Installation Day?
Hooray! It’s installation day!
In
The beautiful new windows and doors you’ve been dreaming of are here. You can
count on the Pella installation team to be respectful of your time and your home, so
installation day is stress-free.
• We install in most any weather and keep the inside of your
home protected.
• Your installers will park where it’s convenient for you.
• The installation team leader will sit down with you and share the
schedule for that day and answer any questions you have.
• The installation crew will cover the area with drop cloths.
• All cutting of materials will take place outside your home.
• The installation team leader will give you frequent updates on the
progress of your replacement — feel free to ask questions.
• Upon completion of the job, the replacement team will clean your
new windows and doors, vacuum the work area, and haul your old
windows and doors away.
• The installation team leader will demonstrate
the operation and care of your new Pella®
windows and doors.
NOTE: If your residence was or may have been built prior
to 1978, upon your authorization, lead testing will be
performed per U.S. Environmental Protection Agency lead
