past. In this class you'll create these four cards and coordinating vintage card box featuring the Welcome

Measurements and Cutting Directions
The number of pieces listed under Quantity & Description tells you how many pieces you need for one project
set. The Cutting Instructions will tell you how to maximize your CS when cutting.

Dimensions & Cutting Instructions
5 ¾ sheets of Crumb Cake 8 ½” x 11” CS
Cut the 8 ½” x 11” piece of CS in half to create two
4 ¼” x 11” pieces. Repeat with a second piece of CS .



Four 4 ¼” x 11” pieces for the card bases
Three 8 ½” x 11” for the printable template
A 6 ⅟16” x 6 ½” piece for the box
Print out the tempate for the box onto three 8 ½” x
11” pieces of CS.
Cut the remaining piece as shown below. Please note
that the diagram below shows the cuts being made
from a full sheet of CS.

1. Cut a 6 ½” x 8 ½” strip.
2. Take the 6 ½” x 8 ½” strip and cut it into a 6 ⅟16” x
6 ½” piece.

1. Cut a 5 ⅞” x 8 ½” strip.
2. Trim this strip into a 1 ¼” x 5 ⅞” piece and a 2 ⅜”

3. From the 5 ⅛” x 8 ½” remnant cut a 4 ¼” x 8 ½”
piece.

3 ½” x 12” strip. Trim this strip into a 3 ½” x 4 ¾”

Very Vanilla lattice pattern:
 1” x 5” piece for card 3

For cards 3 and 4 (Very Vanilla lattice pattern): Cut a
2” x 12” strip. Trim this strip into a 2” x 3 ¾” piece and
a 2” x 5” piece. Trim the 2” x 5” piece so that it is a 1” x

For card 4 (Early Espresso swirl pattern): Cut a 2 ½” x
12” strip. Trim this strip into a 2 ½” x 3 ¾” piece and a

Cutting and Scoring Template
Print the box back, box front and divider templates onto three 8 ½” x 11” sheets of Crumb Cake CS. Make sure
that when you are printing, in the print dialogue box you set your page scaling to NONE - otherwise it will shrink
your template.

Directions for the Tree Trimmings Card:
Step 1
Fold the 4 ¼” x 11” piece of Crumb Cake CS in half
with a bone folder to create a 4 ¼” x 5 ½” card.

Step 2
With a wedge of a stamping sponge and Crumb Cake
Classic ink, sponge the front of the folded card. Set
aside for a moment.
Step 3
Center and stick the 3 ½” x 4 ¾” piece of DP to the
3 ¾” x 5” piece of Cherry Cobbler CS with SNAIL
adhesive.
Step 4
With a wedge of a stamping sponge and Crumb Cake
Classic ink, sponge the matted DP. Set aside for a
moment.
Step 5
With your 2 ¾” x 3 ¼” piece of Very Vanilla CS laying
in a landscape manner, stamp the greeting onto the
bottom of the CS, with a Stamp-a-ma-jig and Early
Espresso Classic ink.
Step 6
Stamp the tree trimming image onto the 2 ¾” x 3 ¼”
piece of Very Vanilla CS, just above the greeting with
a Stamp-a-ma-jig and Early Espresso Classic ink.

Step 7
With a wedge of a stamping sponge and Crumb Cake
Classic ink, sponge the edges of the 2 ¾” x 3 ¼” piece
of Very Vanilla CS.
Step 8
Lay the matted DP onto the folded card front for
positioning purposes only. Do not stick it down. Stick
the 2 ¾” x 3 ¼” piece of Very Vanilla CS to the matted
DP about ¾” up from the bottom edge of the folded
card, and so that the right edge of the CS is aligned
with the right edge of the card, with SNAIL adhesive.
Step 9
Remove the matted DP with the Very Vanilla CS
image piece from the folded card. Stick a 2 ¾” piece
of Sticky Strip to the DP, to the left of the 2 ¾” x 3 ¼”
piece of Very Vanilla CS. The Sticky Strip will be stuck
onto the DP, not on the Very Vanilla CS.
Step 10
Peel the red backing from the Sticky Strip. Take the
8” piece Victoria ⅝” Crochet Trim and stick it to the
Sticky Strip, crinkling the Victoria ⅝” Crochet Trim as
you go.
Step 11
With a paper-piercing tool and foam mat, pierce a
hole through the Victoria ⅝” Crochet Trim near the
bottom left hand corner of the 2 ¾” x 3 ¼” piece of
Very Vanilla CS. Insert an Antique Brass brad into the
hole.

