Behavior: Patient is alert, active, appropriate facial expressions, speech clear, affect appropriate Cognitive function: oriented times 3, cooperative, recent and remote memory intact, able to recall four unrelated words at 5, 10 and 30 minute intervals, discharge plans is to return home, return to work and continue with outpatient therapy once a week.
