Two Attached Forms
There are two forms attached to this newsletter: (1) The Driver Education Student
Contract/Driver Training Course Information Sheet and (2) Bus Transportation Form.
The first allows parents to sign up their teens for the district summer drivers’ education
course. This course is offered on a first come, first served basis, so if you want your teen
to take it, you should fill it out and send it back in immediately (front office)! Once the
class is full, no other students will be allowed in. The second is a bus transportation
form. Only those parents whose child will need bus transportation next year need to fill
this out and return it. Current bus riders need to return this form to their bus drivers. If
your child is not riding this year but may need bus transportation next year, please fill
out the form and have them return it to the front office.