Step 12
Center and stick the matted DP to the folded card
front with SNAIL adhesive.
Step 13
Run a thin line of Crystal Effects along the top and
bottom edge of the 2 ½” x 3 ¼” piece of Very Vanilla
CS. Sprinkle with Champagne Glass Glitter. Tap off
the excess Champagne Glass Glitter. You’re done!
Card 2: Sledding

Directions for the Sledding Card:
Step 1
Fold the 4 ¼” x 11” piece of Crumb Cake CS in half
with a bone folder to create a 4 ¼” x 5 ½” card.
Step 2
With a wedge of a stamping sponge and Crumb Cake
Classic ink, sponge the front of the folded card. Set
aside for a moment.
Step 3
Center and stick the 3 ½” x 4 ¾” piece of DP to the
3 ¾” x 5” piece of Cherry Cobbler CS with SNAIL
adhesive.
Step 4
With a wedge of a stamping sponge and Crumb Cake
Classic ink, sponge the front of the matted DP.
Step 5
Lay the 6” piece of Victoria ⅝” Crochet Trim across
the center of the matted DP. Wrap the ends of the
trim around to the back of the CS and stick them
down with SNAIL adhesive.

Step 6
Center and stick the 2” x 4 ¼” piece of DP to the 2 ¼”
x 4 ¼” piece of Cherry Cobbler CS with SNAIL
adhesive. With a wedge of a stamping sponge and
Crumb Cake Classic ink, sponge the front of the
matted DP.
Step 7
Lay the 3 ¾” x 5” piece of matted DP onto the folded
card front for positioning purposes only. Do not stick
it down. Center and stick the 2’ x 4 ¼” piece of
matted DP to the left hand side of the card directly
over the ribbon about ½” in from the left hand edge
of the 3 ¾” x 5” piece of Cherry Cobbler with SNAIL
adhesive. Make sure that the top and bottom edge of
the matted 2” x 4 ¼” piece of DP are aligned with the
top and bottom edge of the folded card. Remove the
folded card. Set aside for a moment.
Step 8
With the 2” x 3 ¼” piece of Very Vanilla CS laying in a
landscape manner, stamp the greeting onto the
bottom of the CS with Early Espresso Classic ink and a
Stamp-a-ma-jig.
Step 9
Stamp the sledding image onto the 2” x 3 ¼” piece of
Very Vanilla CS, just above the greeting, with Early
Espresso Classic ink and a Stamp-a-ma-jig.
Step 10
With a wedge of a stamping sponge and Crumb Cake
Classic ink, sponge the edges of the 2” x 3 ¼” piece of
Very Vanilla CS.

Step 11
Stick the 2” x 3 ¼” piece of Very Vanilla CS to the
matted DP centered between the top and bottom
edges of the 3 ¾” x 5” piece of Cherry Cobbler CS and
about ¼” in from the left hand edge of the CS with
SNAIL adhesive.
Step 12
Take the 10” piece of Victoria ⅝” Crochet trim and tie
in into a bow.
Step 13
Lay the bow to the right of the 2” x 3 ¼” piece of Very
Vanilla CS. With a paper-piercing tool and foam mat,
pierce a hole in the center of the bow. Insert a
medium Pewter Antique brad into the pierced hole.
Step 14
Center and stick the matted DP to the folded card
front with SNAIL adhesive.
Step 15
Run a thin line of Crystal Effects along the top and
bottom edges of the 2” x 3 ¼” piece of Very Vanilla
CS. Sprinkle with Champagne Glass Glitter. Tap off
the excess glitter. You’re done!

Card 3: Season’s Greetings

Directions for the Season’s Greeting Card:
Step 1
Fold the 4 ¼” x 11” piece of Crumb Cake CS in half
with a bone folder to create a 4 ¼” x 5 ½” card.
Step 2
With a wedge of a stamping sponge and Crumb Cake
Classic ink, sponge the front of the folded card. Set
aside for a moment.

Step 3
Stick the 2 ½” x 5” piece of DP to the top of the 4” x
5 ¼” piece of Cherry Cobbler CS with SNAIL adhesive,
making sure that there is an equal border on the top,
left and right hand sides. Stick the 1” x 5” piece of DP
to the bottom of the 4” x 5 ¼” piece of Cherry
Cobbler CS with SNAIL adhesive, making sure that
there is an equal border on the bottom, left and right
hand sides.
Step 4
With a wedge of a stamping sponge and Crumb Cake
Classic ink, sponge the entire surface of the matted DP
and CS.
Step 5
With a paper-piercing tool, foam mat and piercing
guide, pierce a single row of holes along the bottom of
the 1” x 5” piece of Cherry Cobbler CS.
Step 6
Center and stick the pierced 1” x 5” piece of Cherry
Cobbler CS to the 4” x 5 ¼” piece of Cherry Cobbler
CS with SNAIL adhesive, about a ½” up from the
bottom of the DP. The 1” x 5” piece of Cherry Cobbler
will cover the gap between the two pieces of DP.
Step 7
Run a 5” piece of Sticky Strip along the middle of the
1” x 5” piece of Cherry Cobbler CS.

