Using a special light-curing device, it is possible to produce transparent and very flexible protective coatings with threedimensional effect and brilliance on different films. The light curing device ensures that the hardening process corresponds with the thermodynamic properties of the coating material, taking into consideration the thickness of the layer and the area to be coated. It used in manual systems and processed using suitable proportioning devices. A precise exposure time is ensured thanks to the integrated fan and digital timer. With immediate cooling, the INTRON LHG 3 is ideal for continuous operation. INTRON LHG 3 Setting Instructions Place the coated films in the light curing device, close the device and set the timer. The exposure time should be selected based on the area and thickness of the coat to be cured. Recommended times: 7-12 min for 1 sheet of labels A3. After the set time has elapsed, the device is switched off automatically and colling begins. Once the hardening process is completed, you may take out the coated materials. And they are ready to be shipped immediately.
