iwb Ingenieurgesellschaft mbH was founded in 1987 and today provides various planning and project
management services in nearly all areas of the construction and real estate industry. Our business activities comprise all
areas of construction engineering, infrastructure, civil engineering up to facility management; one main focus of our
services is on the housing and real estate industry. Besides the typical individual services at all stages of a construction
project the planners of iwb Ingenieurgesellschaft mbH also perform design-build contractor services, including all
trades belonging to the scope of services of the project. On demand, project management services (e. g. subsidy
management, moving assistance etc.) are provided additionally or even housing industry services (modernization
announcements/modernization billing and accounting, negotiations of renter renovation packages, renter office etc.).
This way our Client receives, if desired, project planning and project management FROM A SINGLE SOURCE. To
this end the iwb Group with its 165+ staff members can provide the required capacities and experience in-house. As a
member of the DVP (Deutscher Verband der Projektmanager e. V.) our actions are based on adhering to cost, schedule
and quality targets. We have received numerous prizes nationwide for the sustainability of our planning and real estate
concepts, in particular concerning costs, quality of the architecture and sustainability of the concept for use.
All processes of the iwb Ingenieurgesellschaft mbH have been certified in accordance with ISO and tailored to
