Doc. Ref. P012.) Testing is free of charge at INVISTA labs. An INVISTA laboratory Notice of Approval (NOA) must be on file before
using INVISTA logos on packaging.
Package
Identification
Must display the applicable COOLMAX® socks and LYCRA® fiber logos prominently on package. Package should display
INVISTA Notice of Approval (NOA) number wherever possible.

Brand Audit
Use the trademark line: “COOLMAX® and LYCRA® are trademarks of INVISTA”.
Use of INVISTA logos and trademarks must be approved by INVISTA before printing.
The correct generic description for COOLMAX® fiber in content labeling is “polyester”. The COOLMAX® brand may
be used as a fiber description, e.g., “40% COOLMAX® polyester”. Labeling must adhere to local government requirements.
In addition to quality standards testing, compliance will be ensured by periodic retail audits.
