of Toledo, Ohio, passed away
August 2, 2013, at The Toledo
Hospital, with loving family
by her side. Barb was born
in Toledo, OH, the daughter
of
Leo
and
Sophie
(Kwiatkowski) Long.
Barb was
"adopted"
Booker T. Archie, 87, passed
away July 26, 2013, in U of 'r
MC. He came to Toledo in
1950, after his service
in the
U.S. Navy during World War
II. After
his honorable
dis-
charge, he joined Unitcast
(Midland- Ross National cast-
ing Division) and served as a
Gas CUtter Helper and Fork
lift Operator, retiring in June
of 1989. Booker was a faithful
member of Phillip Temple
CME Church for over 50
years
and
served
on
the
Luther C. Stewart Usher
Board, Methodist
Men's
Fellowship and attended
Bible study and Sunday
school. He loved woodworking, gardening, hunting, and
llshing.

a 1958 graduate
of Central Catholic High
School. She was a secretary
at Champion Spark Plug. She
was also a member of the
Toledo Police Retirees Organization. Barb was married in 1961 to her best frIend
Larry. Arter marriage Barb
dedicated her time as a
homemaker, baking, canning
and gardening. She and her
husband loved to travel and
did so extensively, Larry Is a
master at woodcralls and she
enjoyed displaying and selling his many projects. Barb
spent any spare time bowling
or reading a good book. She
had a true passion caring for
others and was always willing to lend a hand when the
need would arise. Her love of
life was apparent in everything she did.

Shirlee Jean (Moore) Bistor
passed away peacefully at her
home surrounded by family
in Cambridge, Ohio on
Sunday, August 4, 2013, at the
age of 83. Shirlee was born in
Toledo, Ohio to the late
Harry and Virginia Moore.
She was preceded m death by
an infant son, Michael in
1951, and by her younger
brothers, Jack Moore and
David Moore.
Shirlee grew' up ill Seville,
Ohio, where she met her
husband, Robert G. Blstor,
Shirlee and Robert were
married
on
Decem bel'

1949. They lived a life full of
laughter and enjoyed traveling around the world. Shirlee
was employed by Welcome
Wagon in her early years in
Maumee, Ohio. When Shirlee
and Bob settled in Cambridge
in 1970, she became a respected antique dealer, She
was the owner of the Mouse
House Antiques on RI. 22 in
Cambridge.
Shirlee also
worked for Mary Kamm
Tours and enjoyed traveling
with family and friends as a
respected and entertaining
tour escort. Shirlee was a
charter
member of the
Cambridge Lioness Club, a
member of First Baptist
Church since 1970, and
taught Bridge in Cambridge,
especially enjoying Duplicate
Bridge. Shirlee supported
Bob during his 29 years as an
Ohio State Trooper. Bob retired as Post Commander of
the Cambridge Patrol Post.
Shirlee and Bob have four
children, Robert Il (Cindy)
Bistor of Cambridge, Cheri
(Jed) Hahn of Toledo, John
(Coleen) Bistor of Columbus,
and Laura Nicolozakes of
Cambridge. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren
and 14 great-grandchildren.

Tuesday, August 6, 2013, from
3 p.m. - 7 p.m. at Bundy-Law

Wednesday. August 7, 2013. at

Truck Driver with U.S.F.

retiring in 2006. He was a
member of the Teamsters
