WALL STREET _ Design: The Creative Group by M. & D. Riva

WALL STREET è un sistema componibile fatto da spalle e ripiani in multistrato
impiallacciato (qui in foto versione noce). E’ disponibile anche in altre tipologie di legno:
ciliegio, acero, rovere. Una libreria dal design semplice, che grazie alla sua versatilità
consente di realizzare composizioni completamente su misura: da una semplice colonna
larghezza 60 cm. fino a una parete di oltre 5 metri.
WALL STREET is a modular system whose sides and shelves are made of veneered
multilayer (the photo shows a version in walnut). Other types of wood are also
available: cherry, maple and oak. A book case with an extremely simple design, whose
versatility makes it possible to create a composition that is completely
made-to-measure: from a simple 60 cm. wide column to a wall unit of over 5 metres.
WALL STREET ist ein kombinierbares System mit Wangen und Fachböden aus
furniertem Schichtholz (auf der Abbildung in der Version Nussbaumholz). Erhältlich
auch in anderen Holzarten: Kirschbaum, Ahorn und Eiche. Ein Bücherschrank von
einfachem Design, dessen Vielseitigkeit auch eine vollständig maßgerechte
Komposition ermöglicht: von einem einfachen Hochschrank B. 60 cm bis zu einem
Wand-Bücherschrank über 5 Meter.

PATMOS è un divano in cui la presenza discreta e originale del legno massello è
giustapposta tra elementi di pelle morbida “pieno fiore”.
PATMOS is a sofa which juxtaposes the discreet and quite unusual presence of solid
wood between elements in soft “full grain” leather.
PATMOS ist ein Sofa, dass durch den diskreten und originellen Einsatz aus Massivholz,

Credenza dal design moderno ed essenziale. Disponibile in varie configurazioni ad ante
e cassetti e in diverse dimensioni. I cassetti hanno un doppio frontale e scorrono su
binari metallici a scomparsa con sistema di chiusura ammortizzato. Le ante sono inoltre
dotate di cerniere metalliche che rallentano la chiusura a fine corsa.
A sideboard with a modern and spare design. Available in various configurations with
door fronted units and drawers in different sizes. The drawers are double-fronted and
run on metal rails using a soft-close system. The doors are supplied with metal hinges
that slow down and soften the closure.
Eine Anrichte von modernem und essenziellem Design. In verschiedenen
Zusammenstellungen mit Türen und Schubladen und in verschiedenen Größen

the table extraordinarily light to the eye.

Container units based on the ancient tradition of drawers made using dovetail joints but here updated with
the smoothmoving efficiency of metal runners. The base has been consciously designed to be smaller at the
front and sides to make the units lighter. Made-to-measure versions are also available.
Schubladenschrank mit der traditionellen Schwalbenschwanzverbindung zusammengefügt und durch
praktische Gleitschienen aus Metall bereichert. Die Basis wurde vorne und an den Seiten etwas zurückgesetzt,

properties of solid wood which, as it ages and becomes seasoned, moves according to the

Tavolo completamente in legno massello realizzato con sistema di prolunghe integrate a scomparsa.
Top e prolunghe del tavolo hanno uno spessore di 2,5 cm. Il sistema di prolunghe è estraibile da un lato
del tavolo e consente di aumentare la lunghezza del piano di 100 cm.
Contenitore a cassetti ideale per vari usi: sia in casa sia in ufficio. Struttura realizzata in multistrato impiallacciato
noce americano, finitura a olio. I 21 cassetti sono realizzati in legno massello. La maniglia è ricavata direttamente
dal frontale del cassetto attraverso una fresata orizzontale. Possibilità di altre versioni o realizzazioni su misura.
A table made entirely of solid wood, with integrated slide-away extension leaf system. Table top and
extensions are 2.5 cm thick. The extension system pulls out on one side of the table and allows the length
of the top to be extended by another 100 cm.
Versatile drawer unit: ideal both for the home and for the office. Basic structure in veneered American
walnut multiplex, finished with oil. The 21 drawers are made of solid wood. The handles are formed by a groove
running horizontally across the front of the drawer. Other versions or made-to-measure pieces can be requested.
Ein vollständig aus Massivholz hergestellter Tisch mit integriertem Verlängerungssystem. Platte und
Verlängerungen haben eine Stärke von 2,5 cm. Das Verlängerungssystem befindet sich an einer Seite des