Step 8
Peel the red backing from the Sticky Strip. Lay the
6 ½” piece of Victoria ⅝” Crochet Trim along the
Sticky Strip. The right hand side of the trim will stick
directly to the Sticky Strip for about 3”. As you work
your way towards the left hand side, start to crinkle
the Victoria ⅝” Crochet Trim as you stick it to the
Sticky Strip. Set aside for a moment.
Step 9
Stamp the label image onto the 2” x 4” piece of Very
Vanilla CS with Early Espresso Classic ink.
Step 10
Cut out the stamped image with paper snips leaving a
slight border.
Step 11
With a wedge of a stamping sponge and Crumb Cake
Classic ink, sponge the surface of the cut out image.
Step 12
Stick the cut out label to the front of the matted DP,
directly over the flat part of the Victoria ⅝”Crochet
Trim with two Stampin’ Dimensionals.

Step 13
Stick a Stampin’ Dimensional to the left hand side of
the label, as shown by the arrow.
Step 14
With a paper-piercing tool and foam mat, pierce a hole
through the center of the Stampin’ Dimensional and all
the way through all the layers of CS. Insert a medium
Pewter brad through the hole.
Step 15
With a paper-piercing tool and foam mat, pierce a hole
in the top right and left hand corners of the matted DP.
Insert a pewter Antique brad into each hole.
Step 16
Center and stick the matted DP to the folded card front
with SNAIL adhesive.
Step 17
Run a thin line of Crystal Effects around the edge of the
label. Sprinkle with Champagne Glass Glitter. Tap off
the excess glitter. You’re done!

Directions for the Peace on Earth Card:
Step 1
Fold the 4 ¼” x 11” piece of Crumb Cake CS in half
with a bone folder to create a 4 ¼” x 5 ½” card.

Step 2
With a wedge of a stamping sponge and Crumb Cake
Classic ink, sponge the edges of the folded card. Set
aside for a moment.
Step 3
Stick the 2” x 3 ¾” piece of DP to the top of the 4” x
5 ¼” piece of Cherry Cobbler with SNAIL adhesive,
leaving an equal border around the top, left and right
hand sides of the DP. Stick the 2 ½” x 3 ¾” piece of
DP to the bottom of the 4” x 5 ¼” piece of Cherry
Cobbler CS with SNAIL adhesive, leaving an equal
border on the bottom, left and right hand sides of
the DP.
Step 4
With a wedge of a stamping sponge and Crumb Cake
Classic ink, sponge the entire surface of the matted
DP and CS.
Step 5
With a paper-piercing tool, foam mat and piercing
guide, pierce a single row of holes along the top and
bottom of the 1 ½” x 4” piece of Cherry Cobbler CS.
Step 6
Stick the pierced 1 ½” x 4” piece of Cherry Cobbler
CS to the center of the matted DP directly over the
space between the two pieces of DP with SNAIL
adhesive. It should be about 1 ½” down from the
top edge of the DP. Center and stick the matted
DP to the folded card with SNAIL adhesive. Set
aside for a moment.

Step 7
Stamp the wreath image onto the 3” x 3” piece of
Very Vanilla CS using Early Espresso Classic ink.
Step 8
Center the stamped image in the window of the 2 ½”
circle punch and punch it out.
Step 9
With a wedge of a stamping sponge and Crumb Cake
Classic ink, sponge the edges of the circle.
Step 10
With a paper-piercing tool and foam mat, pierce a
hole in the center of the circle. Insert a large Antique
Brass brad into the hole.
Step 11
Run a 3 ¾” piece of Sticky Strip across the middle of
the 1 ½” x 4” piece of Cherry Cobbler CS.

