That is, from input (e.g. sources of power and energy generation – hydro, thermal, geothermal, nuclear, fossil fuel, minerals, etc.) to their final outputs (e.g. electricity outlets, lightning bulbs, powering of all electrical gadgets, etc.) it is essentially radiation transformation from one spectrum to another. The ultimate conceptual core of the Haktiva Theory is that all human efforts to generate power useful or not useful for any and/or all of its activities are essentially to make the visible spectrum of the electromagnetic radiation more conducive for its existence and thus predominantly attempted to explore other spectrum for its utilization – this same principle applies to power generation. The major objective of power and energy generation is to harness and process compatible resources from the visible electromagnetic spectrum in order to transform them to a radiation form within Extremely Low Frequency of the Electromagnetic Spectrum where power such as electricity can only exists. The Haktiva Theory therefore finally assert that rather than adopting the primitive complex transformation or spectra conversion processes through various present vague power generation methodologies and technologies, the highest sustainable, timely and cost-effective form of power and energy generation can be obtained by tapping directly into the original electromagnetic spectrum naturally available for power generation between the Ultra-Low Frequency and the Extremely Low Frequency of the Electromagnetic Spectrum especially between wavelength 6.25Mm and 4.22Mm. The ANADTASA Theory of Development presents a holistic and the most comprehensive conceptual framework in the understanding, application and utilization of the term “Development”. The theory classified development into two – abstractive development (real development) and non-abstractive development (secondary development) and also asserts that there are five fundamental characteristics and/or conditions that must be met for any development to exist.
