every aspect of your wedding, from flower arranging, photography and producing
fabulous food, to making exquisite hair and bridal accessories, making the perfect

Gain the confidence to cater for your daughter’s wedding by coming for an inspiring
day of demonstrations of perfect dishes for summer buffets and easy entertaining.
With an emphasis on savoury dishes, you’ll learn how to scale up favourite recipes

to your food on a one day food course which combines demos and practical tasks

Learn a variety of millinery techniques using vintage trimmings which can be applied
not only to hats but to other items such as textiles, jewellery, dressmaking and soft

Learn the basics of pattern cutting to create a dress pattern that is a perfect fit. The
shape will be based on a flattering 50’s style ‘fit and flare’ design, with opportunity to

Discover a wealth of techniques to create unique decorative silk purses with delicate
metal frames or handles. You will make your purse from start to finish, including
basic metalwork for the frame and various construction methods for making