Step 12
Peel the red backing from the Sticky Strip. Start to stick
the 8” piece of Victoria ⅝” Crochet Trim to the Sticky
Strip, crinkling the Victoria ⅝” Crochet Trim as you work
your way towards to middle of the card for about 1”.
Stick the middle of the Victoria ⅝” Crochet Trim directly
to the Sticky Strip so that it is flat. Start to crinkle the
Victoria ⅝” Crochet Trim on the right hand side. You will
have 1” of gathered Victoria ⅝” Crochet Trim on either
side of the 2” gap in the middle.
Step 13
Center and stick the wreath to the card directly over
the flattened Victoria ⅝” Crochet Trim, with four
Stampin’ Dimensionals. Set aside for a moment.
Step 14
Stamp the getting onto the ¾” x 4 ½” piece of Very
Vanilla CS with Early Espresso Classic ink and a
Stamp-a-ma-jig.
Step 15
Cut a “fish tail” on both of the ends of the ¾” x 4 ½”
piece of Very Vanilla CS with paper snips, creating a
greeting flag.
Step 16
With a wedge of a stamping sponge and Crumb Cake
Classic ink, sponge the edges of the ¾” x 4 ½”
greeting flag.

Step 17
Round the greeting flag with the edges of your paper
snips.
Step 18
With a paper-piercing tool and foam mat, pierce a
hole in the ends of the greeting flag. Insert an
Antique Brass brad into each hole.
Step 19
Stick the greeting flag to the card about a ¼” below
the 1 ½” x 4” piece of Cherry Cobbler CS with two
mini glue dots.
Step 20
Add a few dots of Crystal Effects to the wreath
image. Sprinkle the wreath with Champagne Glass
Glitter. Tap off the excess glitter. You’re done!

Step by Step Tutorial for the Vintage Christmas box
Step 1
Print both sides of the box and the inner divider
onto the three 8 ½” x 11” pieces of Crumb Cake CS.
Make sure that when printing you set the “page
scaling” or “shrink to fit page” to none.
Step 2
Cut out the Vintage Christmas box along all of the
solid cut lines, as directed on the template.

Step 3
With a paper cutter and scoring blade, score along the
dotted lines on all three pieces of the box.
Step 4
Lay the box divider with the dotted score lines facing
the grid paper and fold all six of the small flaps
inward with a bone folder, as shown.
Step 5
Fold the box divider in half along the center score line
so that the dotted score lines are on the inside of the
box divider. Crease along the center score line with a
bone folder. Set aside for a moment.
Step 6
With a wedge of a stamping sponge and Crumb Cake
Classic ink, sponge the center panel of the front of the
box.
Step 7
Lay the front box piece with the sponging facing
upwards on your grid paper. Place a 3” piece of Sticky
Strip along the inner and outer edges of both the left
and right flaps.

Step 8
Flip the front of the box over so that the sponging is
facing the grid paper. Run a 6” piece of Sticky Strip along
the bottom edge of the bottom flap. Now run a second
6” piece of Sticky Strip just below the score line on the
bottom flap. Set aside for a moment.
Step 9
Take the back panel of the box and fold along all the
score lines with a bone folder. Lay the back panel of the
box on your grid paper so that the dotted score lines are
facing downwards. Place two 2” pieces of Sticky Strip on
each of the small bottom flaps as shown.
Step 10
Take the box back piece and flip it over so that the
dotted score lines are facing upwards. Take the box
front piece and lay it below the box back piece with the
dotted score lines facing upwards and the flap at the
top. Peel the red backing from the Sticky Strip on the
box front piece. Stick the bottom flap of the box back
piece to the Sticky Strip on the flap of the box front
piece. Your piece should now look as shown in the
picture.
Step 11
Flip the box over. Peel the red backing from the
Sticky Strip along the small side right hand flap on
the box back piece. Stick the small side flap to the
inside of the bottom panel, as shown.

Step 12
Repeat step 11 with the left hand small flap.
Step 13
Peel the red backing from the small left side flap on the
box front panel. Stick it to the inside of the side of the
box back piece.
Step 14
Repeat step 13 with the right hand side.
Step 15
This is now what the box base should now look like. Set
aside for a moment.
Step 16
Lay the box divider on your grid paper with the
dotted score lines facing upwards. Run a 6” piece of
Sticky Strip along the top and bottom small flaps.
Run a 3” piece of Sticky Strip along all four of the
small side flaps, as shown.

Step 17
Fold the divided piece in half with the dotted score
lines inwards. Hold all four small side flaps folded
inwards to the center panel. The bottom flaps will
be folded upwards, as shown. Peel the red backing
from the Sticky Strip along the two small 6”bottom
flaps.
Step 18
Slide the box divider into the box so that the bottom
small flaps stick to the bottom of the box.
Step 19
Peel the red backing from the right hand small side
flaps, of the box divider. Stick each small flap to the
side of the box.
Step 20
Repeat step 19 with the left hand small side flaps of
the divider. Set aside for a moment.
Step 21
Take the 6 ⅟16” x 6 ½” piece of Crumb Cake CS and
score it as directed in the “Cutting and Scoring
Template”.