A chair in solid wood with an attractive backrest composed of three vertical struts framed
by the upper extension of the back legs. The upper part of this chair, as usual made of solid
wood, has been modelled to increase the chair’s comfort. MELISSA comes both in a
version without arms and one with wooden arms.
Seat with upholstery filled with expanded polyurethane,
sprung with elasticised crossed belts. Covers in “full-grain”
leather available in 13 colours.

massello e si caratterizza per una serie di soluzioni innovative sia a livello funzionale che estetico. La cucina
ONLY_ONE è completata da un mobile dispensa progettato anche per contenere frigorifero, freezer, forni e un
apposito vano “cantina” per i vini.
Only_One kitchen: unique not only in name. A design in which minimalism meets the tradition of
solid wood furniture making, incorporating a series of innovative features both at the functional and at the
aesthetic level. ONLY_ONE is a kitchen that can be complemented by a larder unit, also intended to hold the
refrigerator, freezer, cooker and a convenient “cellar” compartment for wines.
Küche Only One: nicht nur ihr Name ist einzigartig. Ein Projekt, in dem das Minimaldesign mit der

LIFE: an innovative multifunctional kitchen environment, accessible
to all, designed to be usable by a range of people as big as possible
including people with temporary or progressive limited mobility
or dexterity. The project aims at satisfying needs related
to performance of all kinds of domestic activity by using fixtures
and accessories that offer a combination of design, safety and ease

Il legno, grazie al trattamento naturale delle nostre finiture, continua a vivere, si assesta e acquista sfumature particolari. Ma sono
le piccole differenze nei dettagli che rendono unico un mobile Riva,
un prodotto ancora artigianale fatto a mano dai nostri falegnami.
Tutti gli articoli illustrati nel presente catalogo sono disponibili in ben
quattro diverse essenze di legno: ciliegio, acero, rovere e noce americano di forestazione certificata. A richiesta anche in legno di teak e
cedro. La finitura è ottenuta con il caratteristico trattamento a base di
oli naturali, non dannosi per la salute, che consente di risaltare al massimo le venature del legno con naturale splendore. Prendersi cura di un
mobile in legno è semplice: è sufficiente, quando sarà necessario, ripristinare la finitura. Per questo, a chi acquista un mobile RIVA 1920, viene
consegnato un kit di manutenzione con un flacone della finitura, un
panno per la polvere, una paglietta in lana d’acciaio per togliere eventuali aloni o graffi, un panno per stendere la finitura e i guanti.

RIVA 1920_Woods and finishes. All the articles illustrated in this
catalogue are available in as many as four different types of wood
certified American plantation: cherry, maple, oak and walnut. On
request teak and cedarwood can also be supplied. The finish is
obtained applying our traditional treatment using natural oils,
materials that do not damage health and help bring out the beauty of
the wood grain with all its natural splendour. It is easy to look after
wooden furniture: just restore the finish whenever necessary.
Consequently, all purchasers of Riva furniture are supplied with a
maintenance kit with a bottle of the finish, a cloth for dusting, a steelwool pad for removing any discolouration or scratches, a cloth for
applying the finish and a pair of gloves.

RIVA 1920_Holzarten und Oberflächen. Alle im Katalog dargestellten
Artikel sind in vier verschiedene Holzarten erhältlich: Kirschbaum,
Ahorn, Eiche und amerikanischer Nussbaum aus bestätigten
Wiederaufforstungsgebieten. Auf Wunsch ist auch Teak und

RIVA 1920 da anni persegue l’obbiettivo di utilizzare solo legni di riforestazione, legni
provenienti da fornitori che aderiscono al programma “SmartWood Certified Forestry”
creato per la tutela e la gestione responsabile delle risorse forestali. Per contribuire
concretamente, seppur in minima parte, a mantenere le nostre foreste “patrimonio di
tutti”, RIVA 1920 vi invita ad aderire al progetto NATURAL LIVING: ogni acquirente di un
prodotto della collezione Riva 1920 riceverà in dono un piccolo alberello, coltivato a partire
dal seme in vivai appositamente creati. La pianta adottata risarcirà nel corso degli anni la
natura per il legno utilizzato nella produzione del mobile acquistato. Per chi, pur aderendo
al progetto, non sarà in grado di mettere a dimora la piantina non avendo un habitat adatto
abbiamo pensato all’adozione “a distanza”. Per aderire al progetto NATURAL LIVING è

receive as a gift a tiny tree, seed raised in special nurseries. In the course of time this plant
will compensate nature for the wood used in the production of the furniture that has been
bought. Not having a suitable home, some supporting the project will not be able to
cultivate the plant and for these customers we have devised a system of “long distance”
