Dear SONIC Team Leader
Ultimate training guide Dear SONIC Team Leader, Table of Contents It is my honor to welcome you to the 2014 DR PEPPER SONIC GAMES! We are excited to have you join the fun, and hope that you encourage your employees to stay engaged in the training process all year long. Our goal at SONIC is to provide each guest with a positive and unique experience, and our statistics show that not only does enrollment in the Games correlate with higher Overall Satisfaction results, but higher Mystery Shop results as well. Since 1994, the DR PEPPER SONIC GAMES has been an integral part of the overall SONIC training experience. You are in good company: thousands of successful drive-ins have also chosen to make training and continuing education for their employees a top priority in 2014. Monthly call-in quizzes will help to motivate your employees to study their e-STAR courses, and monthly Games Shops will encourage them to go above and beyond to create a positive experience for each guest. I look to you as the Team Leader to drive that engagement, and inspire your crew to focus on continued quality and service improvement. Thank you for investing in the development of your employees, and I hope to see you in September for the National Finals. Sincerely, Clifford Hudson President, Chairman and CEO of Sonic Industries, Inc.
