvanised steel sheet metal or aluminium.

Fourniture et montage d’un système d’ossature durlum, système S10.1-RHOMBOS, composé d‘un
porteur primaire U 1040 comme entretoise (profilés primaires) suspendue à la dalle avec un Nonius
inférieur et un Nonius supérieur ou des barres filetées à l‘aide des chevilles faisant objet d‘une homologation officielle afin de garantir que la plaque soit rigide et résistante à la pression.
Les profilés primaires doivent être reliés entre eux [vissés] par des éclisses U 1041 sur le côté longitudinal.
La distance entre les profilés primaires doit être est sélectionnée selon DIN EN 13964, dimensionnée
conformément aux instructions de montage et déterminée et vérifiée par le prestataire.
Des porteurs à crochet double avec lame U 1093-S sont fixés en tant que profils longitudinaux (profilés secondaires) sur les profilés primaires à l‘aide des éclisses croisées U 1093-V et FIXCLIP. Les profilés primaires et les profilés secondaires se fixent au mur par l‘intermédiaire de raccords muraux U
1042. L‘entraxe des profilés secondaires doit être adapté exactement à la longueur des plaques en
métal déployé ou aux encoches afin que les plaques soient posées sans tension dans le système.
