LETTER JACKET ORDER FORM
Letter jackets are purple wool with black leather sleeves. Jackets are available to tryon in the Activities
Office in the High School. Jacket orders will be taken August pt through April 1st only. Jackets must be
paid in full at the time of order. Jackets will be delivered to the student from the activities office.
