blend. Then add the ingredients from the recipe of your choice & blend until smooth.
DARK CHOCOLATE BERRY
1/3 c cherries

What rivals fresh-pressed juice for
getting your glow on? Why green
smoothies of course!
Green smoothies blend our fruits +
veggies, retaining the fiber. Green
smoothies are ideal for your morning
meals, morning snacks, and are especially wonderful for post-workout recovery.
Digestion rate is pertinent to postworkout recovery, as our cells/tissues
only give us about 60 minutes to get the
job done. Liquid nutrition does just
that! A superfood smoothie can help
you repair, replenish, and rejuvenate
your body!

from my trusty Vitamix and juicer. Rarely will
you find me without a mason jar of something
in hand.
From my special metabolic blend to my favorite
green smoothies, on this page I‟ll share with
you my staples for getting the glow.
You‟ll notice that I often use organic maca root,
bee pollen, royal jelly, spirulina, and Sun Warrior protein. These are all superfood
“supplements” and optional. Please check with
your doctor before incorporating any supplementation into your routine! :)
