Artichoke Dip

Ingredients:
1/2 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach,
thaw ed, drained
1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and
coarsely chopped
4 ounces cream cheese (room temperature)
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 clove garlic, very finely minced
1/2 teaspoon hot sauce
1/4 cup grated Parmigiano Reggiano cheese, or
domestic Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup mozzarella, grated

“My daughter and I made this the other day. We follow ed the recipe exactly and the result
was superb! Despite the fact that w e are both trying to watch our calories w e polished this
off in no time (w ith a little help from a couple others) Some things are just too good to
w orry about calories and this was one of them! We had it w ith some lightly toasted thin
bagette slices. I w ill be making this again for sure and w ithout any changes, it was good as
is :)”