Step 22
Crease along all of the score lines with a bone folder.
Step 23
With a wedge of a stamping sponge and Crumb Cake
Classic ink, sponge the Crumb Cake CS only along the
score lines, the 1 ½” panel and the center 2 ½” panel.
Step 24
Center and stick the 2 ⅛” x 5 ⅝” piece of DP to the 2 ⅜”
x 5 ⅞” piece of Cherry Cobbler CS with SNAIL adhesive.
Step 25
With a wedge of a stamping sponge and Crumb Cake
Classic ink, sponge the matted DP and the 1” x 5 ⅞”
piece of Cherry Cobbler CS. Set aside the 1” x 5 ⅞” piece
of Cherry Cobbler CS. Optional: you can pierce a hole in
the top right and left hand corners of the matted DP and
insert an Antique Brass brad from teh metallics brads
into each hole (not shown).
Step 26
Align the bottom edge of the matted DP with the 1 ½”
score line on the 6 ⅟16” x 6 ½” piece of Crumb Cake CS
and stick it down with SNAIL adhesive. Set aside for a
moment.

Step 27
With a paper-piercing tool, foam mat and piercing guide,
pierce a single row of holes along the bottom of the 1” x
5 ⅞” piece of Cherry Cobbler CS.
Step 28
Run a 5 ⅞” piece of Sticky Strip across the middle of the
1” x 5 ⅞” piece of Cherry Cobbler CS.
Step 29
Peel the red backing from the Sticky Strip. Start to stick
the 12” piece of Victoria ⅝” Crochet Trim to the Sticky
Strip, crinkling the Victoria ⅝” Crochet Trim as you work
your way towards to middle of the card for about 1 ½”.
Stick the middle of the Victoria ⅝” Crochet Trim directly
to the Sticky Strip so that it is flat for about 2”. Start to
crinkle the Victoria ⅝” Crochet Trim on the right hand
side. You will have 1 ½” of gathered Victoria ⅝” Crochet
Trim on either side of the 2” flat piece in the middle.
Step 30
Center and stick the 1” x 5 ⅞” piece of Cherry Cobbler CS
to the 1 ½” panel on the front box flap with SNAIL
adhesive.
Step 31
Stick two 1 ½” pieces of Sticky Strip to the middle of the
1” x 5 ⅞” piece of Cherry Cobbler CS over the flat part of
the Victoria ⅝” Crochet Trim. Set aside for a moment.

Step 32
Stamp the wreath image onto the 3” x 3” piece of Very
Vanilla CS using Early Espresso Classic ink.
Step 33
Center the stamped image in the window of the 2 ½”
circle punch and punch it out.
Step 34
With a wedge of a stamping sponge and Crumb Cake
Classic ink, sponge the edges of the circle.
Step 35
Stamp the Joy image onto the 2” x 4” piece of Very
Vanilla CS with Early Espresso Classic ink.
Step 36
Cut out each of the letters with paper snips, leaving a
slight border around each letter. Leave the center of the
letter “o” intact.

Step 37
Stick the cut out letters across the center of the wreath
with Stampin’ Dimensionals to create your medallion.
Step 38
Peel the red backing from the two 1 ½” piece of Sticky
Strip along the front flap of the box top. Stick the
medallion to the front of the box top directly over the
flattened part of the Victoria ⅝” Crochet Trim.
Step 39
Run a 6” piece of Sticky Strip just to the outside of the 2”
score line. Run a second 6” piece of Sticky Strip along the
outer edge of the CS on the 2” scored flap, as shown.
Step 40
Peel the red backing from the Sticky Strip. Align the box
top flap with the box back and stick it down.

Step 41
You will now need both sides of a set of Velcro circles.
Step 42
With paper snips trim the “fuzzy” side of the Velcro
circle.
Step 43
Stick both sides of the Velcro circle together. Peel the
backing from one side of the Velcro. Center and stick
one side of the Velcro circle to the back of the medallion.
Step 44
Peel the backing from the remaining side of the Velcro
circle and close the box. This will place the other side of
the Velcro circle in the right position on the box base.
Step 45
Close the box lid and ensure that the Velcro is aligned.

Step 46
Add a few dots of Crystal Effects to the wreath image.
Sprinkle the wreath with Champagne Glass Glitter. Tap
